Waited over 1 hour 30 mins for food, only brought two pizzas instead of 3 as offered in meal deal. Told driver he said ring shop, rang shop mailbox full. Driver said would get them to ring me.. no phonecall and now closed!

food is very nice but I asked no flavour salt on my sons kid meal. said it on order online and rang to say aswel.but it still arrived with flavour salt, my sont is 5yrs and wouldn't eat it :( totally unacceptable when I asked for none on order and rang to make sure

they delivered the food to one of my neighbors and many other problems in the past as gave them another chance before the bad review

cheesy chips went down a treat. mozzarella sticks are hot and gooey. pizza hot and cheesy. coca cola was cold. 5⭐

Ordered a chicken kabab wrap paid £6.20 and Received £3.75 chicken wrap 🤦‍♀️ Food nice but didnt get what i asked for and paid more Also takes ages to arrive , need to change the collection time , said 5.10pm pick up and wasnt ready till 6.15pm

Not good. Ordered at 19.33. Took more than 1h40mins to arrive. Called at 20.30 and was told 'they had other orders, you're too far, traffic is bad. Google maps showed no traffic and 8min drive. They said I could cancel, but it was ready and would be arriving at 20.50. It finally turned up at 21.05 with an apologic driver who said it was mad busy. Awful tasting SF Chicken coating, very dry. Nuggets no better. Disappointing and won't be using again.

Rubbish waiting times, incompetent staff but great food. The establishment itself though aesthetically is a dump.

amazing we love this takeaway, food is always hot on arrival and delicious. they always accommodate the notes we leave too. first time something was missing from the order tonight but they rectified it straight away and delivered what was missing. very good customer service. Thanks guys 👏 👏 👏

Good food i will say , arrives hot still 👍 but if your wanting it fast just to note it does take over an hour an hlaf from ordering here , i like this place i make sure i order earlier so its timed well

I ordered the 12 inch Americana, large cheesy chips and 2 cans of Dr Pepper. Food arrived cold, no cheese on my chips and only one can of Dr Pepper was included. The only item that was delivered correctly was the pizza.

food came hot pizza was tasty wings was tasty only disappointment was 1 of the 2 pieces of chicken had no chicken at all was just bones with batter but overall enjoyed the rest

You gave me the smallest portion of coleslaw possible. For a family chicken meal. The chicken was overcooked and burned. Fries were also the smallest portion you can get. So basically you say you get 4 portions of fries when its really not even two. Food was edible but you did your best to maximise profit by giving as little as possible

Usually nice but very disappointed tonight, paid 70p for a chilli sauce but got half a tiny tub of what looked like coloured water, no taste and certainly not hot. Chicken wings normally fried and tasty but tonight got slimey skin and not tasty or very hot, chips in smaller box than used to be but ok, pizza was quite nice but only just cooked enough, wasted money!!!

Order from here often, tonight delivery was late, the food was not the best and the kebab garlic bread was burnt (not eatable).

First time ordering from here today. I ordered a 9" pepperoni pizza (no complaints from my autistic brother, came back with an empty plate!) 9" Meat Feast Pizza, looked lovely no complaints from my dad. Garlic mushrooms were lush!! Popcorn chicken was nicer than KFC. And the chips were lovely with a paprika syle seasoning!! And 14" Cheese&Onion Garlic Bread is absolute heaven!!! Cheesy Garlic bread with red onion, yes please.. delivery time was good too and it all came piping hot so win win all round, will be ordering again next week, looking forward to trying other things off the menu.

Food was just ok but wrong items were put in such as normal cokes instead of coke zero. Could of at least replaced it with another sugar free drinkif no coke zero. Also orderd garlic bread with tomato and cheese. Came with just cheese

The delivery arrived after 1hour and 20 minutes. Order was cold and wrong, childrens chicken burger had chilli sauce in and the kebab was drenched in it, you couldn't taste anything else! Seriously avoid and save yourself a bad takeaway

Only put 2 small pieces of chicken on my chicken kebab, which is atrocious and the smallest amount of cheese got on to my cheesy chips. Clearly saving money through giving every customer child portions

Delivery took over 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived the food was cold. Instructions were not followed in order when I asked for the sauce to be put in pots and not on the kebabs, when they arrived the sauce was on the kebabs. Food would have been nice if it had arrived on time and hot.

The chips in both meals were fried the he'll out of to the point they were greasy and had no potato left in them, the chicken I got in the kids meal was tough like a steak not ordering from here again, the pizza burger was okay that's the only good thing

Discusting food Lamb kebab meat just pure fat and unable to eat. Spaghetti Bolognese tasted like a vindaloo curry. My food went in the bin. Avoid waste of money. Won't order anything from here again!! 😡😡👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered cheesy curly fries and didn’t get cheese and paid for extra cheese on burger and didn’t get that either. Burgers didn’t say they came with chips so ordered curly fries

The most bland food you can ever eat! No sauces or salad for a doner kebab meal, no sauces provided even for chips for the kids. Which fast food outlet doesn’t provide sauces in this day and age. Fix your order page to give an option to customers choosing sauces or salad through an online order, everyone else does that. I want a refund, and I will be making a complaint, this was poor!

I had an issue with my food and I rang up really annoyed but the gentleman on the phone wanted to rectify it and I instantly calmed down! Amazing customer service and really understanding. The food was fresh & hot. The kids meal is defo good value for money. After my issue was communicated the driver even gave my son a chocolate bar when he came back. Service is 10/10 & for that I would give them another try.

Your drivers are annoying when it comes to reading instructions on a receipt. 99.9% of ur drivers ignore instructions so what is the point in using your service. I may as well switch another one

Food was okayish, chicken wasnt great and the naan was crumbly.

Wow... how you can send fried chicken out of that standard is beyond me. Unacceptable. The chicken was grey and the skin on it was old and dry and super bubbled and see through. It all smelled funny. The only thing they sent that seemed fresh was the chips and even then they were pretty soggy. Apparently the garlic bread was alright and the wing sauce tasted okay but for fried chicken place the chicken burger and old fried chicken was vile and went in the bin after a reluctant taste test. Won't be ordering from here again.
