They let me go in the kitchen and see a cool cheese wheel. Amazing food I had pizza and I will definitely be coming back.

The overall ambience of the Gino was fantastic and the food was delicious. The main thing is that all the waiters have a great attitude, and I had a great evening at Gino Manchester!

Pedro was an exceptional server- I am often a lone diner to this restaurant and I never feel that way when I am served, the staff are attentive knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much. Pedro’s extensive knowledge of the menu enabled me to have a truly wonderful experience and his recommendations were on point. Perfect dining experience!

Really liked our experience in the restaurant, we were there on a Sunday so it was a little quieter in a good way. The food was great (highly recommend the fettuccine al cinghiale) and the service from Giovanni was warm and helpful. Also their wine list is good!

We popped into Gino’s for a bowl of pasta before our train home. Pedro took great care of us from start to finish, he was attentive but not intrusive and made our experience special. I know its not common to eat in a hotel restaurant but this meal was definitely worth it, and avoided the hustle and bustle of Manchester city centre late on a Saturday afternoon! Bucatini carbonara was 🤌🏽 would recommend to anyone. Thanks Pedro ☺️

I have never experienced a better Service in my live! Robbie & Pako have been extraordinarily welcoming and nice. The food was also perfect! Only the Music was a bit loud for me. But apart from that, the Ambiente was really good-looking.

I had dinner at Gino's with my son. We were helped by an enthusiastic Pedro who helped us all evening. My son and I ordered the truffle pasta which is definitely recommended. We had a wonderful evening.

Terrible service, inadequate staff due to the location of the restaurant, at the first course he presented us with the water bill while we were eating. He asks us to pay the drink bill, we had just started eating the appetizer. At the end of the service they didn't even ask us if we wanted coffee. We go to the counter and ask him for 3 coffees and he tells us that he had just cleaned the machine, but he gives them to us with disgust.

Absolutely appalling the COCKTAIL DI GAMBERETTI the prawns were warm the sea bass was clearly over cooked and dry the veal Milanese was dry and tasteless we did tell the staff and they kindly discounted 20% but still disappointing

The waitresses were very arrogant and had a very bad attitude. The food was not good, the pasta with black truffle and cheese was not good. At the end of the meal, the waiter said he didn't have any boxes to take away. The waiter is very arrogant and has a cold attitude. The food is really not good. The signature black truffle cheese pasta tastes just average. Finally, I wanted to take it away and the waiter said there was no takeout box.

This restaurant was our choice because of our stay in the innside hotel and the experience couldn't be any better. Food is excellent and the environment even better. What an amazing staff!!!! Pedro really went far and beyond to make sure our visit was an unforgettable one. He took care of us on all 3 nights we stayed there. He was so professional and so knowledgeable that his recommendations were spot on. Definitely be back next time a visit Manchester. Kudos to the team.

Went early Sunday. My Sunday lunch was amazing value, hot and tasty and great portion, could have that could have fed two. One star dropped because the seating alcove fabric had lots of stains on it, which looked so out of place to a high standard restaurant. Clean it.

Table for 2 can be quite a romantic restaurant to be in! Definitely an instagrammable restaurant for both food and deco as well as the staff! Family friendly as in service, space and their food! Large party and birthday, they won’t disappoint you! Must order their special menu to optimise your whole experience in the restaurant!

Unexpectedly amazing night! First time there and I didn't know what to expect. Service was attentive, friendly and always available. Pedro our waiter and Darren were amazing, however the full team were really good. Food was exquisit and tasty. Mains came on time and the full experience was GREAT. Can not wait to come back.

