Quarter pounder with double cheese was one of the best I had , usually you got kebap shop and burgers be dry but this guys OMG

I had food from here last night I now have food poisoning. Stay clear of this shut hole

Ordered through just eat, pizza came barely warm- ordered large fries - standard size got delivered……. So after 20 mins of my pizza being put in the oven to warm up, a whole hour and 30 minutes after the initial order was placed I finally got my food- pizza was awful very little tomato base altogether tasteless… The standards of ingredients are inferior, awful bland food for premium prices. Part of my order was delivered wrong, maybe they should not take in too many orders and concentrate on standards a little more….. Result= 3/4 of a bland disgusting pizza and standard order of cold fries went into my food recycle bin… This place used to be brilliant- not anymore such a shame!!!

Helpful if told via the app when food is ready rather than the approx timer. I turned up and the oven is keeping it warm. I also fear that the meat feast ordered was more like half a cheesy garlic bread half meat feast. No consistency with where the meat was and hidden by cheese so you can't tell. Certainly expected better when a 10 inch pizza is nearly £10. They call them 'toppings' because they should be on top so a customer can see what they get.

Delivery driver decided to try and smash the door down. Pizza was disgusting, tasted like it’d been microwaved finished. Kebab was ok.

Delivery driver arrived and promptly tried to take the door down like a bailiff executing a warrant. Garlic pizza base was like a frozen disc of dough. Kebab meat was ok. Fried chicken cooked last year. Last time I order from this place now. Awful.

After waiting and not receiving confirmation that it was on its way,I patiently asked when calling them a rough estimate of the delivery time I was met with a very rude response of"whats your problem"I will stress I was very blasay I wasn't in a particular rush and prepared to be understanding as its over the Christmas period but I'm disgruntled by the poor quality and coldness of the food despite taking so long and being late also.Avoid

Have we all had enough, of being sold lies within this service, my bill was £16-85 after the 5% discount, (85p) then 80p on line service charge. No delivery charge written all over the website anyd litrature, no discussion. I live less than 200yrds from the place. They charged the £1.50, quizzed with driver adament the bill was right, phoned the shop, spoke with manager at the time, was not interested in my frustration, to a point of being rude, it is only £1.50 but it is not right and just frustrated me, as it happens all the time, well I for one have had enough. I have ordered from this establishment for years, no more.

Absolutely disgusting service and food, had half the order replaced as was inedible , burnt and missing a pitta bread and salad,the 2nd attempt was no better still burnt a poor excuse for salad and the hardest stale pitta bread, obviously no idea how to cook !

First time ordering from here and unfortunately will be our last. Service was good and food looked promising. The food was tasteless. Donner Kebab was dry, not a lot of meat, no sauce when we asked for mint sauce. Salad was not fresh and basically just shredded cabbage. Garlic bread had no flavour to it. Very disappointed and couldn’t finish it.

Awesome lads' accidentally chose this restaurant to collect from as opposed to one with a similar name. After realising my error, and that the restaurant was an easy 20 min walk either way to collect from they met me at the other restaurant to give me my food. No additional cost, top lads. Food was good as well. Cheers again guys

Best doner kebab - great ingredients and bread

Great donor kebab meat but it was extremely greasy overall so was probably sat in a bain marie with too much grease in it. Prefer dry meat so would rather the meat was cut fresh for my order. Alwys far too much salad, which is wasfeful and won't fit in the kebab. Try a little harder please.

I was not happy that I ordered a lamb and chicken kebab to only get two small pieces of lamb. I was also mean to come with peppers? Which didn’t (nor did the other chicken kebab I ordered) It had like 2/3 mushrooms in two which didn’t seem fair. For what you stated on the menu it was, it was not what I received. For all that money I spent to get that I was very disappointed
