Al-Jumeirah Restuarant in Manchester

This is my favourite restaurant ever just everything is so good the rice the lamb chops the kebabs the chicken all of these I tried they’re so delicious and it’s never undercooked and staff and so friendly. And it’s affordable too

The food was very delicious freshly made and hot and the staff was very friendly and supporting specially summia gave us very thing on time and her service was best also she was very pretty 😊

I bought a chicken gulfam from here the chicken was really burnt . Luckily I got my money back because I ordered through just eat. Just eat told me to send them photographs of the chicken after sending the photos they gave back my money.

Nice food and Great Service I will definitely recommend lamb chops or lamb Grill it’s my Personal favourite Afghan Rice are also worth to try Due to some reason they don’t survive Pepsi or Coke . I will recommend some fresh orange juice. Nice staff But my recommendations is waking stairs on back side needs to clean. On that Price nothing to complain . 5/5

Delivery was perfect however one of our orders was. I ordered for roasted chicken but faham came instead, which is dry and charred. Totally put my appetite off.

They scam people through rice portions and overcharged us. The portions are small aswell. Even the taste is normal. Ate twice and not recommended at all.

The food was delicious, and the service was great. The new decorations made the atmosphere really nice and welcoming. Summayah, our waitress, was friendly and always smiling while serving us. The tea was excellent as well. This has always been our first choice whenever we’re in Manchester, and it never disappoints. We traveled far to dine here, and it was absolutely worth the trip. A wonderful place to enjoy a meal!

It is a nice and comfy place to dine in, the lamb, rice and naan bread always very good, even the mint tea is so refreshing, love it. Plus a great service from Summia, always helpful with great service.

Best Kobeda and Kabuli in the town.

Tonight I dined at Al Jazeera restaurant and it was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the service was attentive, and the food was exceptional. The grills in general were a standout, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The menu offers great variety, catering to all preferences, and the drinks were equally delightful. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Used to be our favourite place for rice fix after a long day outdoors. But since with the new look and the new staffs, I don’t think we are welcome anymore. We used to bring friends and family to dine in here but I hate the young staff keep looking at us like they are judging us with side eyes while we enjoying our time here. And last time they accommodate our demand for extra hot water, and chilli sauce etc. But no more. Will need to give a long thought to go back here.

Upstairs is now renovated beautifully. The food perfect as usual. The best thing for me is your order will be served under 10 minutes. As usual i ate the chicken roasted and qabily pillow. The side hummus the red curry made the food better. Will be coming again as usual

Soft tasty flavored rice with roasted lamb that was ever so tender falling off the bones. One serving is HUGE! Came with side fresh salad & trio of sauces. Value for money as the quality is superb! Grateful to have stumbled upon this restaurant.

It is not recommended to eat the whole mutton skewers in this restaurant. It is as bloody and smelly as most restaurants. But the rice's dryness, wetness and spice ratio are very good, which can completely erase any stereotypes you have about long-grain rice.

Customer service is really bad. The woman who brought us our food was very rude, she did not smile once. We asked if we could sit in the booths by the front and she said no because she was going to clean up. The extractors do not do the job and the place was filled with smoke from the grill, we couldn't breath properly. As for the food, we ordered chicken tikka kebab, half chicken with rice and lamb and rice. The chicken tikka was burnt, dry and was on a large namm bread with half a whole burnt onion, bizarre! The lamb and rice looked nothing like the pictures and only had 3 small pieces of lamb hidden under the rice. We asked for water and were told they don't have water, not even bottled or even tap water, I have never been told that in any restaurant in my life. It used to be nice here and I recommend it in the past, but not anymore, I would avoid this place at all costs!

Fresh food, really tasty and great pricing. The service provided by Sumayah was excellent, she looked after us really well and went above and beyond.

We’ve been to the restaurant for a meal today and the service there was absolutely amazing and sumaiya was professionally dealing with everything and had a absolute gorgeous smile all the time we so appreciate these type of services we recommend 100%

Aljazeera restaurant is one of the best restaurant on Wilmslow Road Manchester. The food is always full of taste. Cobeeda , Chops and Tandoori Tekkas are amazing. We also very much impressed from staff customer service specially Javeria. She is very well mannered , polite and know how to deal and serve the customers. I definitely recommend the families and friends to go there for good quality food.

The portions and service leave a lot to be desired. Ordered half a chicken with rice, was clearly given a small quarter of a chicken. Politely pointed this out and showed them their own menu picture of what I should have received, received a rude and unhelpful response. Judge for yourself if the picture has the quality of meat you would expect from half a chicken (this is after I picked the bones clean to get every last morsel of meat!)

The place looked ok. The menu is almost all the same, I ordered a salad and it was lettuce and tomato literally without salt or anything. I ordered rice with chicken and my plate had pieces of lamb. My partner ordered rice with lamb and they put very little elbow and it was dry. When serving, the waitress had her fingers in the food and gave me the dirty water bottle. Lastly, the service was rubbish.

It is a very bad restaurant and the worst restaurant in Manchester.I saw bugs in the food.I had a fight with them and they treated me very badly.The bread maker from Afghanistan is very very bad.

Authentic food that isn't watered down to cater for the western palette.

Studying here in Manchester, Al-Jazeera is one of my options to dine in / take out with families and friends. The qabily pillow is one of my favourites. Thank youu!!!

Went here today with my family (6 of us). Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Amazing, fresh, delicious food. This place was clean, and the decor was pleasant. Staff were friendly, and the service was fast. We ordered the Kobeda with naax x3, Kobeda with rice x1, Double Kobeda with rice and Kobeda mix (kobeda and boneless lamb pieces) with naan x1 with variety of drinks. Portions were generous and we were very full. Had to have the mint tea at the end! Delicious!! Highly Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

An authentic arabic restaurant. Tastes good and perfect for grilled and arabic food lovers. Food is good but the attitude of the staff needs to be better. Also before when we bought a grill, nan was included. Now we need to pay for everything separately.
