Burger House NW Ltd in Manchester

I placed an order online on Thursday March 28th, and when I went to the store to pick it up, the store was closed. I called them but no one answered. They took my money normally. It is unacceptable.

Gave me wrong amount of change and also completely wrong order. I have a cheese allergy and specifically asked for no cheese. Got cheese and the wrong amount of change. Terrible place

Food was nice. Sizzler box wasn't too spicy so I could enjoy it without discomfort. Got food within reasonable time of ordering. Seating could do with an update maybe.

Ordered via uber eats. The worst donner I have ever eaten. Smelled terrible and was raw. Food gone to waste and money as well. They don't make pizza. But thick bread and serve you.

Came here for the first time tonight and had £10 to spend. The man behind the counter recommended the smash burger meal and the kebab, been home 10 minutes and already destroyed the lot. I have been waiting to find a good spot for takeaway around for a while and this is by far the best! Burger great, kebab great only issue is I don’t have another meal to go through. 10/10!

Grill chicken is great we have been ordered few times What makes me put only three star the amount of rice was very little Other things they forget to put Sauce

The taste of the food is good but they only put very little rice when you order chicken and rice! I’ve been telling them so many times but they never listen and such a bad customer service, possibly won’t order food there again.

I ordered family dinner platter. I am badly disappointed because the chicken was small like baby chicken , rice were very less and the burger O my was also small Only the wings was ok 👍 For me £22 doesn't worth it 👎

Amazing burgers, esp their normal chicken burger which is well priced at £6 in the "Loaded Sizzler Box". Great customer service also. Highly recommended as never disspointed in the many times i have been there!

Not great but not terrible overall. Ordered a fish burger for myself that was so overcooked, hard and burned it was hard to chew or swallow (and I'm a big guy) I had to rip bits out -couldn't rip all out as coating was dark brown and fused to the fish (-3 stars) but ordered a chicken burger for my son which was pretty good (+1 star) Milkshakes quite good (+1 star). Noticed they round up prices too which always strikes me as odd, call it £5 or £9 (not £4.99 or £8.99) if you're going to charge that. (-1 star) Also got milkshake order wrong after checking twice, and before offering the correct item, they tried to convince my son to accept a different item. Deffo lost a star for that too (-1 star) Total 2 stars out of 5, trying to be kind there too.

Smash burgers are on point my mate had the peri peri burger he said it was banging 🤤, also the price for gourmet food is really fair unlike alot of places... Also the customer service is spot on well done chaps, Need to come again for the peri peri chicken it's meant to be roast.

Best takeaway on the road. Always has freshly cooked food, really nice sauces and comes well packaged too. Go for the peri peri rice box or the half chicken rice box. They're our two favourites Happy found this gem

The quailty and tatse is spot on! definitely one of the best around we've been a few times now and have recived good size portions of food, the staff are lovely also! we ordered a few things now but the steak burger, and peri peri box is lovely and the milkshakes are sooo nice!! 100% recommend 👌

The guy who served me was very plesent and the food was really tasty the only thing which is minor was it was a bit greasy but that probably added to the taste anyway but if I could give a 4.5 I would of .

We ordered for the first time and we took a recommendation which was a peri peri rice box, margarita pizza and chicken pizza and all of them was delicious and couldn’t complain about anything. Great customer service and made us feel very welcome and service was fast. Food was brilliant!👍

High on lyf. An experience you would not have at home. Funky Dank relish and creamy garlic mayo compliments the perfectly grilled peri peri chicken from the golden egg of Jesus. The chicken wrap reminded me of what summer is really like, with the BBQ burning and the rays tanning my silky skin. Would highly recommend to a friend.
