Awful service. Drove to collect, told it would be ready, I arrived and they hadn’t even made it and tried lying to say they wanted it ‘to be fresh’ 😐🫣

Freshly oven baked pizza amazing taste

My family and I placed an order through Uber Eats for the “buy one, get one free” deal, along with a garlic bread, totaling £32.44. However, we only received two pizzas and the garlic bread. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the person who answered blamed Uber Eats, claiming it was their fault. When I pressed further, asking if the missing pizzas had even been sent out, he avoided giving me a clear answer. I sarcastically asked if Uber Eats had walked into their kitchen and cooked the pizzas themselves, as it was obvious the issue wasn’t on Uber’s end. We were left frustrated, with no valid explanation as to why part of our order was missing. While the food we did receive was delicious, the customer service was appalling and left us feeling very let down.

Hardly any meat on pizzas. Chicken wings was not so tasty neither. Totally wasted my money.

VERY Poor service . Say they will deliver but you wait overr an hour even though I live less than 2 min away. Over 3£ for gluten free . Don't order if you are hungry

Ordered via Uber Eats. Two 12 inches pizzas, one Margherita and a Meathead, plus wedges. Pizzas and wedges were cold, wedges soggy and undercooked, and really stingy with the meat toppings. Not impressed. Can’t rate service or atmosphere.

Horrible pizza I ever eat. I am very disappointed as it’s just waist of money to be honest. I have paid £20 for burnt and horrible test due to the chicken which I believe it’s wasn’t fresh at all . Do not buy pizza from here you will end up being ill afterwards. Disgusting and ripping off . I don’t mind paying £20 for a pizza but at least to be worth.

We ordered through the Didsbury and withington app but the driver returned the order without trying to contact us but the owner of the business after phoning him and asking what had happened brought our order to us himself and saved the day. Not all heroes wear capes. He didn’t have to do that and was the error of a third party not them so not only is the food fantastic but so is the owner!

Delivery was fast. I have ordered from many places and every time they all forget something out of my order but with this place everything was there. But the cheese garlic bread with pepperoni and extra garlic oil was 10/10. Would highly recommend this place. 5/5 stars.

Lovely clean place, friendly staff, food is AMAZING. We don't go anywhere else now for pizza.

One of the best authentic pizzas I've had

Got the Roma pizza last night the whole base was so thin and burnt it was horrible I never leave reviews but feel ripped off after spending 17 quid on a pizza that wasn't quality checked before going out as you can see by the picture. Had this been noticed they could have made a new pizza made sure it wasnt burnt and the review would have been positive

Ordered as we were staying in a hotel for the night before a flight the next day. Never tried before. Was with us in what felt like minutes, hot, tasty and not greasy. My kids are always fussy and ate the whole thing. Will definitely use again when we stay again.

The driver said he was at my door and then he came in front of me and started eating my pizza in front of me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Not good at all.🤮 They just put all stuff on the naan . All piazzas are burned. Will never order again

Reviews made me order but it is not even 1cm thick and everything hangs done and as not cooked properly or can be made thick so can be eaten easy like a pizza not happy won't order again

Pizza tasted weird. I think it's because of the sauce they use, not sure if expired or not. Along with that there were pieces of pepper or something in the pizza which I didn't order. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Great place. Never seen one of these before apparently have 100 shops. All I know is this one does good pizza. It's like subway/pizza. They make it in front of you

First time trying with the family and I am extremely happy with the service and food of fireaway. The owner was very welcoming and nice and made the overall service very good. The pizza was absolutely delicious and tasted like authentic Italian pizza! I would 100% be returning very soon to try more of their menu items. 100/100 service & food, must try if you haven’t, you won’t be dissapointed!

Ordered a pizza. It was beautiful. The ingredients were fresh and the quality exceptional, the base was light and perfectly baked. Tasted and looked like it had been made with love ❤️ I'd recommend this place to anyone

Best pizza place I have ever ordered from! The pizzas are delicious and much less greasy than other take aways, plus there is a good range of toppings which are very generous. The delivery is always very fast, we have never waited longer than half an hour for our food which is normally at least 10 mins earlier than Just Eat advises. I haven’t ordered pizza from anywhere else since I found Fire Away and don’t intend to! Would highly recommend

Used a few times now, love the great authentic stone-baked dough and rich sauce. Usually pick a pepperoni calzone - great.

First visit. Stayed at Britannia Hotel and had a short walk to this place. First class pizza, pleasant staff, colourful decor, clean and modern. A must visit. Comfortable seating area

Excellent pizza especially if eaten straight away so it is still crisp. Don't understand the cheap meats claims as i have the 'meat head' and the meat ive had is better quality than whats on your typical pizza by a long shot, although ive only been ordering for couple of months. Sides are tasty but i'm yet to try a shake.

Reasonable prices, decent quality ingredients, Pizzas were delicious. We had a dine in and ordered Pepperoni pizza, Meat head and Amalfi with additional topping, Garlic oil and chicken and a side of chicken strips. All three pizzas were delicious. Service was second to none, restaurant was well maintained, clean and tidy. Will definately recommend. Thanks guys.

Great staff helpful and friendly , pizza was ok not the best I've had but far from worst. Some of ingredients tasted a but cheap esp the chicken. Reasonable prices.

Me and the missus did the build your own pizza for a tenner, pretty gutted when I found out the base was soggy and the £1 I payed for the hot drop on a slice I'd like it back considering there was not a hint of spice on the whole pizza. S+p wouldn't go a miss aswell.

They have vegan and gluten free options, the drinks are really sugary thorough for those on low sugar. The crust is thing and the potato wedges are baked. It's great

Lovely food, prepared and delivered on time to our house fresh. Margherita and chicken were both great. Tried gluten free base as well on the pesto pizza which was surprisingly good. Defo recommend!

First time at Fireaway this evening, being an annoying veggie I went custom and was offered the full selection of vegetables to go on top of the pizza. Got home and proceeded to eat the lot in one sitting! Great base, great cheese pull on the top, super fresh and well loaded up veggies on top. Not a drop of grease in site, just a stone baked pizza ready to be demolished. Will be back again and recommend to local friends!!!

Finally I got the opportunity to dine and eat their wonderful food. I chose "Cheesy" which was to die for as was the chicken. Can't recommend enough.

to be honest, pretty terrrible. bases were burnt, topping were just warmed up cheap meats. worse still, the staff have no hygiene levels when handling the pizzas. things are quite expensive: £4 for a milkshake smaller than a mcdonalds small. get one from mcdonalds! lol and...£3 for a cookie?! the concern is the hygiene levels. i work in a shop in the same row of shops as well, and we all use a back alleyway to access the rear entrances. looking outside the back door of this shop, which leads into the food prep room, is animal droppings and the smell of urine. eat where you will, but check the place out before ordering online.

Two staff prepped our pizza with no masks. Another member of staff had no mask behind the scenes. No consideration to the rules in place at the moment. We had to reheat the pizza at home as a 5 mins walk was too much - and discovered that there was no meat on the pizza. The wedges were also cold so needed to be reheated. Would not recommend. Shame as like to support new businesses but this one needs to pull their socks up by a long way.
