Burger King in Rochdale

I have stood waiting to order at the counter for approx 20 mins. The woman seen I was there but prioritised the self order point orders. Numerous times she was stood waiting for orders to be ready but not once thought ill take order from the counter now. Wasn't until I made her aware of my frustration she took my order.

Absolutely the worst buger king I've ever went to. The menu was different from the last time 8 items only and not great options. Staff are extremely rude and dismissive they couldn't care less about the customers.

Normally find bk the best but been to both sides of this service station for bk and I was just warm and the bacon was so floppy it just made it hard to bite thru

Lots of mix ups with orders. Lack of staff so tables and bin areas not clean. I queried why 20%VAT charged on food to take away. Answer was we don't charge more to eat in! I stated food to take out is vat exempt the lad in charge told me in no uncertain terms I was wrong! I asked who I could make my complaint to and he told me I had made the complaint and I was wrong then he started to walk away so I said ok I will make the complaint on line. Do that he said and you will get same response. I will not eat here again even though it is the services we use regularly on our journeys. I had to put one star as there is no option to give no stars. They did not deserve this star. To top all of that the food was cold and went in bin. Not told which drink was sugar free so both went in bin as I am diabetic. Ended up going to wh smiths for a drink and a mars bar till I got home. Not good enough

Came in at 2235 on the west-bound burger king to be told I couldn't order as the guy in front was last order even though there was still 25mins left of opening time! Absolutely disgusting service.

Sometimes a bit untidy, but it is good as a meal stop.

Visit here frequently when travelling never have any issues and the food is always good

How can you relax on break when staff is banging with chairs and bins as hard as they can…???

Burger King Motorway services style! Usual BK food not always on the great side of things, customer service and speed also lacks a little.

Disappointing for a BurgerKing, which is my preferred brand for a quick burger. This was a flame grilled Steakhouse Angus meal, plus cheesy loaded fries & a portion of chicken nuggets. Nuggets were “ok”, loaded fries stone cold (literally stone cold) when i ate them in my Travelodge room next door to BurgerKing. The burger looked awful and sadly tasted the same. It didn’t look anything like the advertised picture. Looking inside I wasn’t even sure what the green/grey component parts were, other than the straggled bits of rocket leaf. I was significantly disappointed today. They can do so much better. This is the meal i usually order when at BurgerKing. I hope their Managers read this & take corrective action.

Staff were really friendly, Michael I believe his name went above and beyond for me and my son who has autism and made sure the food was hot and fresh. The seating area was clean too

Daniel was really helpful in helping me and my grandma and brought our food to our table as she as issues with mobility, the food was great too

After our coach broke down, traveling back from a school visit, the staff here were amazing at accommodating 57 hungry children.

After a broken down coach with 62 children and staff, Burger King were really good. Food was served fast with no problems and welcomed us all lovely. Everyone was happy

We had 57 children and 10 adults coming back from our school trip when our coach broke down. We managed to get to the services to wait for a new coach. You were amazing, you let us order, got all the food ready quickly and were ready and organised. You all were so helpful and accommodating to us. Thank you for making quite a stressful visit, very easy and pleasant. The kids loved it!

Enjoy food and the service was very quick and i would recommend this place to everyone and staff was very friendly and polite and helpful.

The quality of the Burgers aren't great, I ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, the Bacon was undercooked (it looked like it was fresh off the Pig and hadn't seen a Grill) 👎🤢 The Service Area isnt a bad place to sit and eat, but avoid the Burger King 👎

Cold fries, lukewarm onion rings like elastic bands. Burgers had missing sauce and bits. When food arrived there were no fries as ordered. Had to ask for napkins. Worst Burger King I have ever eaten at.

Be even better if the self check out were working

Honestly really bad I asked for peppercorn fries got a mixture of peppercorn and bacon cheese fries, also ordered peppercorn Angus burger again bit of a mish mash of two burgers, food and wrappers left on loads of tables, two lads working there was like a cba attitude, clearly not pride taken in there job and the burger bun was full of grease, cost me £15, felt gutted as was looking forward to my meal as not had Burger King for a while but it’s put me off now 🤢

Self service screen was so slow we was worried it took payment and didnt send the order. But couldnt mention it to any staff because they were all hiding in the back. Noone in sight l, even in the kitchen. Finally the order came through 5 minuites later and all the staff seemed to crawl from the back. Put order together after another 5 minutes of waiting, we ordered eat in but the guy was just going to put it in a bag and not bother with tray and hand me drinks with no cup holder. Got the tray from him in the end. Sat down to eat and loaded fries were flat cold and stale. Rest of food was edible. Safe to say after not having burger king in years and trying to give another chance to see if theyve improved. I will not be having again in the futuren

There was accident on the motorway causing a uncommonly large crowd to gather at one time, despite the rudeness and inconsiderate nature of some of the crowd, the staff maintained their cool and composure resulting them in clearing the orders. Whilst also presenting themselves in a professional and polite manner. The food was also cooked fresh to order and the manager was extremely helpful and friendly.

