KFC Northwich - Chester Way in Cheshire West and Chester

Despite the negative reviews posted, I've never had a bad meal from here whether eating in or takeout, and there's definitely worse KFCs doted around the country!

Regularly see bad reviews for this KFC, maybe we're extremely lucky but we've always had good service from here and mostly accurate orders. I've had quite a few deliveries and pick ups and both been mostly fine, sometimes they miss dips and a lot of the time the krushem machine is broken but that's about the worst of it.

Fantastic customer service, I can genuinely say the staff went above and beyond what is required of them food was really good and fresh but I can’t thank the staff enough for how they treated my kids why they waited for food it’s a first for me that I can genuinely say it was a fantastic experience for kfc really was a whole diffrent level of kindness and customer service. Thanks guys happy new year to you all.

Overpriced and very small portion. I remember when you actually got a fillet of chicken in a fillet burger. Now it's a fillet cut in half. Tiny portion of cold fries.

I've only had 1 good order from. here! The last order was definitely my final one. The hravy was thick enough to use in a building site , the chips were awful & the chicken was overcooked, dry & chewy, absolutely shocking!

Update 29.03.24 My order was totally wrong earlier in the week. When I went in earlier today, both Anna and Taylor not only rectified it but also gave me a fillet burger and fries for free. Outstanding service, reliable and finger licken good 👌 Quick update from 6 months ago. Excellent service as usual, special thanks to Alan, Spencer, and Suzanne. The staff are always very polite, helpful & ensuring my order is always spot on. Thankyou Update 15.12.2024 I went today telling Spencer that my order was wrong from the previous week earlier, I had rang up explaining why. No worries, he sorted me out without question and, as usual, another outstanding meal 👌 The team here is outstanding and goes out of their way to give you a great meal, I should take shares out 😋 Thanks, Spencer, and a big thank you for George as well. Another cheerful, great member of the team that goes out of his way for me being very pleasant also. The best K.F.C. for sure, setting the standard and leading by example 👌👌👌

This place has its moments sometime the staff are great other time hopeless. Give me £50k a year and u will make it the best in cheshire.

Bit of a queue to use the kiosks to order as there were only 2. Friendly service food was brought to the table quickly and piping hot. Floor felt a little greasy/ slippery but otherwise perfect KFC

didn't get free popcorn chicken

Ordered a meal for one to take away. The app scanner hasn’t worked for weeks now so no point in having the app. And the employee forgot to put gravy in the bag which I paid for. So bad experience again

Order wrong again. No popcorn chicken, no mini filet burger. All good is stone cold. Absolutely unacceptable. I would like a FULL refund to be issued. Really not a happy customer. How hard is it to get an order right?

This is the daughter btw Just saying I love it BUT! where is my Ice cream??? I have been here 3 times in a row every friday when I come home from school to here, there is NO ice cream! Why not?? I just wanted my ice cream it's really good it makes me sad when I don't get it :(

We visited here today. When we got our food it was cold. Very dissatisfied.

When the food arrived it was cold, with it being between 30-40 minutes late. Definitely won’t be ordering through this platform again.

had to wait 2 hours for food, when it arrived it was cold and they didn't put the garlic mayo dip in either. This is the second time in a row that something was missing. The first of the 2 occasions the kansas bbq dips were missing. I did go to the "something wrong " bit on the app and got no reply or refund. really not happy.

I ordered using the KFC app which was really easy. Our Uber driver showed up and delivered it without the drink (nightmare). Got on the phone to the store and the manager answered and was very apologetic, polite and friendly. Also offered an additional free item to say sorry. Went to the store to collect and again was very polite and apologetic and explained what happened. This store has really turned around since the last time I went which was a few years ago. All of the staff there should be proud of the dramatic turn around to this store and I would recommend the people of Northwich that love KFC to give them another try. Definitely coming back 👍

Second time in a row food is either wrong or poor quality. Time for some changes at Northwich KFC I think

almost 2 hours, app said driver was at the restaurant when he wasn't. ordered 18:18 finally delivered after being pushed out 10 times to 20:10

First time I used this kfc in a while and spent nearly £50 for a kids party and once I got home realised items were missing from my order... don't get how difficult it is, there is obviously no quality control checks. Very frustrating as I tried to call the restaurant 5 times and no one answered. Once again tried this restaurant again and missing items. With the burger king opening up soon this place is surly shaking in its boots... I love kfc but the quality of this place is horrendous. Tried again today... another kids birthday and they wanted kfc got home to find missing items... absolutely shocking... how do they get this wrong every time. No hot wings in the party bucket...

