i didn’t receive my order at all

If i am talking about the service the lady her name is Summia I was so pleased her services. I highly recommend this restaurant. Unreal food, everything from the naan to the rice, the sauces, to the kebab an everything was 10/10. Great portion sizes. I plan on coming back next time I’m in Manchester. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks

Good service and friendly staff

Went here today with my family (6 of us). Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Amazing, fresh, delicious food. This place was clean, and the decor was pleasant. Staff were friendly, and the service was fast. We ordered the Kobeda with naax x3, Kobeda with rice x1, Double Kobeda with rice and Kobeda mix (kobeda and boneless lamb pieces) with naan x1 with variety of drinks. Portions were generous and we were very full. Had to have the mint tea at the end! Delicious!! Highly Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

An authentic arabic restaurant. Tastes good and perfect for grilled and arabic food lovers. Food is good but the attitude of the staff needs to be better. Also before when we bought a grill, nan was included. Now we need to pay for everything separately.

I recently dined at Al Jazeera and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. We ordered the kobeda kabab, mixed kobeda, and chicken tikka kabab, and each dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The restaurant is clean and boasts a friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty kababs and a welcoming environment!

We went to Rusholme to get some food but was disappointed when our usual place had ran out of my favorite dish, so decided to try out Al Jazeera and WOW absolutely loved it I got a Chicken Tikka & Kobeda on a very large naan with mixed salad with fresh parsley. Service was excellent we ordered our food and got asked to take a seat, was expecting to be called once food was ready but nope our food was brought over to us with cutlery and sauces. Once I put the salad & sauces on the top it looked sooooo good, and tasted even better. Price was very good for the size of our food Overall 10/10 Will definitely go again Well done guys 👌🏽 Mashallah

Kobeda on par with the rest of Wilmslow rd. Qabali Pilau very good, Faham (the roast chicken) not as good as Sadaf down the rd. But it good here. Lamb chops decent. Service very good. Overall 8/10.

I had lunch with my wife today and it was a delightful experience. I ordered the Kobeda with rice, while my wife chose the fish with rice. Both dishes were of excellent quality and tasted fantastic. Our server, Sumaia, was exceptionally kind and pleasant, making our visit even more enjoyable. This meal was definitely worth every penny. Plates are empty otherwise I would have taken a photo ☺️ Well done!

Food is always good but this the first delivery, although the app said it was delivered we didn’t receive it. So, I ordered again, food came but 3 drinks missing… not happy at all

Al Jazeera. A real gem on Wilmslow road. Me and my family absolutely love this place. Always our go to place for tasty, delicious, authentic food. Rizwan really looks after us. He has exceptional customer service and is always pleasant, attentive and accommodating. Waitress Sumaiyya also looked after us and served us well. Food was perfect as always and great quality. We ordered lamb chops, chicken tikka and chicken tikka/kobeda in naan. We were treated to mint tea after our meal which was very refreshing and light. Love the new refurbishments to the place! We'll definitely be back again soon.

The food quality is excellent, the salad is fresh, the chicken Al faham was freshly grilled, the qabily pilau portion is very generous. The qabily is £12.99( 1st June 2024) and Al faham half chicken is £9.99 (1st June 2024). The ambience was good, music is not loud and suitable for dining. The service is fast, the lady, Miss Sumayyah, she was very attentive, and happy to serve customers well. The restaurant was clean, the floor and table is clean immediately each diners left. This restaurant is a favourite restaurant among Malaysians since many many years. Well done Al Jazeera's

Lovely kobida kebabs Really enjoyed

Al Jazeera is one of my go to spots and I would recommend the Kobeda Kebab and Chicken Al Fahm with rice. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable, offering generous portions that left me fully satisfied. The flavors were authentic and well-prepared. I highly recommend Al Jazeera for anyone seeking tasty and budget-friendly Middle Eastern cuisine

Amazing food. Inexpensive and great food is hard to find nowadays. Waitress was really nice. The kebab was my favourite but lamb was good also.

Avoid still selling coke even though everyone else is boycotting. Shame

Al faham is nice. tables were dirty. Customer service is not good. Try to smile and you will get more customers. Also, can you stop selling Coca Cola and 7up. Apparently owner doesn’t care.

Used to love this place but after 6 months of the genocide they are STILL NOT boycotting PepsiCo drinks whilst many other businesses in manchester have started ! Jilanis and mr tees are boycotting!

Great food, great service but noticed that they are still selling Coke from ghe boycott list. Absolutely disgusted. I will be telling everyone about this. We came but unfortunately not everyone is welcome here… There was no menu display screen so naturally we sat down to get a menu in order to order. We were only treated to contemptuous looks and indifference so we left. Shame.

Driver called me when I came down and outside he was still in the car even he seen me but not bother to comes out to deliver food then I called and he open window and ask me to walk towards car to get my food it was really unexpected at least he should comes out from the car to give my food

Used to be a regular customer at this place when Mohammad used to be at the till. Now its become a Horrible customer service and with idiots serving the customers. Snatching tables from them saying braather give us table back lol. Very small table for two people. A tiny guy came to us snatching table from us. Never returning back.

Born and raised in Manchester, I’ve been coming here for over 15 years – albeit separated by years of travel. Bang for your buck, it’s the best place in Manchester. Considering flavour, consistency, variety, and price, there’s no better place. Al Jazeera doesn’t get old.

Nothing got delivered but says delivered. Needs to be some sort of explanation or show of disciplinary action taken against the driver. Have to put to kids to bed without food. It’s not just about the money!

This is always my go to place for Qabilly Pillow and I have to say that the quality has remained the same after all these years. I love the new decor but personally found the bgm a bit on the louder side if you want to have a decent conversation over a meal.

I’m aljazeera’s customer for a long time more than 10 years! The last 3 orders the food taste wasn’t as good as before! Roasted chicken taste is horrible and dry! Rice was ok! But this last order even the rice was not good it was rotten and has a very disgusting smell and taste! I think the carrots and raisins were left for along time which made the get rotten then the added them to the rice that’s ruined everything! Again the new roasted chicken herbs make the taste disgusting! Not ordering again