Food usually cold and hard cheese cook burger when customers come who wants stale burgers this time my code wouldent come up on your stupid app and ime not paying full price and you give delivery better offers y I don't get that well left and whent mc donalds bacon allways raw as well poor burger king .

The food is always cold from here, and they get the orders wrong. Forget this one and use the heap bridge one, much better.

We called in for a bite to eat in our way home after attending a Manchester United game. We got there for 10:30pm bearing in mind it says open till 11pm. We were told they were closed. Even though 2 seconds before us a man walked out with a bag of fresh food.

Probably the absolute worst Burger King ive ever been to. Wasn’t even busy and all the tables were filled with leftover food and dirty. Workers just stood around, seeing the filth and not bothering. I got a large meal and the fries were absolutely not large. Extremely disappointing and considering we paid like £22 deffo not worth it

Normally very polite there's a new fat manager who was racist and absolutely revolting behaviour so be careful of her other than that can't say anything bad

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE - AVOID Unbelievably rubbish service. Ordered on POS and the machine failed…so, everyone that walked in went straight to the tills…staff knew people had waited and left them all to wait behind everyone who’d jumped to the front.

i came here for the first time and it's a very modern restaurant with a ordering tablet that is card only. the food was hot and fresh. The drinks were ice cold. However, one of my carers had to have her mayonnaise put in an ice cream container due to lack of paper pots (just like the paper meds pots you get in a hospital). You can choose to eat in or have a collection to take away/take out

£22+ for two Burger King meals? Extortionate. The meal was very nice, so far as fast food goes, but every mouthful was painful due to the price. At the same time in a different location my brother paid £11 in a similar burger chain. This is Highway robbery.

Sorry but I got caught out here, used to paying £1.79 for a regular Cappuccino at McDonald's so ordered one from here £3.79 I am sorry but totally not worth the money, I think Costa is cheaper.

Staff need training in how to make the food never in 15 years of using burger king have I found ketchup mustard and pickles on a bacon double cheese burger I was luck I smelt the mustard as I have an allergy

Had usual burger King meal as always you know what your getting. The fries are particularly nice. Daughter persuaded me to try a chilli cheese bite - huh its wrong won't be getting those ill be sticking with my usual.

Absolutely disgusting asked for cold drink with ice and I had already paid, was told go to wh Smith if you want cold drink! I am appalled at staff behaviour literally shoved drinks on counter and staff was muttering under his breath!!!!

Comfortable 5 star review. Firstly the prices, expensive, but it’s a service station on the m62 so it’s nothing i wasn’t expecting. The burger I had was good, the onion rings were oddly soft and chewy but i can’t say they didn’t taste nice, milkshake was perfectly nice but the stand out for me was the staff, pretty quick service on a busy bank holiday, very pleasant people. and them suggesting to take 2 straws for each milkshake and marking the different flavours on the lid stood out, and the general atmosphere the staff created was great, so props to them. The concept of tomato ketchup seems to be a foreign concept to this establishment but other than that, a successful venture and a lovely meal. Good job Burger King.

Bad staff, no drinks, cold food. Soon as we whent in one of the team members told us "you won't find any drinks on ther, you will have to have water" very confused we ordered and waited for ages for food. Once it came it was all cold. Team member continued to have inappropriate conversations and stacked all the chairs on the not only making us feel uncomfortable but also stoping people from siting down. Really bad.

Very rude manager. I asked her to clean our table, I was told to go sit in Costa because she didn't have the time in a very abrupt way. I told her the service was terrible. She didn't apologise, she just simply said "Good for you" and some other choice words. Honestly the worst customer service and the dirtiest Burger King I've ever been in! I will never return. That manager needs sacking!!

Love the double cheese burger. We called at the services on the way to Blackpool. Was charges £1.99 no fries no drink. Delicious. On our way back called at Birch services we were charged over £4. For the same double cheese burger. Absolute rip off. Do something about this Burger King.!!!!! 😩

For a fast food takeaway.. I wasn't expecting to be waiting 30mins, for a basic burger. Staff did appoligize for this and to everyone in the mile long queue, due to short staff... But still. I've worked in fast paced food environments...i know I'd of got sacked if i worked that slow. The self serve screens do the staff no favours as they can't keep up with the orders. If you struggling surely turn on off... Say its broke or something. Also service station burger King are SO EXPENSIVE! For a family of 4 I didn't expect to be paying a weekly shop on 4 burgers. Esh. Would I stop here again... Prob not 😂 Its quicker to get ripped off by a M&S sandwich of the same price. Least your in and out and back on the road.
