The best restaurants serving Default food in Stainsby Hill Stockton-on-Tees North East

This spot is a very good place if u want hot delicious food and the mozzarella bites r very good and full of really nice hot cheese

Nice airy place, ideal for bands and being able to see from most angles, good staff. If i lived closer I would be in here every week.. Don't talk (or even whisper) during the bingo if you value your life.

The garlic sauce is to watery and chips are not nice

Burger deals are fab. I keep coming back lovely for family meal time. Staff are so nice. Will be visiting alot more.

Quick service on pick up, parmo way to salty , chips and dips OK.

The food was the best I have ever eaten and the drinks were good and the staff are good when you are asking for stuff and going to get a carvery

Food was fine, however very slow service and you can't get near the counter for the delivery drivers, standing in the way waiting for the delivery orders. 😡

Arrived and ordered promptly but then waited 20 minutes for food as deliveries seemed to take priority. No less than 10 whilst I waited. Staff were polite and working hard but were under pressure due to the extreme amount of delivery orders. Surely serve the customers who have actually made an effort to come in store. Better still look after existing staff and employ dedicated delivery only prep workers. I was one of 4 people in store waiting ages. This is a head office issue not a branch issue.

Dominos thornaby has gone downhill. Ordered tonight, said delivered on the app. Contacted the store, we were told the delivery driver had returned to the store and delivered the order. We have cameras all around the house, so can prove there was no sign of a delivery. We were then put on hold for 7 MINUTES. What takes that long? We rang off another phone and got an answer straight away. Told we could get some more pizzas delivered but it would be 40 minutes plus. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. Just told we could either re-order OR get a refund that, wait for it … would take 5 days!!!! For something that wasn’t even our fault. We didn’t cancel the order or change our minds. We weren’t offered anything, not even a simple sorry. We won’t be ordering from this shop again. Disgusting customer service and on looking at the other reviews, we aren’t the only ones who have had a negative experience with this shop in 2024.

Delivery time kept changing even though it said the courier was there. Plus was missing items.
