The best restaurants serving Default food in Dormanstown Redcar and Cleveland North East

First time using here as came recommended, we had a problem with our order and this was sorted within 10 minutes, excellent customer service!

My wife and I called in for a quick bite on a hot summer lunchtime. As we expected the place was packed with quite a long queue. The server told us that there would be quite a long wait for the food,which we expected . The coffees arrived reasonably quickly and eventually the food. We weren’t in a hurry and the wait suited us, a chance to talk to friends and acquaintances who were also there. The food was good and the service impeccable.

The food was okay but we received terrible customer service. They think it is okay to talk behind your back when they think you can’t hear them when you can. They give dirty looks and don’t show any enjoyment and just make the whole shop feel really awkward and it has a terrible atmosphere. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but have some respect for your customers and don’t talk about them behind their back when they can clearly hear you. It’s incredibly rude and can make people feel really uncomfortable.

there breakfast bun and coffee both excellent in taste and value before 11am £4.25 and you can take dogs

Best Chippy in the area. Girls behind counter always friendly, The owner keeps a very close eye to make sure the food is right, this feeds back and enhances his reputation, which is a good one. Deliveries are always quick, so quick I think he must run into himself on his way back some days.

The best food there very very nice and the margaritas and tandoori o my goodness very good I recommended to eat

We don't really like much, or any bechamel sauce on our parmos, but they make it to order just how we like them, always fresh , hot food, and always on time. We love our kebabs and pizzas from them too.

Just ordered beef with green peppers and black bean sauce with chips ....... chips were dry and tasted like they made yesterday black bean sauce was thin like water this place has really gone down hill use to be best in redcar if I could minus the star very poor quality

Food is absolutely amazing Food always comes red hot never had a problem with this place You always get good quality food

Did a chair exercise class, shame not many turned up. Fabulous class leader very enjoyable.

Just order two mix kerbabs for me and the wife we only got Donna and chicken on it we ordered two weeks ago and I have all ways ordered a mix kerbab and got chicken Donna and lamb not tonight they don't do it no more well I think the price should be different if no lamb well sorry guys you have lost my custom from now on I am not happy with the way you said we change the menu but the price is still the same with out the lamb

We only visited for the walled garden but had to queue up at the cafe counter to buy our entry tickets. We visited at 11am so not exactly ‘lunchtime rush hour’ but it still took 20+ minutes of queuing. Once we got into the garden we realised it was not worth it- you can see most of it from the outside seating area of the cafe. At least the car park was free(!).
