KFC Accrington - Hyndburn Road in Hyndburn

Open until just before 11pm... you order just after 10pm, then they call you 45 minutes later to say they do not have the stock. When just moments before people were ordering in store and collecting. And they call us to make us cancel the order because they don't want it to be seen them cancelling their end. Shocking 🤣

Paid for 8 piece bucket but when got home and opened bag there were only 6 pieces. Worth checking your purchase before leaving the restaurant.

Sadly the food was a let down the fried chicken was extremely greasy on appearance and tasted as like the oil it was cooked in was old

I request to the HR to replace all staff because this staff is totally stupid behaviour. Staff member told me to give the 5 star feedback how crazy staff. But this KFC need a NEW STAFF.

I wouldn't normally leave a review but wanted to give the workers the credit they deserve! On a late night after work I dropped by the drive thru in quite a low mood but the service from the most pleasant crew members instantly put a smile on my face. They were incredibly smiley, quick, attentive and apologised for my wait (I did not have to wait more than thirty seconds). Incredibly professional and well-trained in the service industry! It is clear that you have some excellent young workers here that need to be praised. The younger generation need more credit for their hard work and manners and these guys were fantastic - Declan and George (I believe your names were?) - you really brightened my mood :) Thank you!

Speedy delivery and hot on arrival

Sent the wrong items on a £50 order. I ordered beans, corn on the cob and dips. Sent nothing but gravy. I’m allergic. They don’t call to ask for replacement just sent it to me. Ridiculous. First and last time ordering from here

whoever packed and sealed the KFC bag forgot to double check the order . so thanks to KFC all a family of five had for tea was chicken . come on KFC Accrington - what point is a food hygiene rating of 5 stars if your store staff cannot orrectly package orders . very very disappointing indeed .

Whilst the food and service were good and me and the wife enjoyed our meal I did notice that the restaurant itself could do with a thorough clean. There were cobwebs on the lights and high on the walls, the floor needed a good sweep under the tables and both bins were full to almost overflowing. The restaurant itself wasn’t particularly busy with only 5 tables in but they seemed to have quite a few online orders. The first spork we picked up was not good and would have splintered in my mouth if not checked first but I suppose that’s the risk with wooden cutlery.

Didn't get order. Just eat sent to wrong address and won't help when asked them via chat driver refused to bring to correct address. (2 of same street in my town, although postcode correct just eat system sent to other) No food and lost £30

I have seen previous reviews where you say you will feedback to the team. Well either you didnt feedback or no notice was taken. This has to be the worst KFC !! They always run out of things and close earlier than they should. Disgusting place.

order mash as a side, received gravy and corn instead. chicken burger - the chicken was flat and only filled half the sandwich, you couldn't call it a chicken burger. Very disappointed as we order regularly, will think twice before ordering from hyndburn KFC and go elsewhere-blackburn or clitheroe

8 pieces 8 wings and 8 strips all in 1 small bucket an it was like Mike Tyson gave it a few digs for good measure. Every piece looked like it had already been half eaten. I’ll probably be back again though cause im rough quite often these days. Up your game next time guys.

Did not get what I ordered. Received a tower burger instead of a fillet strip, also the main meal was missing fillet burger and chips. Shocking as well considering it took an hour to arrive.

what an absolute disappointment with KFC and their customer service team!!!!! Ordered a delivery which was over half an hour late then when it arrived it was the wrong order, we contacted customer service with the evidence it was the wrong order. We put in for a refund and in the meantime one of our party had to leave without food, went to KFC to take the food back to show what had been delivered. no refund for the £62 as didn't show the food, abysmal who can afford this!!!!

Went he Saturday to get a triple gravy bucket. On arrival told they couldn't sell me one as they'd run out of gravy. 7pm and they'd run ot of gravy. So I ordered my usual 6 piece wicked variety bucket [6 pieces of chicken, 4 strips 8 hot wings] and a large popcorn. I had to wait in the hatched area for the order which was brought over and I was asked if mine was the wicked variety bucket, yes and took it. On arriving home the first thing was there was no popcorn, then I noticed there were 2 small packet in the bag. In the first bag were 4 strips, strange as they are normally in the bucket. In the 2nh packet there were 4 strips. Now worried I looked in the bucket and found 8 hot wings and 8 strips no chicken. When I checked my bank account I'd only been charged for a 6 piece wicked bucket, he had put the popcorn on the order.How do you get it so wrong. Needless to say won't be going to Accrington KFC again will try Blackburn.

The Vegan Burger that I ordered had mayonnaise and lettuce on. I specifically sai that u didn't want this on because I could not eat it. Even on the recipe it had been printed. A waste of money.

Sadly they often make mistakes with very basic orders. The cost of missing items and wrong orders is adding up and complaints fall on deaf ears. Likewise when you're told to park in a specific spot and have to go looking for your food 15 minutes later only to be blamed for being in the wrong spot when you get your food (a further 10 minutes later) is really poor customer service, especially when combined with no apology and zero efforts to make good on their team's (or own) mistakes on any occasion. Food is okay, or sometimes good, but generally usually better at the various other KFC stores I've visited over the years.

KFC managed to under supply the chicken. How hard is it when you order 3 piece meal with chips and a drink twice is it to count to 6 when putting the chicken in the bag? Obviously harder than what it seems and now I’ve to faff about trying to get a refund

Overall took 90mins for order to arrive and then did not recieve what ordered. Chicken was soggy

I didn't receive everything on my order

On arriving the carpark was full of litter from over full bin. Inside the floor inside was strewn with serviettes and food waste, 3 tables were occupied and only one of the empty tables was clean, no sign of anyone cleaning round except new customers clearing and cleaning tables. what a disgrace . The staff working in the kitchens working full out with constant uber and just eats deliveries and queueing customers, the food was good yet the overall ambience of the place spoiled for want of extra staff, a cleaner . 7pm on a Friday, not like they can't afford one .

What an absolute disgrace this place is no management what so ever, I am a delivery driver and have come to this branch a few times only to be welcomed by misserable looking staff who completely ignore you as though you do not even exist, even whilst stood directly in front of them. I have even witnessed them mess up so many orders of customers in store and out for delivery, it would be completely understandable if the food was not ready and they required a little more time which any driver would understand, but the sadest part is the food is already prepared and waiting for collection not only one order many at a time, and yet still they REFUSE to acknowledge you as though they get some pleasure in making you wait for upto 15 MINS When the food is clearly sat there getting COLD, I suggest who ever is the owner to please Fix this major problem thanks.

Food is always nice and hot here. Find they have a lot of foot traffic so always fresh food. Staff are helpful as well.

Callum was rude. Blue light card wasn't working. Went to input it again and he said it wouldn't work so I asked to cancel order and would put through again but he said it takes ages to go through. His tone was very rude. I added it and it went on straight away. No offer of discount. Got order back to work the gravy ordered were beans. Not happy woth experience
