Am very disappointed with this service..we ordered by uber some food..and hasn't arrived, we tried phone Uber driver no answer..we tried to ring High Street Northwich where our order coming from ..no answer...Never order again from this place ...disgusting ...

Unfortunately yesterdays visit has astounded me. Yes one of the coffee machines were broken and they were running late understaffed I honestly didn't mind waiting for my coffee I love the promotional seasonal tipple, however the manager if you can call him that was appalling speaking to staff members, apparently and I quote " they'll have to wait and ordering 16 items no wonder the UK has obesity issues." It's tough they'll have to wait or they can leave ect. They're were several times he spoke very loudly regarding customers and orders ect and I found this to be very unprofessional. I understand that it's a very busy and highly stressful situation especially when equipment breaks but as a manager your expected to keep a level head and encourage your staff. Not stress and slay customers "behind there backs". I honestly think due to his attitude the people waiting for things complained more due to his behaviour! I really felt for the coffee lady she just kept apologies and I could tell she was sorry not to be able to keep up with the usual fast pace. All I saw were even more stressful staff making more mistakes wrong drinks and missing items from orders. I have no idea who this manager was so I can't leave a name I certainly didn't stick around to listen to anymore!! Top note McDonald's staff or at least management keep to slagging customers off to behind doors. We all get upset but when it spills onto the floor where customers can hear you it's time to get a new job 🤷🏾‍♀️❣️

Delivery by Deliveroo was terminally slow and the deadline for delivery, visible on the app, kept moving later. It took 50 minutes in the end. This was ordered just after 8.30 on a Tuesday evening. When he arrived, the delivery man said. “I’m sorry it’s late, but nobody wanted to make it!” The meal was barely warm and the chips were cold. The vegetables in the bun filing were two circular slices of gherkin and a small chip of onion.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Delivered through Uber, the food was as cold as outside and it’s cold today. Will never visit this store again, food went straight in the bin 15 pounds wasted. And what can they do, nothing! Scum of the earth.

Me and my partner ordered from this McDonald’s through the app Uber eats , when it came it was missing a chicken wrap that we had ordered , it came with the wrap and sauce on it but no chicken? We then rang McDonald’s about our food being missing and they told us that there was nothing they can do and implied that we must off said to remove the chicken , although I know for sure we did not ask for that to be removed, I am appalled that they were not helpful when we spoke to them and that what we had expected didn’t come

Would have liked to got my babies a late night treat but for some reason you’ve closed at 21:55 instead of 22:00, on Sunday 20th dec

the toilets had small flies all over the floor in the corner and there was things on the toilet seat

I was met at door by a rude young member of staff who clearly didn’t have a clue what was going on she didn’t use a one way system I was made to feel like a criminal because I touched a table !! Food was OK !! Luke warm and cold chips Staff in this store need to be properly trained by a decent manager

The staff are always so lovely, excellent fresh food and very very clean. Even when they are really busy with teenagers etc they manage to clean up after them. I saw this before lock down though. Keep being great.

The actual restaurant is nice etc food hot and had no issues, been there many times however it’s full of chavvy school children

Extremely pleasant. V clean, polite and helpful staff. WARM enough to stay for a dessert. Accoustics good upstairs.

I only keep going back because it's easier than getting to the one in town or Winsford. If you amend anything on your order they are likely to get it wrong at lease once if not twice. Seriously. The food often takes a long time and is often cold. Most of the staff lack basic manners, let alone good customer service skills. This particular site charges more than the one in town too. They often leave the order counter unattended, remove the table service stands and it's not unusual for milkshakes/ice creams to be unavailable. I've been there on average once every couple of weeks since it opened. It has never failed to be an unimpressive experience. The best thing I can say is that it's at least better then the KFC across the road and if you're local you'll know that's nothing to brag about.

Badly planned to have a drive through on such a major busy junction obviously fudged this planning application for this site

What a bunch of incompetent staff they have employed. Each time i have been there the order is wrong, and the service is horrendous. There are no apologies!!! Send these people on customer service training courses quick before you lose even more customers.

