Domino's Pizza in Hyndburn

Pizza cold used taxi to drop off put delivery down as delivered 15 minutes before it got here worst customer care. PLEASE AVOID

Absolutely abysmal. Avoid this place at all costs. We ordered online to be delivered. 5 minutes after the deliver time was up a female telephones and said that the order would be 30 minutes late. Over an hour later there was still no sign of the order. We telephoned the shop and spoke to an extremely rude female who was unhelpful, argumentative and lied!!! She pretended to ring the driver and told me that he was outside- on looking out of the window, she was told that he wasn’t, she then stated that he would be “just 5 minutes” 25 minutes later the order still hadn’t arrived. 2 and a half hours after the order was made a driver arrived with his female partner in a vehicle with a freezing cold order. Even the box wasn’t warm!! He was told that it was cold and inedible as it was checked on the doorstep. He agreed and took it away. On telephoning the shop again straight away, the same rude unhelpful female answered the telephone and obviously not listening to me stated that she “didn’t know where he was as it’s very busy” I again told her the order was over two hours late and the delivery driver had just this minute been with the order and that it was freezing cold and sent back with him. She wasn’t apologetic at all and just said “you’ll have to claim a refund via just eat” I will tell them you want a refund. I explained to her that she should tell just eat the truth that it was an error on their behalf with the order being 2 and a half hours late, then delivered freezing cold. She couldn’t care less and just said. Claim through just eat, we are really busy and there’s nothing that we can do. Vile service.

Ordered domino's the other day food was great like aways. but for the first time I had a delivery driver think he was called Connor. He was well mannered and brought a happy vibe with him, he even waited to make sure all the food was there

The pizza is going downhill. Definitely not as tasty as they used to be. Get better from the local takeaway and much cheaper. The delivery driver Aaron is always pleasant.
