Naga Spice in Rochdale

Place is an absolute joke for customer service, ordered a chicken rogan Josh and they sent a lamb one I asked for a new one and a fresh portion of chips a mine would be cold the restaurant refused and are now refusing a refund and food hub cannot help as the restaurant has to approve this. Had plenty of lovely curries here however due to the appalling customer service will never return!

Just had a set meal was absolutely shocking onion bhaji was rock hard looked a week old curry’s swimming in grease chicken was pink only fit for bin

Placed large order 5.30 xmas eve, order was repeated back to me, asked for price had to ring me back with it as large order. Rang back no problem with price £65. Rang back 10 mins later telling me they got it wrong it's £74 missed a curry off, fair enough, arrived within the allocated time, but on dishing up 2 lots of chips missing so 2 people had half a meal. Rang up to say missing, we'll get them out to you now. They rang back 5 mins later to say I hadn't ordered them and it would be £5.!! The order had been repeated back to me when I first rang it in! So for their 2 errors they wanted to now charge me £5 for chips that hadn't turned up and the rest of meal going cold while we waited! NO thanks! Another order must have been wrong for someone as we ended up with their naan bread! Ordered 3 received 4! Won't be using again as this has happened before

Will never order again from here ordered over the weekend and ended up with food poisoning from the chicken curry I ordered wouldn't recommend and if u do order make sure u check ur chicken is cooked

Burnt meat beyond recognition, hidden in a chilli sauce, salad? What salad? The cling film wrapper weighed more, 5 times reheated fries was the highlights I smell fake reviews here

I ordered from here for the first time, we tried a curry. Lamb Rogan josh and chicken jalfrazi and it was amazing. Everything was fresh. Mango chutney and poppadoms was lovely. Highly recommend

Always really good food! Also one of the best run kitchens I've ever seen in a curry house - you can see the kitchen is spotless and everything is cooked from fresh. Great quality and delicious.

Great food and good for money! I particularly like the tandori mixed grill! Always arrive in good time or it’s ready in the allotted time when collecting! Great selection of food with lots of flavour.

Just order arrived early the kebab meat was burnt rubbery as if been reheated from the night before chicken nuggets raw we had bin it all away very disappointed as we usually order from here alot

Chicken wasn’t cooked properly and some of it was old food plus food smelt off reported to the restaurant and nothing was done! Going to food standards agency please avoid!

Had a delivery this evening through Just Eat and the two curries, rice and naan bread were absolutely delicious and we will definately be ordering again. We had chicken tikka jalfreizi and chicken tikka korahi beautiful
