The best restaurants serving Default food in Old Moat Manchester North West

Awful - everything was awful - food service - everything. We went here for lunch and I regret setting foot in the place. When my food was delivered by ‘the manager’ he could not touch the bowl of pasta because it was so hot! My food was burnt, I sent it back, got attitude. It was pasta and cost £22, so, you know!! Told it would be here in 2/3 minutes - it was more like 15. By which time my friends had eaten. The attitude of the staff was very poor. Especially the ‘manager, with no authority to make a management decision’. He was grumpy, rude and had a bad attitude . I asked for it to be taken off my bill - the ‘manager’ said no, they can’t do it - it’s our policy that the staff have to pay for it, he said, if it’s taken off the bill !!! Really, so don’t go here if that’s the case as if you have rubbish food that’s burnt and you don’t eat with your fields the staff have to pay for it!!!! Checks consumer rights if I was you… I’d advise avoiding this awful place and go to other wonderful places in Manchester with great service and lovely food - you have a choice, choose a better place than this awful restaurant. Avoid - avoid..i

Yum yum yum the food here is nice. Nothing more nothing less. Can’t bad it burgers pizza chips what else idk. This place is an affordable tasty place for eating

Delicious dosas, very reasonable & lots of variety. We came on a Monday evening the night before our son’s graduation & all loved it! There are no frills to the restaurant but it’s clean & the food is freshly cooked & delicious. Highly recommend.

Ambos visitamos este establecimiento el domingo 26 de enero a las 3. 10 PM. Al llegar, nos dijeron de inmediato que el servicio de comida se había detenido, lo cual estaba bien, ya que habíamos hecho el viaje específicamente a Boho Utopia solo por un poco de pastel, ya que habíamos escuchado cosas buenas de algunos de nuestros seguidores. Ambos pedimos pastel, y nos dijeron que tendríamos hasta las 3. 30 para comerlos. Pensamos que esto era extraño, ya que el horario de cierre figura a las 4 pm. Fuimos a pedir un chocolate caliente y un café, pero nos dijeron que la máquina de café estaba siendo limpiada y retirada por el día. Al sentarse con el pastel, un nuevo cliente ordenó un Americano sin reparos. Pensamos que era extraño, ya que incluso si la máquina de café estuviera funcionando nuevamente, hubiera sido bueno que me lo dijeran. El suelo estaba resbaladizo, las mesas pegajosas y, en general, no nos impresionó el servicio. These latest reviews are a joke honestly these were a joke 2'' long and tasteless spring rolls x3 £4.30, that goes for the most vile curry sauce, the salt n pepper ribs were so dry you couldn't snap the meat off the bones, i also ordered the Singapore fried rice it was tasteless , now Singapore fried rice should have red and green Chilli in it their was none. total bill price £25.10, but Uber had to add their bit on to the bill total charged £30.11

Passed by this shop while going to a nearby restaurant and the bread looked yummy. Bought some and it was fresh and nice to eat plain or just with some salted butter.

Just called in for a quick snack. Ordered a wrap and a chicken burger, both with a Pepsi Max. The Pepsi, or should I the 2 glasses of ice arrived, quickly followed by the food. The burger without the chips. No one came over to ask if everything was ok, which it wasn't. Tip: Remember to customise your drink to no ice. Otherwise, you get more ice than what sunk the Titanic.

We have started fro 5-12of may. Check Inn was okay but when we get the room key it was only 1double bed instead of room for 3 . When we went to reception she wasn't nice and she said we booked room for 2 but few minutes before she make a 3room Kay's. Eventually we get the room with 1double and 1single. Food was great but reception staff was horrible and not nice. It was hard to get any information and help from them. They were looking at us with hate it was scary to asked them any questions. Bar staff I don't think they like this job neither. But they were little bit better. Only kitchen staff was amazing and hard working. Which we really appreciate them .what makes our stay amazing. People which stayed. Most of them are Spanish pensioners. We had an opportunity to mixed with them and learn how to dance Spanish moves.They were always welcoming us with smiles. Hug's and love. Thank you all off them for such an amazing experience I had to mention bartender boy called Junior he was above beyond ❤️

La comida era genial, grandes bebidas frías, lugar limpio y muy amable y acogedor propietario y trabajadores. Sin duda volvería. también el precio para lo que pedimos era fantástico
