PIZZA TOWN in Redcar and Cleveland

Food is always tasty but every time I go the ice machine isn't working/no ice for my drink, toilets are clean each time I have visited too.

This subway restaurant was extremely dirty. The tables were not wiped down and the floor was littered with debris. It's clear that cleanliness and hygiene are not a priority at this location, which is incredibly concerning for any place that serves food. It's also advertised on the Subway app that this location accepts the Subway rewards card - this couldn't be further from the truth, as it is always down. Would not recommend anyone to visit.

Staff really need to be taught how to double even treble check orders, delivered completely the wrong order despite the right order being on the receipt, it takes seconds to ensure they’ve put the right food in the correct bags/the right receipt on the right bags, when contacted they fob you off telling you to ring Uber which is ridiculous they didn’t pack the bags or prepare the food.

5 star McDonalds ⭐️ Thought I would leave a review as there’s a few negative ones on here from people … Don’t be put off by these. Fast service on a Saturday Night, and the food was spot on too, ordered via the app. Great service from the drive thru team. Worth a visit if you’re hungry!🍟🍔 thanks again

Worst pizza and tomato garlic bread I have ever had, I picked the food up, and it was cold. The food itself was bland and tastless. The best thing about this experience was the coke and Dr. Pepper.
