The best restaurants serving Default food in Hopwood Hall Rochdale North West

2nd time ive been here, had afternoon tea with my daughter and grandson for her birthday and have to say its lovely. You get so much to eat and very good value for money. Beautiful cakes. Lovely friendly staff

Can’t even give it a 1 star, took our money and then said it was closed when it said online it was open. Can not believe how they have treated us. Have to call the bank to get my money back absolutely disgusted with this service. Never again will I attempt to order for here. Probably saved us from there shocking food… Edit: funnily enough the food was for me and my friend so we both put money towards it so that’s why I have made this review… and just to let you know it said on Google that you were open so if it said closed we would have never ordered from you so maybe get that fixed instead of faulsly advertising that you are open when you are clearly not…

Place is an absolute joke for customer service, ordered a chicken rogan Josh and they sent a lamb one I asked for a new one and a fresh portion of chips a mine would be cold the restaurant refused and are now refusing a refund and food hub cannot help as the restaurant has to approve this. Had plenty of lovely curries here however due to the appalling customer service will never return!

Been having fish n chips from this place on and off for a while now. Under new ownership now by Shiraz. So pleased to see that he has maintained the high standards here. Both fish and chips are fresh each time and so tasty! Served in a new box now, which makes it taste even better. Well done Shiraz and all the best with your new venture! Regards Luciano.

Good coffee as always very nice staff

Lovely little pub and a lush atmosphere coasy realy homely great all round

Asked for a caramel latte, drove off and realised that the coffee was absolute trash. Didn’t even drink it, threw it right in the trash at the next stop. I do not recommend this place unless you like to be disappointed, then it’s right up your street.

One night only with friends, good value for what we got. Super breakfast. Free parking and opposite bus stop into town.

Me and my partner have ordered from here several times, the latest being tonight and it is always perfect. I always order a cookie dough and I have never found another place that beats this one. The quality and size for the price is great. Will continue to order in the future :)

I’ve been going to this pub for decades and it would be really nice if the management stocked up with some alternative beers (American IPAs or craft beers) whether that is in a bottle, can or on draught. Aside from the usual cooking lager the only decent choice is Birra Moretti on draught. Throw a few pale ales in your fridge, I know the margins will be the challenge but you’ll be surprised and people will pay £4+ for it even in Heywood. And when is the food coming back! This is one of the few Heywood pubs with a nice beer garden and it needs food to make it worth walking to. Please

I have stood waiting to order at the counter for approx 20 mins. The woman seen I was there but prioritised the self order point orders. Numerous times she was stood waiting for orders to be ready but not once thought ill take order from the counter now. Wasn't until I made her aware of my frustration she took my order.
