Horrid to work with cancelled pre booked event with no notice and no reason why and have been nothing but difficult to communicate with since

Disrespectful to work with dont use the space for any means cancelled on me last minute after partnering with another event and bringing a big DJ to play

The best chicken I’ve ever had . The peri peri chicken is so moist here , definitely better than Nando’s. I wish I lived in Manchester so I could eat here more often. I know This sounds like a fake review but seriously, I scraped up every last bit of the chicken I had. Thanks for the great chicken! ❤️

I like the vibes of this place. Not far from the center of the city I visited this place back in 2018 and the experience was decent. Recommend

The venue is decent, pretty quirky and not far from the center of town. The bouncers are actually nice and don't harass you for your appearance and there is no dress code which I also appreciate. There are often small events ran in the basement with local DJ's and sometimes even international DJ's which provide a very friendly but music oriented environment. I would recommend researching the music genres fro the night before you go ahead and pay for your entry and to prevent disappointment I would also recommend buying your tickets online (usually on skiddle) so you don't turn up to a full party. The drinks are still expensive but you are in the Northern Quarter and you won't find drinks for much cheaper around the same area, overall I have to give a rating of a least 4 stars; this is one of the better clubs in Manchester, its in my top 5.

We went to the UNFAZED night but beforehand we had a pizza in the main bar area. Got to say, it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Seriously. Deliciously thin and properly crispy base. Better than Rudy's sometimes sloppy based pizza. UNFAZED is a full on authentic rave night. Music is properly 303 heavy original rave - I'm old enough to remember - and this fits in with the basement area which is very bare and dark, rave perfection! Hedonism is alive and well and at UNFAZED. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Music was banging! Sort of hard house kind of vibe.

Went to the comedy night here as my son was performing. The bar staff are great and friendly nice little bar, unfortunately the burger place upstairs wasn't open but they let me bring a take away in. Wish I wasn't driving as they did pints for £3 !

Went to watch a gig in the downstairs place. First time I'd seen any gig advertised at the venue, which is a shame because we reckoned it sounded excellent, particularly considering it's not typically set up for it. Very small/intimate, there is no stage despite that being the name of the venue. Bar is decent, staff are cheerful and friendly. Not loads of seating upstairs, but enough if it's not too busy.

Best bar in Manchester by far, staff are amazing, drinks are reasonably priced, great music, atmosphere & always a warm welcome from James Would absolutely highly recommend a visit, the new-ish buger bar upstairs is yum yum yummy

I visited here on Saturday evening with a group of friends. We was served by a gent called Darren who made my experience A1. He genuinely wanted to help and make our experience here the best it could be. He wiped down the chairs and tables outside that were dripping wet with rain so we could sit in them which a lot of people/places wouldn’t bother to do, never mind offer to do it. He had a good laugh with us before he went back inside. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service received. Thanks again Darren!

Bangin atmosphere with good tunes and not too overpriced beer. The in house beer is definitely worth a try. Came during covid and even then the atmosphere was great, want to come again on a club night

I was here on Thursday and they had a very funny stand up comedy show on with comedians from all over the world....and it was free! Can't wait for the next one

Favourite bar in Manchester!! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, some great nights on in the basement at the weekends and a brilliant open mic night every Wednesday!! Would recommend a stop off in here for a beer if your looking for somewhere to hit up!!

Cool bar/club in northern quarter, some nights really cool music, I went when Mihai Pol played, the security do a good job to make sure that it's not overcrowded and are friendly.

Went here with a friend for an after work drink as there were plenty of tables available. Despite how quiet it was in terms of patrons, we couldn't hear each other speak and left after 1 drink as the basement (occupied by another business) seemed to be having a drumming competition.

The place was closed and looks derelict without any notice why it is shut. We travelled from London to spend an evening with some Mancunian friends. Had to go next door!

Entertaining bar in the edge of the ‘quarter. Comfy relaxed atmosphere. Great choice of beers. Didn’t sample the food. More vegan options needed. Beer I was served was a little stale. Hadn’t been pulled through. More attention to the bar please people. This knocked a star off. Good music playing and a good atmosphere.

Nice bar serving amazing pizzas at reasonable prices! Be aware the garlic breads are huge!

No idea what their theme is. I'm all about a bar with an identity. Roman style mosaics? Industrial era pilars? Tacky art deco? And worst of all, a sky plus box which is neither new or outdated Very confusing vibe. Won't be returning

One star is too generous! It's mainly because I was disregarded in the venue, (basement) pushed by one of the staff members. Even if I was smoking this does not give authority to touch or push. After I was told that I can't smoke inside I put off the cigarette and I told there is no signs inside so I wasn't aware. After two minutes a doorman came to me to say we have to speak. Okay, then. What I have been told was this member of staff asked me three times to don't smoke and I didn't want to stop and I kept smoking! :D What a stupid knobheads. AVOID!

What a venue, from the staff to the food to the beers to the people who frequent to the venue itself, both ground floor and basement are one of my favourite places in Manchester, no doubt about it If there was 10 stars Stage&Radio would get 10 stars from me Long Live Stage&Radio

Have to say such an awesome basement club. I use my brand at this venue often. The staff are always friendly. Great team. Door staff also good. Would recommend this venue for club nights. I have also eaten at the venue on a number of occasions upstairs and the Pizza is just mouth watering and fresh

Great open Mic venue, brilliant craft ales on including my favourite toasted malts!

The atmosphere was like that of a high school prom with the amount of underage kids in there. The room downstairs was showing the boxing on a tiny 30" screen that we all had to huddle around, not before paying £5 entry to go down.

Not a big fan of bars broken down into pay/free entry but in the same location. Make it a techno place and charge for global entry or split it up properly.

Really unimpressed with this establishment. Booked a table through Groupon 3 weeks in advance and received an email the day before our meal cancelling our reservation. Appalling customer service. Tried ringing on at least 10 occasions and no one picked up. I can safely say, we will avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely disgraceful!

Bar staff were friendly and doormen welcoming. Main floor bar area was playing decent deep house music but lacked any ambiance akin to a Saturday night. The evening event was in the downstairs basement and five of us handed over £10 each for entry. The bouncer said one of us couldn’t go down to look without paying. This was a waste of money for a garage-sized dance floor with a drearily dull DJ. A queue on a jet bridge at Manchester airport has more atmosphere! Avoid.

Bar upstairs had a good vibe with some decent music playing. But the party seemed in full swing below. What could be found at the bottom of the stairs? Parting with a tenner was the only way to find out. This turned out to be a huge waste of money. A single room 20sq m, with the world's smallest bar. We were beck upstairs in 5 mins. Avoid.

Made a booking and even had the e mail confirmation but got turned away. First it was th saying they never had the booking. Once I showed e mail it was then they had no supplies. Clearly didn’t want to serve me

Amazing place. Great staff, good selection of beers & lagers and the club downstairs with its Void sound system was really fun! Looking forward to them rolling out the pizza restaurant upstairs. I'll be back for sure.