Terrible! Yesterday I ordered two of the exact same box meals with different drinks and the only thing they got right was the drinks. I went through the drive through and then had to wait in a parking space for 10 minutes to receive the complete wrong order. How can you get it so wrong.

it was freezing cold not even warm the sent no chips and it stinks of fish absolutely disgrace to just eat and Northwich KFC would of fed it my dog

Did get orange juice I paid extra for,no can of Pepsi max and bottle of cola was Diet Pepsi not Pepsi max total lack of care and quality!!!

Food was nice, same quality you’d get in the shop. Ordered at 12 to get here at 1 and ended up being like 1:20 but food was nice and I was hungrier by then anyway.

The staff at the drive thru have been particularly polite and friendly of late. The same young man has served us two weeks in a row. He's so nice and on both occasions gave my dog some free popcorn chicken! It's only a small thing but it can really make a difference to my day.

We ordered our food at 18:29pm and was informed it would arrived by 19:00pm. The food arrived 1hr and 5 minutes late and was cold (fridge temperature cold). We ordered 1 tango orange and 1 Pepsi max but received 2 tango orange instead. Not happy.

Yet again part of the order missing. Who checks the orders before they leave the premises ?. Its not difficult to notice 4 corn cobs missing in one bag.

Food was cold, gravy was like water, the bins were overflowing. I don't normally like leaving negative reviews, but it was truly awful. There were two guys fast asleep at one of the tables, which to be fair the young girl serving did challenge, but then they just went back to sleep.

Never in my 53 years of life on this planet have I ever seen such a supposedly respectable brand name been run down by lazy staff whom have literally left rubbish on almost every table for hours.The bins are always overflowing onto the floor! And under the tables is just totally unacceptable. The manager needs a real good sit down and talking to! Quick tip , I always complain online on the website,if you do you get a free £5 off voucher,but go elsewhere with it not this craphouse.

I ordered at 6pm for a timed delivery of 7pm for my son and it arrived at 7.30pm why pre book a slot if it cannot be delivered at that time??!!

Dirty horrible place. Avoid everyone. Haven’t been here for years as it was so last time. No different. Should be shut by health authorities. Floors dirty and it smelt like toilets were leaking. 🤢

Very unprofessional young lad, not wearing name badge so can’t know his name. I think he treated me awfully because i am a person of colour. However food quality and taste is lovely but i can’t recommend this place for dine-in, no wonder they got such a poor rating on google.

This is the 4th time in a row I have gone to KFC and had to wait more than 20 mins through the drive through with not one car or person inside KFC. Honestly beyond a joke. I love KFC but this branch needs shaping up ASAP. Every time the staff will say “park-up in the bay please” with no other car behind me and then I sit here for 15/30 minutes. Last time I waiting for 50 mins…. Do something now!

Seems this shop has responded to recent bad publicity favourably. I'll be retuning.

Arrived at KFC drive thru in Northwich. Car park was empty and there was one car in front of me at the drive thru. The car in front was waiting 15 minutes before they got their order and drove off. I pulled up next to the window expecting fairly quick service considering just how long it had taken to process the previous car. I could see there was only one person working in the food prep area through the window. After another 5 minutes (now 20 in all) he came to the window to tell me the first batch wasn't up to temperature and I could pick something else. I declined as I suspect it would be quicker to fly to Kentucky for chicken than get served here. Totally pathetic service.

Wow. When I say avoid, I mean avoid. This is the second order in a row that’s been shockingly bad. The chicken was cold when I received it and the fries that I ordered weren’t even in the bag. Don’t bother, go elsewhere.

I added hot wings to the boneless bucket at £5.99 and did not receive them. This is the second time this has happened when ordering through just eat with KFC the number just eat have for KFC is not recognised and they don’t give refunds avoid!!!

The staff is very friendly. Thank you for the great fast service. The fries were delicious; the chicken fillet in the wrap was overcooked and I found the sauce only at the end of the wrap and there was very little of it. I also want to note that the lamps above the tables are dusty, with large cobwebs.

No gravy, no corn on the cob extra , no dips , no hot wings… absolute joke of a takeaway , every time I go there something is always missing this time 4 things. I don’t understand why it is so difficult to put things in a bag, it’s not once it’s every time I order.. I actually prefer to go to the drive thru so I can just check the order and sit there until I get what I paid for

Just eats delivery times are getting worse, it doesn’t matter where I order from it’s always atleast 30 mins late which is no good when trying to order lunch for a set break time at work. I wouldn’t mind if it said over an hour to deliver but it’s no good extending the time by 5 minutes when it’s still not arrived by the given time

Food was as good as you expect it to be. Staff oblivious of customers may as well have robots as the customer service wasn't bad it just no longer exists.
