The best restaurants serving Default food in Northenden Manchester North West

Food was OK service was excellent, atmosphere was OK but it was on a Monday not much happens on Monday anywhere. Christmas decorations was lovely.

Tried ordering from here a few times recently and they keep cancelling the order.

Awful service. 1 part of the meal didn’t arrive. Was told it would arrive later that night. It didn’t despite the driver telling the guys it had. Ring proving no delivery. Mother’s Day spoilt as one person had no meal. Very reluctant to offer any refund back to our card. Onion Bhajis free as an apology 🤣 Poor service, poor customer service & very dodgy money wise. Food extremely oily. Go elsewhere

Ordered from here for the 1st time, won't be coming back, threw most of it away as the chicken and beef dishes were poor, chips were bad too a lot has eyes in and loads of scrapings .

Very very bad food hygiene by male sever. Whilst wearing gloves he rubbed his neck twice and continued to touch the food with the same gloves. We had to intervene and stop him making the sub. Both him and the lady server seemed shocked. I wonder how much sweat has gone into everyone's subs today 🤢🤢🤢

We are going to both Northenden and Timperley Costa Cafes with my husband. I must say that the Northerdern service is much better and staff very friendly. Chris, one of the waiters, is extremely nice and I really liked that he came to our table asking about our newborn girl today. This interaction certainly makes a difference.

Ordered food today and waited two hours but got no response regarding our order. Called them back only for them to say the rider kept calling but no one picked up which was a clear lie because I was on my phone the entire time and there were no voice mails left either as the man claimed. I said they could have sent me an email since I was registered with them but they claimed they couldn’t because they were busy. Called them and asked if he could redeliver. The man said the rider has already gone on to make other deliveries so it’s not possible. We then said we’d come and pick the food up but he then changed his story and said the food is in the bin. We asked for our money back and he said we’d have to claim for a refund. I asked for the managers name and the man put the phone down on me. Called again and another person picked up who also refused to give me the managers name but was clearly communicating with the person who refused to give their name. Placed a complaint against them and will charge for fraud.

I only got chips bit they were freshly cooked and lovely.

Love gourmet grill and bistro the food always spot on especially the calzones 👌
