My favorite Costa location, kind staff and great drinks and seating area

Ordered toastie and drink. Only drink arrived. Pointless!

I came here while my car was in for an MOT and ordered a large cappuccino as expected to be there an hour. Without doubt this was the worst coffee (and possibly any drink) I have ever tasted. I don't know if they hadnt cleaned the pipes or put 1 shot in when it needed 2. I will never go to any Costa again after this experience.

The overall shop was grim, my glass was dirty and my spoon was stained. The toilets had paper and soap everywhere and the toilet was disgusting also all the tables had crumbs on and were dirty and the chairs were stained. And not to mention my they didn't put soya milk in my drink when I specifically told the barista taking my order that I MUST have soya milk due to my allergies. Because of this I had to throw my drink away and take my medication due to my allergies

Put hot milk in my granola and too much the oats was swimming I had to try and scoop them out, it should have been cold.

All went well, however did not receive a straw with my frappe so was a bit hard to drink & enjoy

I ordered a bubble frappe for the drink to come with no bubbles, with a note saying sorry no bubbles. but in that case I'm sorry they should call and say do you want to carry on with the order or cancel it. so not happy

I ordered a coffee and the Mac and cheese. I love the Mac and cheese and was excited for it just to get told by delivery guy that they didn’t have it. Costa didn’t even bother to call and let me know, as I would’ve cancelled the order. A call would’ve been nice!

The actual cafe is very dirty the chairs are all stained the floor is absolutely disgusting under the settees there's that much dust and dirt you can plant potatoes overall the whole place needs a good cleaning and refurbish.

order two drinks and kac and cheese. charged for it all and only the drinks turned up no food. no answer when called and driver said it wasn't his problem it was lady who gave him the order.

Confused, got no drinks but I guess they ran out??

There are not enough staff here. One person on till with one person fulfilling all orders on Sunday lunchtime.

No Mac and Cheese with no notification for the THIRD time. A phone call wouldn't go amiss then I could switch it for something else

My local Costa and always pleasant to visit.

Ordered ham and cheese toasty and a cappuccino.. Toasy doesn't turn up, open my coffee which is supposed to be a large to find half of it missing aswell, literally half a cup

The place was busy and the staff were trying to get the orders out, but unfortunately it was a little slow. Possibly because the staff were inexperienced?

Just unhealthy greasy food and unwelcoming to dogs. Much better cafés on the same street where valued family members are also welcome.

My mum's loves this Costa coffee shop, its spacious, lovely seating and table area, lovely lighting. Staff are lovely. Even when busy, you don't feel intruded on. My mum has dementia only place I can bring her and sit in comfort and chat. Love ❤️ it

i’ll order hot chocolate butt they give me rong one ill go back after 5 minutes, with coffee ill tell her you give me rong coffee she said not and she said we close the machine we do nothing no refund ill just put coffee in to counter and coming back the staff is very rude ill naver go this branch again

Food was cold by the time I received

Needs a good clean! The cups we had were dirty and the tables weren’t wiped! The high chairs are vile! Coffee is fine but but please clean the place!

Both came , nice and hot too. - If I had any advice for anyone , it would be to not order anything other than drinks. - The food stays hot for all of 5mins in store, let alone travelling.

For 2 weeks running my weekly “to stay” coffee has been served in a disposable cup and when I complained to he first time they threw it away to make another. The world has enough waste without this kind of carelessness.

Absolutely disgusting in here. The young girl behind the counter had such an attitude there were 3 young lads in there and they ordered their drinks and the young girl made them wrong so the young lads complaining explaining politely and the young girl had such an attitude with them. I had to say something.

Expensive for a cup of coffee, but was meeting a friend. It is what it is. Overpriced coffee and well overpriced mass produced cakes. Nothing special

Lovely coffee shop. Generally nice & tidy. It does seem as though the staff are more interested finishing their conversation than serving customers. Also the collection of pots and cups seems be solely down to what they can see from a eye and is not consistently walked around and wiped down. As a former worker, some well needed customer service courses are needed ❤️

Ordered the mango bubble frap. They have arrived with no bubbles and the cream or milk is sour as the drink has split and it’s curdled. Tried calling the restaurant numerous times with no answer

Literally everything from my order was missing I only got the cofee spent nearly £35 to receive just a latte? Store didn’t even bother to call or let me know

First time using this service and was really hapoy with the result. 5 stars all round.

Nice friendly staff good customer service, lots of choice of drinks hot and cold and great coffee of course. Food wise lots of variety in sweet and savoury, large and spacious so plenty of room to relax !!

The restaurant didn't have the food item I ordered so rather than calling me so I could pick something else just let me pay over £7 for a small flat white coffee as I still had to pay a delivery charge.

I been into costa today and rachel is really good manger and she is very good at make sure everyone is ok and josh and Michael dillen and kate are really frenid ley and alway make me feel safe enith thou i have learning disability if i was in the community and anything happened to me i know i can come here for help

Do I get a refund on the smore cake I didn't receive

I always come here for my usual large plain hot chocolate in a takeaway cup either on my own or meeting friends. Great staff and service 👏

2nd time now that not all my order has arrived from this branch. Hot food also arrived stone cold. Worst Costa I have ever used. Just eat don’t make it easy to complain or get my money back for the missing items.

Costa northenden was great , we sat in the window people watching while the car was in nearby halfords while the car had its mot. The staff were super efficient , had it sussed who should be doing what , so I wasn't waiting long . As always the coffee was super .

Never seem to have oat milk whichever costa you go to which is disappointing but overall great coffee shop and mince pies are lovely

Ordered from this branch a few times as my closest one never had anything to order. Food and drinks are always fab! Muffins are superrrrrrr fresh! Drinks are always hot. By far the best Costa in my area 🥳

Twice I've ordered a coffee..toastie and muffin. Twice received coffee and muffin as toasties sold out. Just don't put accept the order if you havent got it.

Nice and quite. Clean friendly staff. All in ground floor. Wheelchair access. Theres a track and trace in place if you want to sit in but you can sit outside without track and trace
