KFC Northwich - Chester Way in Cheshire West and Chester

When getting home I found that parts of the variety bucket were missing. After ringing for over half an hour the call eventually got answered and the solution was that if I drove 15 mins back to the store (30 mins round trip) they would give me the missing parts of the meal. After explaining the reality of comming back and the face the the rest of the meal had already been eaten they said that was the only option, and that they couldn't give a credit note or a refund for the missing food. The food wasn't the best in anycase - over cooked and extremely greasy, this along with the attitude of the person I spoke with on the phone has made a final decision that we will never visit KFC Northwich again - We will visit either McDonald's or Burger King instead when we want that sort of meal!

This place is a standard KFC the food and service was great but I went through the drive thru, so it's fair to say this place is better than that crazy advert where they dip a person in a lake of gravy and they come out as a chicken leg....... The advent makes me feel like I've just come down off LSD.

Please KFC head office take notice and give this place some love, refit. retrain, knock it down and start again. Love KFC but this one is the worst.

Been 3 times and the last gave my food poisoning. You are looking at THE LOWEST RATED KFC IN ALL OF ENGLAND, it's got quite the reputation around here. Staff don't care, always looks messy, drive through doesn't operate properly.

Ordered dirty Louisiana and came out looking nothing like in the pic. Was missing gherkins and hardly any lettuce and very disappointed considering it was £10. Manager was not helpful and was told they didn’t have gherkins in stock. He had a miserable face with a Terrible attitude and wasn’t helpful. No care or attention put into the food and looked bare. Worst kfc I have ever been too and will never return. Not the first time I have had a bad experience here.

This KFC is consistently disappointing. You can be the only customer inside and out, they will STILL tell you to go and park up for the food, how is a single order going to bring the entire business to a grinding halt??? When it does arrive It's always cold and takes about 10 mins to sort out. God forbid they ever get a que of people in the drive through, it would be a sorry sight to say the least.

The reason for the poor star , is not anything to do with the people or the food as that is great , it's higher management where they seem to think that the mens toilets are okay ..... They are worse than using ones in a scrapyard and even they would be better than that , needs modernizing, spend the money

Decent KFC, clean and welcoming, unlike a few others in the area. The food was freshly cooked and tasty. I had a boneless banquet and he had a ginger meal 😋

This kfc is the worst one I have been too, probs not gonna have a kfc again, I was eating with a friend on Saturday 26th April 2025 arround 12ish and the chicken I was eating was horrible I realised about 2 pieces in that it was raw, most of it was red and not even white. I had a bad stomach for the hole day and have been sick non stop, I now have food poisoning from this restaurant, I want a refund to be honest that my last bit of money.

Not the first time they’ve got everything wrong. Ordered off uber and was missing 60+% of the chicken. Called and Edward was really unhelpful with a shocking attitude. Said he’d get us some chicken but had to collect another time. Basically only half the order. I explained how do you feed a family on half a meal. He basically said tough. God knows how he’s managing something. He needs to learn to accept responsibility and help.

Drive through that took more than 15 minutes I'm not impatient but no apology or anything.

Went in here for dinner but decided to use the toilet first. Toilet is disgusting. Definitely not been cleaned. Same for the wash basins. Decided it would probably be best to eat elsewhere. If they can’t be bothered to clean the toilets, god only knows what the kitchen is like.

To say they are incompetent would be an insult to the incompetent. 25 min wait with only 2 people in the shop at 7pm is just not good enough.....

Ordered on the app at home but no quicker as you have to press to say you're on the premises - which is when your order gets processed. WHAT'S THE POINT! Food was not hot and chicken pieces seemed smaller than I remember a few months ago.

Wanted rice salad - they called and said no rice but have everything else. It comes and nothing but chicken and lettuce with a bit of sauce! No salsa, no tomatoes and no sweetcorn. Absolute nonsense

Absolutely fuming. just spent over £80 on a meal for my mrs birthday with her family, just for mine and my mrs food not to arrive. cant order anywhere else and tried to ring up and got told they will refund us next time order but we have to go in person. They wont send the order out and Just eat has no way of telling us who the delivery driver is so we cant even see if they just missed the bag as it was a big order. Absolute joke. been waiting for this all day, mrs is gutted

Despite the negative reviews posted, I've never had a bad meal from here whether eating in or takeout, and there's definitely worse KFCs doted around the country!

Regularly see bad reviews for this KFC, maybe we're extremely lucky but we've always had good service from here and mostly accurate orders. I've had quite a few deliveries and pick ups and both been mostly fine, sometimes they miss dips and a lot of the time the krushem machine is broken but that's about the worst of it.

Fantastic customer service, I can genuinely say the staff went above and beyond what is required of them food was really good and fresh but I can’t thank the staff enough for how they treated my kids why they waited for food it’s a first for me that I can genuinely say it was a fantastic experience for kfc really was a whole diffrent level of kindness and customer service. Thanks guys happy new year to you all.

Overpriced and very small portion. I remember when you actually got a fillet of chicken in a fillet burger. Now it's a fillet cut in half. Tiny portion of cold fries.

I've only had 1 good order from. here! The last order was definitely my final one. The hravy was thick enough to use in a building site , the chips were awful & the chicken was overcooked, dry & chewy, absolutely shocking!

Update 29.03.24 My order was totally wrong earlier in the week. When I went in earlier today, both Anna and Taylor not only rectified it but also gave me a fillet burger and fries for free. Outstanding service, reliable and finger licken good 👌 Quick update from 6 months ago. Excellent service as usual, special thanks to Alan, Spencer, and Suzanne. The staff are always very polite, helpful & ensuring my order is always spot on. Thankyou Update 15.12.2024 I went today telling Spencer that my order was wrong from the previous week earlier, I had rang up explaining why. No worries, he sorted me out without question and, as usual, another outstanding meal 👌 The team here is outstanding and goes out of their way to give you a great meal, I should take shares out 😋 Thanks, Spencer, and a big thank you for George as well. Another cheerful, great member of the team that goes out of his way for me being very pleasant also. The best K.F.C. for sure, setting the standard and leading by example 👌👌👌

Bit of a queue to use the kiosks to order as there were only 2. Friendly service food was brought to the table quickly and piping hot. Floor felt a little greasy/ slippery but otherwise perfect KFC

Ordered a meal for one to take away. The app scanner hasn’t worked for weeks now so no point in having the app. And the employee forgot to put gravy in the bag which I paid for. So bad experience again

Order wrong again. No popcorn chicken, no mini filet burger. All good is stone cold. Absolutely unacceptable. I would like a FULL refund to be issued. Really not a happy customer. How hard is it to get an order right?

had to wait 2 hours for food, when it arrived it was cold and they didn't put the garlic mayo dip in either. This is the second time in a row that something was missing. The first of the 2 occasions the kansas bbq dips were missing. I did go to the "something wrong " bit on the app and got no reply or refund. really not happy.

I ordered using the KFC app which was really easy. Our Uber driver showed up and delivered it without the drink (nightmare). Got on the phone to the store and the manager answered and was very apologetic, polite and friendly. Also offered an additional free item to say sorry. Went to the store to collect and again was very polite and apologetic and explained what happened. This store has really turned around since the last time I went which was a few years ago. All of the staff there should be proud of the dramatic turn around to this store and I would recommend the people of Northwich that love KFC to give them another try. Definitely coming back 👍
