Burger King in Rochdale

a service station that shuts before its closing time??? closing half an hour early when it’s there as a service station, makes no sense

I was served by Katie, she was extremely polite and had great customer service! Will definitely go back. Even though it was busy the service was quick and the food quality was excellent.

Good service nice friendly staff hot fast food

Got to the store at 10:45pm and was told "we stop taking orders at 10:50pm". I said it says online you close at 11pm. Staff member told me he couldnt do anything for me. Shocking lazy staff, if the closing time is 11pm, that surely should mean the tills close at 11pm and the staff have extra time afterwards to clean etc.

The burgers are really nice, but the cheesy chips I got were horrible. Salt on the chips that I didn't ask for and the cheese was so strong. The latte on the other hand has got to be the best latte I've had from all the café's. I love coffee and these lattes tasted so good.

It's a service station, the serving staff aren't really interested and who can blame them, it's just a conveyor belt off tired people wanting food. Automated ordering points are the worst thing ever, they take too long and long queues from. Get rid of them and have some interaction with your staff. Burger was ok but very expensive for a burger, fries and regular drink.

Why do they do too good to go bags at this store? They cancel every. Single .time. if you don't have surplus food that's fine, just delete yourselves from the app to save everyone's time.

Nice service for that time in the morning

Ordered a burger with extra bacon. No bacon. Paid for mayo. No mayo. It isn't rocket science.

If you’re in a rush, don’t come here. Slow, Slow and slow

Slow. Served cups cold then needed to wait for new ones. Although I was only customer took 15 minutes to be served.

Good tasty meal, competitive priced, plenty of choice meals for all the family.

I ordered here and the staff were lovely. One staff in particular ( amelia) was very helpful for me and my family. She provided amazing service and we cannot fault the place. I would definitely recommend.

Too much waiting time staff even don't care about customers

The staff are not serious about their work, and their efficiency is very slow to serve dine-in. Especially the takeaway and delivery partners, and their attitude is not friendly.

Came here after a trip up north, damn hungry. Order my food on the order stand, never got a receipt, but got my food went back to the car, and thought I eat it there. Lucky I didn't drive off. The order was wrong to what I order and fecking cold. Only thing was warm was the bun. So I taken the food back and the look on the cashier looked shocked. Told him that the order was wrong and cold. He put his hands on it saying it was fine but told him to touch the burger itself. Wasn't happy in the end was told I get another burger cooked but if you can't get it right the first time (order & cooked right) he thought it was funny at the time. But I request a refund and won't be going back there again. So warning to others!

Never seen such a dirty area that serves food. Went at 8:30 pm only customers but yet nobody had where with all to clean up sweep flour and show a bit of TLC. I feel embarrassed that first time visitors to UK could experience their first motorway food experience here what a great advert!

I don’t recommend taking what’s in the photo √1, otherwise you’ll get what’s in the photo √2. Not only that, it’s also cold 👎

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. RUDE, poorly trained and very unprofessional staff. This includes the so called shift manager. Couldn’t answer any question other than saying “We don’t do that”. If this is the image BK want to give of their brand. They may wish to reconsider using moto to run their franchise.

Fries room temp, didn't get close to filling the fry bag. Burger was burnt as well.

I have rated this place 1 star, and that's being generous. The place was disgusting. The bins were over flowing, the service counter was littered with dirty napkins, tea bags that had been there seemingly all day. The staff were not very helpful or polite at all. The place was really quiet and they missed stuff off my order, no apologies were given. The staff were not even trying to keep the place tidy and seemed oblivious to the mess. The only positive I can say, was the food was good. Will not be visiting this place again.

How has this place not improved since someone left the same review a year ago?? We couldn't even sit down, the whole place is filthy and it's not busy at all? Barely anyone in here and very limited staff (not their fault I'm sure) but the girl serving was nice at least! Hygiene is absolutely disgusting! We had to ask to take our food away.

Luke shift manager is a racist guy. I recently visited this Burger King location, and my experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behaviour of the shift manager, Luke. His conduct appeared discriminatory and made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. Such behavior is unacceptable in any workplace, especially in a customer-facing role. I urge the management to address this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Awful. Given nuggets instead of cheese bites.no apology. Then my burger had no bacon, when I brought it back was told someone ordered one without bacon. Given new burger, cheese not melted. Bacon cold. Girl did not smile nor say sorry once. Atrocious service. Wasn’t even busy

I have stood waiting to order at the counter for approx 20 mins. The woman seen I was there but prioritised the self order point orders. Numerous times she was stood waiting for orders to be ready but not once thought ill take order from the counter now. Wasn't until I made her aware of my frustration she took my order.

Absolutely the worst buger king I've ever went to. The menu was different from the last time 8 items only and not great options. Staff are extremely rude and dismissive they couldn't care less about the customers.

Staff here keep you waiting. Purposely ignoring you, they chatting among themselves at the back.

Lots of mix ups with orders. Lack of staff so tables and bin areas not clean. I queried why 20%VAT charged on food to take away. Answer was we don't charge more to eat in! I stated food to take out is vat exempt the lad in charge told me in no uncertain terms I was wrong! I asked who I could make my complaint to and he told me I had made the complaint and I was wrong then he started to walk away so I said ok I will make the complaint on line. Do that he said and you will get same response. I will not eat here again even though it is the services we use regularly on our journeys. I had to put one star as there is no option to give no stars. They did not deserve this star. To top all of that the food was cold and went in bin. Not told which drink was sugar free so both went in bin as I am diabetic. Ended up going to wh smiths for a drink and a mars bar till I got home. Not good enough

Came in at 2235 on the west-bound burger king to be told I couldn't order as the guy in front was last order even though there was still 25mins left of opening time! Absolutely disgusting service.

Sometimes a bit untidy, but it is good as a meal stop.

Visit here frequently when travelling never have any issues and the food is always good

Burger King Motorway services style! Usual BK food not always on the great side of things, customer service and speed also lacks a little.

Disappointing for a BurgerKing, which is my preferred brand for a quick burger. This was a flame grilled Steakhouse Angus meal, plus cheesy loaded fries & a portion of chicken nuggets. Nuggets were “ok”, loaded fries stone cold (literally stone cold) when i ate them in my Travelodge room next door to BurgerKing. The burger looked awful and sadly tasted the same. It didn’t look anything like the advertised picture. Looking inside I wasn’t even sure what the green/grey component parts were, other than the straggled bits of rocket leaf. I was significantly disappointed today. They can do so much better. This is the meal i usually order when at BurgerKing. I hope their Managers read this & take corrective action.

Staff were really friendly, Michael I believe his name went above and beyond for me and my son who has autism and made sure the food was hot and fresh. The seating area was clean too

We had 57 children and 10 adults coming back from our school trip when our coach broke down. We managed to get to the services to wait for a new coach. You were amazing, you let us order, got all the food ready quickly and were ready and organised. You all were so helpful and accommodating to us. Thank you for making quite a stressful visit, very easy and pleasant. The kids loved it!

After our coach broke down, traveling back from a school visit, the staff here were amazing at accommodating 57 hungry children.

After a broken down coach with 62 children and staff, Burger King were really good. Food was served fast with no problems and welcomed us all lovely. Everyone was happy
