Very disappointed. Portions were very small. They even managed to get the order wrong. Most definitely will not be using them again.

Some place this is team on the inside are amazing. Special shout out to oli as he guided me through the menu and deals then created an amazing pizza for me and my kids.

As part of a local Pool team just turned up at 7.30pm with my 11 year old lad who plays for the pool team we sat down the lady behind the bar, shouted the cross bar no kids got to leave. I explained he is part of the Pool team she said he’s got to go she was very rude.

Food came with half the order missing, no cakes and half the breakfast wasnt in the boxes, awful wouldnt order again

Food was cold and aporling and bad manners and the staff were not helpful at all. And they were not friendly or polite either they were just rude

This company has cloned my credit card, only place I used my card on a recent trip to Northwich was this company and since then I have had my bank contact me regarding 4-5 transactions in and around this area be careful

When getting home I found that parts of the variety bucket were missing. After ringing for over half an hour the call eventually got answered and the solution was that if I drove 15 mins back to the store (30 mins round trip) they would give me the missing parts of the meal. After explaining the reality of comming back and the face the the rest of the meal had already been eaten they said that was the only option, and that they couldn't give a credit note or a refund for the missing food. The food wasn't the best in anycase - over cooked and extremely greasy, this along with the attitude of the person I spoke with on the phone has made a final decision that we will never visit KFC Northwich again - We will visit either McDonald's or Burger King instead when we want that sort of meal!

Always great every time I order

We visited this restaurant with high expectations, given the way it was marketed and the claims made by the owner. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the hype. The food was okay - nothing terrible, but certainly not the masterpiece it was made out to be. The biggest issue, however, was the owner. He seems to live in a bubble where he believes himself to be an incredible, well-known chef. Sadly, that’s far from the truth. Rather than focusing on delivering a great dining experience, he seems to have spent more time making it about himself than actually letting the food speak for itself. The atmosphere was also lacking. There was a definite air of discomfort, particularly for those who dared to express an honest opinion. It became clear that guests who didn’t gush over the experience were subtly (or not so subtly) made to feel unwelcome. It’s never a good sign when a restaurant cultivates an environment where only blind praise is tolerated. Overall, there are far better places to spend your time and money. If you prefer an enjoyable, relaxed dining experience with genuinely excellent food, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

We had a meal last week & it was lovely for us as a couple but we ordered again tonight which included a child’s meal & it didn’t include the drink or fortune cookie as promised- not impressed! ☹️

Wow what a dumphole full of horrible feral kids between 10-15 F ing and blinding talking about snorting coke, staff waste of space, crap all over the floor disgusting, glad I kicked off and at least they got the little maggots out, parents must be so proud

Ordered for delivery which was late and food was cold it was a complete waste of money if you can’t deliver your product as it should be ie at least hot enough to be enjoyed

Terrible service food deliver cold took no responsibility knowing the order was sat there before driver picked it up and took no accountability for order being delayed blaming the driver. Never ever will I order from McDonald’s again.
