I was served food that was spoiled We had panni poori and they served poori masal sides for panni poori.. The masal inside the pani poori was spoiled. Awful feel.. Please don't visit and spoil gut health.

Loved the ghee roast! A really good place for dosas. Siddharth was very welcoming and explained the menus really well . All the staff were very attentive! Well done

Had an amazing time - I am vegan and would reccommend HIGHLY the Idli, the Gobi Manchurian mushrooms (crispy and saucy, a must!) and for the dosa we had a masala dosa and Onion masala rava dosa! Will be coming again, very reasonable - CASH ONLY

Had dosas from here tasted good but the portion was on bit smaller size as compared to the price. Serving was in plastic yellow plates which was quite odd. There was an extra eat in charge as well. But overall satisfied with the food and service.

Amazing food Each dish was fantastic! Massive menu. So many I haven’t heard of. Plenty of deals. The paneer chilli and biriyani were out of this world. The paneer manchurian dosa Was very good!

A lovely meal with a welcoming atmosphere, wonderful staff great service and the authentic flavours of southern India. We have been coming for years and it remains by far the best dosa restaurant in the north west. Try it it's life changing.

I had to pay extra £2 saying service charge which he does not bothered to explain the reason for additional cost and they accept only cash.

Dosas are delicious highly recommend. Authentic.

Unexpected find. It was a last minute decision to go here and let me tell you, it was well worth it!!!☺️ Good food and offers. Have eaten in a lot of Indian places in and around Manchester and this deffo falls in the top revisits.

We are regular visitors to this restaurant specially when we crave for Indian mutton biryani and kothu parota. We tried prawn biryani which is worth trying as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would love to explore proper South indian taste.

Going here from 2015 when i am sure it had recently started. But will let ever Know it is a shame for an indian to call this place one of worst experience ever and the worst pkace to spend your money. The waiter thinks he is some king and can serve and bill whatever he wants. He is bringing wrong food on the table and telling me this is what the chef has given me i had placed the right order. The food is just pathetic and this server is an add on. He has no idea what he is doing. Just by saying the owners have made this policy doesn't scare any customer. Will be spreading word to everyone who i know to not go here and want to make people aware about this disgusting place.

Still One of the Best Spots Around in Manchester. I’ve been coming here for a while, and I can confidently say it’s still one of my favorite places. The food is consistently tasty, portions are generous, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, which is something you don’t see everywhere. As for payment, not accepting cards might be inconvenient for some, but it’s hardly a dealbreaker when everything else is spot on. Highly recommend giving it a try—judge for yourself!

Good place to dine in for South Indian cuisine. Liked their Chicken65 and Mutton Kothu paratta.

Delicious food and excellent service!

This places atmosphere has never been great, and service has always been poor. But the food was great so we kept returning. Tonight, the food was so horrible, we didn't even eat it! Paneer Chilli was like eating burnt rubber. The dosas took way too long to come, and when it did come, it was undercooked. Sadly we will no longer be returning on a regular basis.

We really enjoyed the food here, and I would recommend going. It was very well priced, and everything was delicious. Unfortunately I had to give a low service rating as the toilet was extremely dirty, and that’s a kind description. I also had to chase up drinks, and cutlery.

This is one of my favourite places. The dosa is consistently the best the flavours are incredible. Dahi Puri, chana chaat, masala dosa..you can order anything and it will be fantastic but I always get those as a starting point. GO!

Dosa didn't taste authentic. Tomato and mint chutney tasted fridged. Sambar didn't taste like sambar and made without lentils. Coconut chutney wasn't fresh and tasted like it was made from dessicated coconut rather than fresh grated coconut.

From a South Indian having tasted dosa from a gazillion places, I can say with confidence this place serves quality Dosa. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Sambar - spice level was just about perfect, tasted very fresh. The dosa was a bit too crispy for my liking but can’t complain as it tasted authentic. All chutneys tasted good. Close to the quality you get back home. I would recommend and come back again.

We visited this place for dinner and had ordered a Paper Dosa and Koothu Porotta. Both dishes were quite nice—crispy, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, the sambar didn’t quite hit the mark for us; it lacked the depth of flavor we were hoping for. Overall, it was a decent experience, and with a little improvement in the sambar, it could be even better!

Excellent & authentic! We were looking for a small Indian restaurant for lunch with family.. we came across Dosa Express and it was perfect! The flavors reminded me of the Dosa I ate in India. Prices very affordable. Highly recommended!

We were searching for a perfect South Indian restaurant & no surprise we found this one!!! Waaaaahhhh they r really friendly in welcoming staffs, food was served very fastly & time to time. Me & my husband ordered Fried rice with chilli chicken, Masala dosa & strawberry flute 🥰the taste was fabulous!!! Must visit restaurant who r craving for Indian cuisine.