Can't really remember what dates that my sister in laws have gone to the m'cdona's drive thru on Manchester Road in Northwich and although i can't remember the dates i do remember that my sister in laws have been to collect what should have been piping hot food and after only a very short journey back to our house which just takes about two minutes i have had to put the food in the microwave and that cannot be right in anyone's book surely to mercy.And just to give a prime example of a m'cdona's fast food restaurant let me tell you how fast they were and this time i know what date it was when i went to McDonald's on Manchester Road it was the 22nd of December 1918 and i had,had a very long day and because i don't keep too well i was in a great deal of pain so i thought to myself that i am not really upto cooking so seeing that i was coming past McDonald's on Manchester Road Northwich i would call in and get our tea so that after tea i could have a rest and get some pain relief so i put my order in and the crew member said listen out for your number to be called and i said i don't always hear so he said don't worry if you don't hear it they will keep looking for you until they find you and i waited and waited and waited and i was in agony with my legs and i actually thought i heard my number but thought let him find me because upto that point i had been waiting an hour so i thought i don't know where he's gone with my order so i went to enquire only to be told that he had given my order to another customer and can anyone tell me how does that happen when each individual customer gets given their own till number when you have paid so the manager said they would have to my order again so i asked her how long will that take and she said a few minutes we will do it straight away and to top it all after a short walk home i had to microwave it.(Unbelievable)

Snail's pace is a serious underestimation. I have never known a drive thru quite like it - you need a packed lunch just to sit in the queue.

After taking our young grandkids swimming at the Brio Leisure Centre they had worked up an appetite so we walked across to the McDonald’s in the town.Unfortunately as is becoming the norm at these places the french fries were cold and the Burgers just warm.By the time the fries had been replaced the burgers had been eaten.Why can’t they get it right first time, the amount of food they must throw away must be staggering and surely not good for their profit margins.

Hello, the food is delicious and cheep you can’t expect much from there. The staff are useless it is filthy the floors the tables and the dish clothes the staff use I asked for my table to be wiped she use no cleaning chemical or anti-bacterial killer! No just some old discussing dish cloth. From what I saw a hair and crumbs. The staff at the counter cannot even take my order I skied for a happy vegie rap and got a vegie burger it cost £9 POUNDS and taste like cardboard! I dispair please open a cleaner I prefer subway! Better staff and service.

Service and price is just right for a quick coffee e.t.c. Plenty of seats so one can always get seated.

Went with my 4 children had vouchers through the post 5 meals for just under £13 fantastic happy kids so a even happier dad

Not long opened in northwich with a drive through. Been a few times not very happy to be honest every time I go it takes ages to get surved at the drive through. Asked for a strawberry milk shake to be told the machine is broken to add to the long time waiting in the queue. I don't know if I will go again but will see. The drive through is badly planned it can cause a traffic jam at the junction.

took my grandson along to the branch in Northwich. Was blown away at the facilities now being used.Free wifi,touch screen ordering.So many food options great prices nice comfortable seating and lighting

We decided to visit this McDonald's for a bite to eat, but it turned out not to be quite so nice. My burger was too sloppy with tomato ketchup, staff were drinking Coca-Cola whilst they were working, so I ended up not eating my burger because of it. Will not visit again until they have improved.

i hadn't been to the northwich macdonalds for a number of years. i was highly impressed by the cleanliness the ordering system the speed of services and the quality of the food. i was pleased to have retried it after such a long time.

Popped down the other day great service no waiting lovely cheese burgers thanks guys made my night. Forget McDonald’s near Tesco’s go the one in town it’s better

The outlet was very clean and tidy and friendly staff on hand offering assistance. Especially Lesley who was rushing here and there ensuring food was served quickly and the customer service was excellent. I was very pleased with my order trying the limited edition Grand Big Mac which was fresh and very enjoyable. It was almost too big to get your mouth around to be honest but l managed the challenge!

It’s a McDonalds. Their claim to fame is that their food is identical wherever you buy it. It’s rubbish, and extremely bad for you. There is no atmosphere in the shops whatsoever, but for some reason kids like it.

Always see my mates there. Nice free wifi. Grim food. More of a kids social club than maccies. Ice cream machine broken.

we have been here on several occasions the meals are good and you can get vouchers offers to reduce the cost of the meals and kids love them and the place is always busy will go again.

I always like to include my visits to fast food outlets as they too have standards to keep. The outlet was very clean and tidy and friendly staff on hand offering assistance. I was very pleased with my order fresh and enjoyable. They have Zones now and l have to confess l wish they would have an over 50 Zone as l would love to escape the fowl mouthed riff raff l had to sit next to today! Other than that the food was great.

