Slow service, crap food - pizza clearly was not fresh, and baked potato was cold had to ask it was warmed up - and sick after it... joke, don't bother

With very little choice for a quick takeaway meal (other than Chinese / Indian) on a Tuesday night in Poulton, we reluctantly thought we’d give it a shot. What a mistake. From the second you arrive to see smashed windows and an old fryer dumped in the waiting area, it’s just dreadful. The food was absolutely vile. In all our years, we’ve never had a kebab served in a tray pooled with grease in the bottom, so much so that the bread was soggy and inedible . Meat was synthetic tasting. No idea what the horrible marinade that had been used in the chicken was. We were expecting the usual poor kebab shop quality, but even with these very very low expectations, it still disappointed in a big way. Vile in every way.

1st time trying furamars food due to the low review rating... Just ordered chips to see if they could impress me and... They did... They were excellent.... Crispy, tasted of potato, underpriced at £1.50!...portion size was outrageous.... served in a good time and by pleasant staff... Just how it should be... So... Next time we go for their Chinese cuisine and see if they can represent...just one thing to say... Chef... Get a blinking haircut and shave... Hygiene and looking the part is paramount... Overall well done

Bacon and egg just thrown together. Got a cheese and onion bake, pastry was solid and cold with the adding touch being that the filling tasted sour. If you know what’s good for you please don’t go here.

Went to a party here, loads of children at the venue so was an ideal size, the heating was on and the bar staff lovely. Great parking, wheelchair friendly a good large hall and bar.The staff were friendly and cheerful, I would go again.

Visited Fleetwood market today and must say that I am apauled by one of the traiders in the indoor cafe the owner was extremely rude towards me and my wife, this isn't our first visit but it will definitely be our last , the breakfast I ordered was swimming in grease when I went to make a complaint he was extremely rude , we will not be returning nor will we be recommending to family and friends!

This is the second cake that I have had from Creative Cakes, it is for my mum’s 90th birthday and I asked for it to be gardening based as mum really enjoyed her garden. It is amazing, pot plants, a fork and beautiful clarity. It is just perfect. I will not go anywhere else for a cake, not only are they beautiful to look at, they are absolutely wonderful to eat.

Excellent food and service as always. The Hunger Cube is something else..... an absolute must if you love kebabs. The staff are so welcoming, will definitely be back again soon.

Fantastic food & lovely staff. Portions are generous too, I have been going to this chinese for many years. I have always been very satisfied with my meal.

Would not order from here again, took 2 and a half hours to get delivered I rang up twice to see what was going on the guy was really rude the second time and clearly just wanted me off the phone pretty much just hung up at the end didn’t manage to get a word in with him. also food wasn’t even hot when it arrived was room temperature clearly had been in the delivery guys car for ages. Don’t waste your time or money order from somewhere else.

Good choice of quality food and drink. Handy for early starts and late meals with no hassle.

The staff member was really quite rude to me. I couldn't hear him very well as it was quite noisy and he asked me if my order was a latte, which I didn't hear. (I asked for a flat white coffee), once I realised I said to him sorry I asked for a white coffee and he was very short with me, saying I asked you what you wanted. I apologised and explained that when there's a lot of background noise I struggle to hear and I thought he had just repeated my order back to me. The then proceeded to bang and crash and be visibly angry, even though I apologised. I apologised again and he turned his back to me and with a glare. I don't feel his awful attitude was warranted for an honest mistake.

stopped by the south services for a coffee at the costa on my way back from Glasgow. I was served by a lovely young lady named Sophie, was puzzled by the variety of options of coffee they now have but she was patient and helpful in assisting my choice. Would definitely stop here again.

No customer skills. I got spoken rudely on the phone. They lie. Food turns up freezing cold. Also i found a long black hair in my food. I dont advice anyone ordering from china lodge Thornton-Cleveleys.
