Fantastic takeaway. Value for money. Friendly staff. I still agree with my review above but disappointed tonight that we did not receive our free garlic bread with cheese and only received 15% off when text said 20% over £15.

Ordered today and extremely disappointed with the order and service I received. The expected delivery was 1 hour and as its Saturday, i was fine with it as i understand places are busy. 1 hour went by since placing my order and no food arrived. It got to 1hour 15 mins and still nothing. 1hour and 25 minutes passed since i ordered and still i had received nothing! So i called the takeaway to check the status of my order. I was told that the food was literally ‘at my doorstep’. 20 more minutes passed after this and STILL NO FOOD! i called them back for the second time, 1HOUR AND 45 MINUTES since ordering and told them i wanted to cancel as i was fed up of waiting. They didn’t apologise but instead made excuses!!! Made out like it was my fault and said they couldn’t cancel because apparently the delivery was on its way. I was told that 20 minutes ago! The takeaway is a 5 minute drive away! Absolutely appalled by the customer service. The food arrived 1HOUR AND 50 MINUTES later and was cold even though the guy on the phone said ‘there wont be anything wrong with the food’. Wont be ordering again and will never recommend to anyone. I’ve never complained even when the food hasnt been up to scratch in the past but this was a joke. WHAT A WASTE OF £13.

I ordered from this takeaway for many months the food has been rubbish the chips are like rubber and the food is cold and the delivery drivers are not friendly and bad manner I would not recommend this takeaway when you ring up regarding the order they not intrested and put phone down also they get order wrong and still charge you

Food arrived on time as quoted, 55 mins, donner meant was burnt and tasted like it was bbq'd, chips cold, I'd atleast expect the food to be warm but no! Boyfriends review... It tasted better on the way back up than it did going down!! Will not be ordering again, try to give local businesses a chance but these have had more than enough chances now, don't honestly know why I bother!!

Usually I enjoy my food from munchies however I've just had a allergic reaction while drinking my milkshake. It seems somehow nuts have ended up in my drink. I get my takeaway from here often and this s the first time I've had reason to complain.

Ordered from this place many times before and had no issues but ordered tonight at 10:30 pm, everything was accepted and it was all going to plan until I got a message saying it was out for delivery at 11:56pm and it’s now 12:50am and we’ve still not received any food. The phone line just rings as it closed at 12am and we’ve wasted £18 on a takeaway we never received.... no other way to contact them apart from leaving a bad review and hoping they see..... very disappointed as this was a place we would visit quite regular.... I guess we will find somewhere else now!

Do not recommend this place at all my order toke over 2hours to come and when it finally come all the food was cold I won't be going there again

Best takeaway ive had in ages, the chicken is lovely, everyone enjoyed it and got a delicious free garlic bread, brilliant!

Pizza (chicken, mushroom and sweetcorn) was very tasty, however paid for large chips and pretty sure I only got regular.

Ordered tonight for the 1st time got pizza and chicken best takeaway in have had in a long time delivery great

Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered... (and still waiting). This is not an exaggeration... 2 HOURS! And it wasnt a massive order either, 2 meals for me and my wife. If your looking at getting anything delivered, dont bother... go else where!

Refused to serve my son a pizza and chips because he has a nut allergy obviously not up to date on there allergn awareness

Order food and first delivery came which was wrong pizza,items missing when phoned back to be told 10 mins with rest of order which then took over 2 hours to arrive... ask for refund to which I was refused..... absolute joke of a takeaway.will never be using it again!!!

Had the Spicy Chicken Wings meal from here and really enjoyed it. Had the same meal from a couple of other takeaways in Accrington and found the wings wasn't spicy enough for my preference. I would highly reccomend Munches and will definitely go again.
