The best restaurants serving Default food in Hyndburn North West

Absolutely awful. I used to go in the M & S cafe all the time in the old shop before this new one opened. I have been in this one 3 times since it opened and on each occasion it has been shocking and I won’t be using it again. Hence writing a review. Firstly the ordering system is difficult and not user friendly and doesn’t allow for any customisation of the order. Most of the items are not in stock and can’t be ordered. So it’s such a limited menu. When I went to the counter to ask if I could have something extra added to my sausage balm, ( I was happy to pay extra) was just told a flat no. The dishwashers were broke so drinks were in paper cups and breakfast on paper plates. Then they brought me a bacon balm in error. It’s dark and dirty and is just the most horrid cafe now. M & S need to be ashamed of this poor excuse for a cafe it is totally impersonal and not at all like we expect of M& S. Just had to write this review as it was so awful and my 3rd visit when it’s just been horrid. I know they don’t care and won’t do anything about it as people will still use it. Such a shame as we had such high expectations of this new store when it opened. The womens shopping is a much reduced selection too and I just don’t think this store matches our expectations of M&S. it certainly doesn’t match mine and I rarely go in now.

Todavía no había conseguido una licencia de alcohol que me pareció bastante ridículo, ya que han sido abiertos durante un tiempo y me dijeron que iban a obtener una licencia de alcohol cuando abrió sus puertas por primera vez así que por ahora es que no lo creo que está sucediendo. Así, que fue la primera molestia. La segunda con las bebidas pedimos. Una Fanta que yo pedí específicamente si en realidad fue Fanta no era Fanta y sabor naranjada barata. 2 Coca-Colas, que eran sencillamente planas. Ninguna de las bebidas eran muy fríos. En realidad, yo pensaba que ya nos habían sido derramado de una botella grande en vez de latas individuales o botellas. Dejé mi bebida y nos dieron un poco de agua. La tercera y última cuestión es la comida. Mis cordero Madrás sin Coriander era terriblemente caliente. Como en ardientes profundidades del infierno caliente. Yo tenía el mismo plato dos veces previamente y en muchos otros lugares antes y no era de ninguna manera incluso tan caliente. El pescado mi compañero ordenados era sosa y la porción demasiado pequeñas. Mis amigos Madrás en realidad estaba mucho menos picante que la mía pero serias carencias en el departamento de sabor. Así que, en general, fue una decepción y totalmente no vale la pena el dinero.Es una pena, ya que el dueño parece un hombre encantador. Mi consejo sería que si estás tranquilo no dejes que sus normas drop, prueba aún más difícil para impresionar a cada cliente que no dan su lugar una prueba.Y hacen del hotel un lugar mucho más acogedor desde fuera.un millón y algunas bonitas inglés postre opciones sería sin duda una ventaja.

Your typical run-of-the-mill Subway. Everything was offered. Great cookies. Lack of actual bacon, instead fake turkey bacon.

Would not serve me at the 2 tills, said the only way to order was on the screens, I said I wanted to pay cash and knew what I wanted. Was told that the only way to order was on the screen, this was the only option, so I left and went to the Burnley restaurant, and paid there at that till,,. There was only 3 customers in the Accrington restaurant and I can understand why.

Never, ever visit here, disgusting food and overpriced. Owner is horrible and speaks to her staff like something she stepped on.

Have tried to find alternative way to address the issue I've just had with food delivered from the whitebirk store. Ordered a 6PC bucket with hot wings, popcorn, fries, beans and gravy. The 6PC of chicken tasted disgusting and we couldn't eat it. Can only describe the taste/smell of that of a wet dog! I've tried to raise the issue directly but unfortunately the website doesn't allow you to do this. I don't usually make bad reviews and I'm aware that doing it on TripAdvisor isn't the best way but until KFC allows you to directly contact them I'm afraid I have to. Was ordered through JustEat but can't fault them as it was delivered on time and still hot so the fault is with KFC whitebirk.

Every time I ring and order my food for collection it’s a different price. Apparently even when you ring the restaurant directly, collect your order and pay cash they are adding a surcharge. (This was the explanation I was given when I queried the price increase. I believe this is illegal!! People are struggling with the cost of living and when they treat their family to a takeaway they are being ripped off. It’s disgusting and downright wrong. I have banned all my family from going here. If you work hard for your money don’t line the pockets of these people. They don’t deserve our money. 😡

I ordered crispy beef and rice absolutely not edible. The “beef” is not there what ever they are serving is not a protein and is translucent. Wouldn’t give this food to a homeless
