avoid this branch the service was very bad even when it was epmty the worked made the food was not happy to serve and somehow even the food was not good

Ordered Bombay bad boy when arrived no meat on it was just bread lettuce and peppers not what I am furious have paid 26£ for this and another sandwich same problem am appalled do not order from here

Excellent service. Food alergy and needed gluten free bread we was served by Aaron I think my daughter said his name was. This is the safest place I have ever been for someone who has a gluten intolerance ,he was naturally very self aware when dealing with our order, he made us aware that he couldn’t start the next sandwiches or pass us anything why he was dealing with the gluten free order, I have to watch carefully for cross contamination with our food order as it can make my daughter very I’ll, He was 5 star with his awareness. And not once did he cross contaminate or touch a single thing untill that order was packed to go. Thankyou subway Northenden we was extremely impressed and totally reassured our food was in safe hands

No other customers in ship but me stood there for 10 minutes while 2 staff just having a chat ended up leaving and going else as on my lunch break can't be standing about waiting for a chat to finish

Service has gone downhill since its changed hands. The guy you have on till (4pm 27/9) of indian-origin is extremely arrogant and rude and needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Also on my recent visits there are a lot of flies in the restaurant. This will be my last visit.

Ordered via Uber eats. Ordered a FOOTLONG meal and received a very cold 6 inch sun that was missing cheese off of it. Not happy with the quality, then tried to ring the store and the phone number stated on Google and on the website is invalid?

Possibly the worst Subway I’ve been in. Coffee machine not working, staff didn’t seem to speak or understand English too well and it seems the portion sizes are now rationed.

The staff were so friendly and entertaining, great atmosphere and the perfect sandwich! First time in Manchester and this was one of my fave parts!

Shocked as staff watched a young lad running across the seating and tables on one side of the seating area. I did make a couple of comments and myself and the other couple sat on the other side as we did not want to eat on tables that had been ran across in shoes. Staff said nothing, did not come out and wipe tables despite a lull in service and left new customers unaware eating on those tables. Disgraceful

Coldest subway ive been in to second visit in last couple of weeks. Last time computer error unable to except card payments today certain food items out of stock asked for double meat only got single

Nice spacious area to sit. Sandwiches are usually the same in sale subway branches. With they offer halal options in meat.

I don't usually leave reviews and I don't like writing them either but after eating from here I felt a bit sick and got a bad stomach ache also I ordered the wraps with sauce, I don't get why you wouldn't put the sauce inside the wraps but you put in separately, not that it's a big deal but when I order a toasted wrap with sauce it's expected that the sauce is actually in the wrap and not me having to unravel it and put it in my self. If you want to get good reviews use fresh products, put some effort and pride in your work and show people you care about the service. Sorry but this isn't it. Won't be ordering again.

This is the best subway i have ever gone to, staff is so much cooperative, food quality is so much good, and the food served, being gone through proper health care instructions with the use of sanitized dishes and all other stuff.

Not a good subway. Was in there for 50 minutes waiting to get served because the staff is so slow. The woman working coughed directly onto my sandwich and put cucumber on it without me asking her to. When I asked if she could take of the cucumber she walked off. The man working took it off for me when I asked. Definitely not worth it food wash bashed up when handed to me and tasted off.

Salad selection looked really stale. The lettuce was turning orange around the edges. When I mentioned it the girl, she complained about the amount of waste thrown out. Maybe if the produce was fresher the turnover of sandwiches higher would be higher = less waste. Definitely not going back. Disgusting.

I have just been in Subway in Northenden and the service was awful. Met by two rude girls one coming off her break one making deliveries. I waited for five minutes at no point did anyone say bare with me. I asked for a box salad with onions in the base as I don’t like lettuce. The girl in question was off and made me feel like I was in the way. The salad 3.49 looked like a dogs breakfast the ham was half cut up, overall bad experience I wouldn’t go back!!

Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 were half frozen. Also one of the Sandwiches was totally wrong from the salad to the sauce. Also had items on it that my son was allergic to, so it was inedible. Waiting over 40mins. Rang the store back and the woman who answered was really rude and condescending. Told me to ring back in 30 minutes as she had other customers to see to. And when asked if they could just do a new Sandwich that I could pick up she hung up the phone on me. And now won't answer the phone at all.

Take out only during lockdown 2. The staff member was friendly and wore both gloves and a mask the whole time.

I went in the 3rd of November sunday mid morning , a slight que and one person serving the girl was busy and you could tell she needed help and was looking at the back to get some assistance. After queuing for almost 20mins a manager came to help only to tell me that I would have 20mins to cook some meatballs FFS , why they didn't say anything earlier I never know, why not help your staff out when help is needed and avoid staying in the back. Very disappointed

So, I've been in 3 times since last year, this was the best... service wise (there was some kind of inspector there). The first time I went in I was 5p down and the guy really didn't want to let me off. I went to search my car for 5p! Second time, no issues. Yesterday, I ordered steak and cheese but it didn't look right and there was a fly buzzing about. Low and behold I'm sat on the toilet right now writing this review. Subways are not all created equal! I'll stick to chorlton or the one at forum from now on. I do not recommend!!!

Really friendly subway staff member - who made my Monday a lot better because of how happy and smiley he was. Ordered the vegan salad which comes with garlic alioli, pretty tasty! Subway inside looked clean and presentable also although I had my subway to take away. I think subway could be a lot cheaper for what it is but I always come back so!
