Subway in Hyndburn

Great staff and food is always piping hot!

Absolutely disappointed; they got my order wrong, I ask them to correct it, no apologies from staff or the manager, I try to complain to the manager, his reponse; "I'm busy with customers, I don't have time for this, please go home and complain via phone call". This is not professional, it's ridiculous. Avoid McDonald's Hyndburn Road (Accrington), they're service is extremely poor.

Never ordering again forgot majority of the stuff put lettuce on hoth burgers when we specifically told them not to on one as allergic.When rang back was just rude. Bad service hasnt changed the cooking oil so unhygienic

There was an hair in the food it was black. I’m definitely not ordering there again
