Not sure what happened tonight ,always lovely food but tonight's was cold, garlic bread hard and cant taste garlic, wrong pizza came wanted a ham pizza received a margarita topped with chips , very disappointed, not much was eaten

Got my order delivered wasn't exactly what I asked for, phoned to tell them and within 10 minutes it was rectified. Great food and great service.

I have just received my food. However while eating my chicken bqq pizza i came across something hard and i know its a small bone. Not happy.

Donna meat in small bits rather than large strips, very salty too. Pizza always lovely and fresh.

I’ve had parmesans over and over from these guys and they always come not quite hot enough, I order them well done to get them at a more edible safe temperature, because despite this they are nice Parmos. Well tonight I got one delivered within 20 mins of ordering and it was 20* at best, meaning it never reached temperature in the first place, this is unsafe & unacceptable in food hygiene laws, so this will be my final order from them and I think it’s only fair that I share my experience with potential customers. I chatted with the gentleman who cooked the Parmesan and he insisted it was the driver at fault for not delivering it fast enough, despite my explaining the above 20 minutes timescale.

Without a doubt redcars number one takeaway I order food around 5 days a week and like to shop around but I will not be using anywhere else but here again. Boiling hot, with me within half an hour and cheap. All food was fresh and couldn't complain about a thing also really polite lads 10/10 👍

Ordered for delivery car full of lads turned up with my pizza pizza was all squashed to the box and the garlic sauce was all spilt in the bag safe to say it went straight in the bin

NOT GOOD anymore, COLD and WRONG ORDERS. Been going to Abuza for years and have always been pleased with food and service, used to get on with all the lads and staff on first name terms. HOWEVER,recently things have changed. Had a couple of cold meals, so after second one I politely rang to let them know, really to make them aware, rather than complain. Didn't ask for renewed meal or refund. Few weeks later an order came without the chips. We called to get some chips sent....They didn't arrive, so we called again and got a load of verbal from the guy on the phone. Then the chips arrived about 30 minutes later, well after we had finished eating the Luke warm meal and the driver was also off with us, saying 'we always complain. 2 complaints plus the call about the chips in God knows how many years and now they treat us like rubbish. CLEARLY ABUZA HAS CHANGED. We tried Mo's Pizzeria and TBH it's loads better. Keep hearing reports now anout Abuza of cold and incorrect orders. WOULDNT USE THEM AGAIN. How stupid are they. Based on their stupid comments we and our family wouldn't use them again. Such a shame. That's 8 separate families and friends who now won't use them for similar reasons.

Just ordered chicken kebab and chicken parmo 😡when we went to collect after they said ten minutes we had to wait an extra 20 not a good start but when we got it home there was a garlic sauce missing when we started to tuck in they were both over cooked (parmo,and kebab )the taste was horrid.sorry will not order there again and would not recommend 😡

Ordered a meal deal. Parmo was small , tasteless , pizza was not bad but not great either. Will not be returning.

I find it difficult to eat pizzas due to my stomach but no problems from Abuza, their BBQ & Chicken Pizzas are legendary

Excelente Pizza y todos los adornos. El salsa de ajo es muy bueno - simplemente no beso su pareja después, a menos que tengan algunos demasiado. Nuestra hija ha emigrado a Oz, pero sigue refiriéndose a!
