The best restaurants serving Default food in Old Moat Manchester North West

Been coming here for a long time (since it was in Withington). Always great sheesha, Moroccan tea and arabic coffee aswell as friendly service.

Terrible - ordered desserts , poor quality and preparation . Avoid this place .

We ordered chicken byriani and chicken karahi and although the portion size were great, the chicken was tough and tasted like old chicken. This was a real shame as everything else was great, including the poppadoms, which you can't really go wrong with these. Looking at other review it appears that others have had dry over cooked chicken, similar to what we had although it had a old taste to it and had to leave the meat from our meals.

I placed an order online on Thursday March 28th, and when I went to the store to pick it up, the store was closed. I called them but no one answered. They took my money normally. It is unacceptable.

Two portions of most of dishes it's enough for two adults and four little kids. Home made food looks great and taste even better. My little ones just love the place. Friendly atmosphere, good quality meals made with afford and hart. Highly recommend

There's a number for the business but always cuts off, business hours are shown till 3 but I have been everyday apart from Sunday this week to check as it's there usual business hours but always is shut. Should have an update to opening times or if they are shut down, as customers love this place and move along somewhere else.

Absolutely delicious. First time here and nothing disappointed. We got bento boxes that were packed with flavour and the sushi was very fresh. Very reasonably priced. We’ll be back Thankyou!

Ordered online. Food made us sick. I want a refund. Moon is NORMALLY a decent place to eat but I feel like standards have slipped and I am disappointed enough to feel like I have to leave a review.

so I placed an order on Uber eats with yummy and I said to them can I come collect outside the post office near my house and she said she will tell the delivery driver to contact me on my other number to when the driver is at the post office. So now I call them again and it seems as if they have blocked me on call and I called them twice and their Uber eats number wasn’t working and I find out they blocked me. I received no call on my other phone from the delivery driver regarding my food. After an hour I tried calling their restaurant number and they picked up saying they have given it to someone in a silver car that claims they lived at my house when they did not. I was very frustrated and angry when I heard this as I’ve literally paid for this order and the deliver man just randomly gave it to someone else without calling me or arrive at the address I called them up to come too. Honestly I feel like this is the last time I will be ordering from Uber eats and I will be reporting this restaurant. I’m very very angry about this and it’s all the delivery drivers fault I even asked for them to send me another replacement order and they said no and were very rude to me and also by blocking my phone so I coudnt contact them. I am just very angry that they have done this especially handing my food over to someone that I don’t even know. Please guys don’t order from this takeaway their very I’ll mannered and especially the delivery driver that I was talking too after all this. Shame on these people. I even spent around £25 and Uber eats don’t even have a contact number to call up their line not even letting me report them from the order status!!