I visited them for dinner and even before order food basically there was a bug at the table dead , i asked the very helpful and very polite waiter for a napkin to remove it and he just stood there and looked at it and kept staring at me waiting me for the order i told him remove it then we can go back to my order, he surprisingly said “do you want me to remove it now ?” Yes i want you to remove it now ! he left i don’t know for how long doing other things before i get my jacket to leave then he came to clean it asking me if all good , no its not all good and he know it , just awful

We had an incredible stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester(July 31-Aug 2), and Maricel at Gino’s played a huge part in making it so memorable. From the moment we arrived, Maricel went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. She was incredibly accommodating, always attentive, and made us feel right at home. Her warm hospitality and dedication to her work are truly commendable. Gino’s Restaurant is very lucky to have someone like Maricel on their team. Very good restaurant with a refined and welcoming atmosphere, excellent and professional service. The waiters Claudio and Roberto recommended some excellent wine and excellent dishes with delicious desserts at the end. We celebrated my wife's birthday with my daughters and son-in-law, definitely a beautiful memory. We will definitely return.

Great place to go for breakfast, wide selection of food from croissants to full breakfast. Cozy and peaceful environment, great location for anyone looking for an alternative to working from home (like myself) or just to chill reading a book. The staff is very friendly and courteous, Karolina and Emily always make me feel welcomed and looked after.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and dined at this place. Everything is amazing; the staff are courteous, and there's a great range of breakfast options, from cooked breakfast to everything else. The staff are attentive even at the busiest times! I've been to many places, but this is a superb place for breakfast.

Went with friends on 5 July, got the smoked salmon pasta, and ended up with food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhoea all night, lasted for quite a few days and liver enzymes are high beause of this. Been on meds for almost a month now because of the poor hygiene and despicable food quality. Not sure it the kitchen was unclean or the fish was expired, definitely never stepping foot in there ever again!

The food was good here, but it’s the people and service that make this a really lovely place to be. We’re so used to places where there aren’t enough waiters or they don’t really care, here the waiters were so lovely, they really cared and were making sure the people had a good time.

Enjoyed the food. But the portion size was too large. Added to this I found both my starter and main course to be too salty. I ordered minestrone soup to start and Milanese veal escalope for the main. I also think the meal was overpriced.

If you love Italian food, so some research and go elsewhere, as this is average in every way.

Went for a meal here Tuesday evening. The food was nice however the sauce that came with the calamari was old and developed a bit of a ‘skin’, also the calamari only had 3 actual bits of meat, the rest of the bowl was filled with fried vegetables. I had the Super Spicy pizza, not very spicy and very oily, however it did have a nice taste and decent crust. The chocolate cheesecake was very exceptional, and not too heavy. The service was quite slow, it was busy though, and the waiting staff were very polite. Overall a nice meal out however I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon as I feel there are better places to eat around this area.

Seating wasn’t conducive to a meal for two. Sat side by side on a sofa in a walkway. Asked for table water, given bottled water at a cost of £5.50, not given option of tap water which many others had on their tables. Garlic bread very dry and had garlic salt rather than garlic butter. Texture of bread though was lovely. Had trofie arrabiatta, sauce was lovely however, wouldn’t recommend that style of pasta, prefer penne as it has a better texture. Partners carbonara was a little watery. Don’t think we will be going again, wasn’t the romantic meal for two we were hoping to have.

Supurb allround winner. Ambience was spot on. Food was excellent, I had the sea food pasta dish presented beautifully and tasted as food as it looked. Cocktail Hugo spritz was also delicious. I wish there was one of these restaurants I'm the city where I live.

We had a delightful time here on a Friday night. It was a bit quiet, but the service was excellent. We had scallops from the special menu and the large rib-eye steak to share. The food was exceptional, and the staff's presentation was superb. The price was very reasonable for food in Manchester, and they have a great selection of beers available. We will be going back.

Called in for a late Saturday lunch. Good service by waiter and seated straight away. Very polite. Food was delicious. Not too expensive for a 3 course meal with a large glass of red wine. Would recommend this restaurant.

Unbelievable evening in a wonderful restaurant, the ambiance, the décor and the service level was incredible, table of 10 guests were treated to first class service by all the staff, especially Darren, from the moment we entered until the time we left, All of the food was prepared and cooked to perfection, the Steaks to share were great, Pork Belly wonderful and the wines recommended by Darren were so good, We shall be returning very soon and would highly recommend going here to anybody.