Un salto en la cola para pagar en efectivo y como odio los puntos pidiendo moderno. La chica era bastante agradable y me dieron un billete con mi número de pedido. Esperamos aproximadamente cinco minutos para mi comida. Nada mas que decir excepto que sólo desearía que la comida parecía que en las fotos!

Visitamos aquí mientras mi coche estaba en un servicio. Pedí mi comida en los puntos de la tarjeta y uno de los miembros femeninos del personal me pareció una mesa, así que mi comida podría ser entregado a la mesa sencilla fácil sin ningún problema.

Modernización y cambio de diseño reciente funciona bien. Como el sistema de pantalla táctil para que funciona bien fue rápido y el servicio era genial nuestra comida a nuestra mesa de personal, que era muy agradable y fue el servicio con una sonrisa. Los niños me gustó el pastillas para jugar. Está siendo modernizado Northwich, pero creo que necesita este MCDONALD'S para ser más grande para el uso de clientes extra espera que las tiendas y salas de cine.

Llamado el sábado por la mañana para tomar un café. Cola hasta el fin en el mostrador y en lugar de ser entregado un café me dio un billete... Entonces tengo que volver a hacer cola... increíble... El miembro del personal que pasaron el billete y luego se levanta alrededor mientras yo esperar para personas que tienen grandes pedidos para ser servido... quien soñó con este sistema debería haber probado antes de colocarlo en su lugar.

Corrian para un almuerzo rápido y lo encontramos lleno y mucha actividad de limpieza de pisos y mesas que personal es siempre una buena señal.

La nueva pantalla táctil sistema de orden y limpio y moderno diseño todo es excelente, pero en mi visita me pareció que la falta de atmósfera sin alma hay un verdadero contacto de un miembro del personal. Simplemente no es para mí lo siento.

McD is Ok if you need a quick cheap snack. The auto order points remove what little personal service the place had in the first instance. Suppose you get what you pay for

I called in after work as I was starving and it was quick, I went home with it, less than 1 mile and it was stone cold and the milkshake was watery and tasted like gone off milk! Won't be visiting in a hurry

Was expecting a good change when I came after the refurbishment, but to my 'surprise' it got worse somehow... The food is slightly more expensive and came cold. My drink tasted obnoxiously watered down. Same old unfriendly staff taking orders. Won't be coming back in a hurry.

Well if you go to McDonald's you can expect McDonalds! I occasionally call in when in town. If I received cold food l would make them change it.....simples!!Fortunately l have to date be satisfied. Staff are friendly and restaurant clean and tidy.

I call in every Saturday at around 9.30 in the morning just for a takeaway coffee. There is always a long wait but the last 2 weeks has been ridiculous. Over a dozen people waiting. I've walked round to Gregs and been served within minutes.come on managers ..put more staff on BEFORE the queues build up not after.its not hard to figure..

Clean (most of the time). Standard food. Can't say its outstanding but I have been to worse. Not really my type of coffee (NOT and 'over roasted 'Starbucks fan'!), or food, but the salads are good and the service is the usual good standard.

if your food is warmer than room temperature then count yourself lucky - and after waiting over ten minutes for my quarter pounder deluxe... I was asked by the same woman, who clearly felt she too good to be there,....."what was it you were having again?" I blagged two kids ice creams off her as they already eaten there 'happy' meals... and when my burger came, I don't think I'd have given it to someone on death row through shear embarrassment....

Having read the other couple of reviews on this I'm not sure what the people have issue with. It's McDonalds - every one in the country will ask you if you want your meal to be large that's what they do in McDonalds throughout the world, it's called upselling. Even at Winsford where one reviewer suggests you should go! The food is generally ready and is served quickly. Even if you order a non-standard item they bring it over to you as soon as it's ready which is usually a couple of minutes. On the few occasions where I've not been happy with the food they've quickly replaced it and apologised. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the fact that they don't like you queuing up down the centre to wait for the next available till so that everyone gets served in order, but constantly try to force you to make separate queues at each till so that if you get some ditherer in front of you end up waiting ages.

Cold food, poor service, bad management, smelly toilets, and a tense atmosphere when ordering.Manager asked if I wanted large on every meal. If I don't want it on 1 meal, I won't want it on any. No smile on any member of staff's face

Been to this McDonalds a number of times especially when the kids were young. Don't like the scowls I get from a couple of the senior staff when ordering the food. Decided not to go back, the food is poor enough without the unfriendly faces.

No food ready, queues and always force into taking larger portions. I really would not visit there, try Winsford
