Food was really poor quality, no flavour, all frozen nasty cheap stuff. Left most of mine it was that bad. Shame as this place used to be packed out. On a positive - friendly staff behind the bar, chatty and sincere.

The order was delivered quickly and the driver was lovely. The food was delicious and piping hot. Portions were also very generous. Excellent value for money.

Waiting for my car to be fixed and needed a beer after a long day working in NHS. Friendly staff and nice choice of local and foreign beers. Love the Parker Brewery from all the food festivals. Will be back again.

What a fantastic place to visit for food we booked up lunchtime on Thursday for that night and was so welcoming on the phone when booked due to we knew there was a quiz night later that night. On arrival I believe the waitress who answered the phone asked if I was 6pm booking and she showed us to our table. We ordered our food and drink at the bar and its a very clean and beautiful establishment and when was sitting there talking I see the chef put my order in to the pizza oven located at the side of the bar. The Pizza was value for money and fresh which is not really seen much now adays and my Girlfriend had the lamb and honestly everything was large portion and value for money. the Staff so friendly and welcoming and attentive and nothing was a problem. They also have a play area I believe at side of location for children in summertime. Well done and keep up the great work!!

Once again, missed one of the meals from our order. Went to the drive through. Sat in the car park for 10 minutes while they got it ready. Got home and, not for the first time, there’s a meal missing. Called them up. The solution - drive back and collect. I ask, rhetorically, how difficult is it to give me what I’ve paid for? Why should I incur the expense of driving back to collect what I have already paid for!? I am mindful it sounds like a middle class problem but when someone (a child) is missing a meal (which is a rare treat) it causes significant upset. It is wholly unrealistic to just drive back and collect part of the order. A few years ago, when Macdonald’s was relatively cheap, I probably wouldn’t have cared as much but when you’re paying £40 ish for four people it is especially annoying. At that price there are many other options The ambivalence towards customer service is incredibly frustrating. I have given up on them and intend to spend my money elsewhere. They probably won’t care but terrible service and ambivalence eventually catches up on you (at least I hope it does).

AVOID!! Ordered tonight through Southport eats... After waiting 20 mins after the requested delivery time, we rang 4 times to ask when the delivery was due after it being almost an hour late, each time we were told the driver had left but couldn't be told how long ago...it eventually arrived- to be told by the driver he'd only left Max 10 mins ago... The food...oh my goodness ... It was warm , that's the only description I can say because it wasn't edible! I have to say in all my 50+ years it's the worst food of any description I've ever experienced, the noodle dish smelled of horse manure, the rice dish resembled a congieled mush, the chips,, seriously how can a chippy get chips wrong,?!? The poor young lady who took each of my calls was very apologetic because the "manager" was too busy to face a complaint It was clear they were making her lie. Avoid!!

well upto now the quality has been fantastic, order small orders and very large orders but the temperature and quality has always been to me the best ive had for a while.always presented well and not just thrown together. ive been using this kebab shop now for around 3 months and cant see me going else where.delivery is 9 times out of 10 20 mins early which is great. i highly recommend this place.

My son told us that this place had improved and thought that it had changed hands.Anyway, we have ordered four takeaways since then and all have been exceptional.The meat in the chicken kebab is succulent and tasty.The pizza is also excellent.This is now our go to place for a kebab.

I ordered meal deal 2. A quarter pounder chicken burger and cheese chips and drink. The drink was a can of Pepsi and it was warm, and there was not a single piece of cheese on the chips.

We went today with our non verbal autistic son to do dome shopping and what an absolute joke While lights were down and no music great cleaning machines really in quiet hour not good. Main concern was the lack of customer service these staff have when picking and packing its like a gauntlet. Leaving their trolleys blocking where you need to be or just pushing in front cutting you up or walking 3 or 4 in an ailse so you literally can't get anything as they ate blocking the aisle. I had one member of staff who literally nearly ran into me with my son in trolley didn't even acknowledge presence let alone apologise. So tesco I am disgusted with your behaviour of staff which clearly you think is perfectly acceptable as 90 percent of the staff did exactly rhw same maybe should just pick from the warehouse or nightshift pick
