Joke of a service food is average at best staff don't have a clue and there never on time

Food was slow took over 2 hours to come and was cold

Absolutely shocking food we got was ok but half the order missing so had to wait another hour to send the rest of the order

Large Parmo's are pretty small you have been warned

Food was fabulous. We ordered mixed kebab and chips. One of the best beef and chicken kebab I've had.

Ordered a special kebab! £8.50 When it finally arrived the lack of actual donner meat was a disgrace! Plus it was clearly old end of night cuts! Skinny dry scraggy ends! Enough is enough! Never using this place again!

Once again Absolutely Shocking service from this place and from recent reviews have not been the only one!!. Was told the delivery was due within an hour and here we are nearly 2 hours later to be told an other 45 mins!!!!….Feel sorry for the guy taking orders having to deal with constant complaints with easy response from management just to refund if not happy!…..Bring back the old owner for gods sake…will not be using this hole ever again!!

Order placed on the app, said it be an hour delivery. Called after 1hr 30mins got told it would be another 45 minutes. What is going on !!! This is not the first time this place has failed to deliver, after giving benefit of the doubt, but let down again. Won’t be using this place again. Shocking !!! Do not use.…. Now have to wait 5 days for a refund, which I’ll be monitoring !!

Best garlic sauce going, nowhere have i been are able to beat it, food is nice, but always add on an extra 10-15 for the food to be ready, only downfall.

Waited 1 and half hours for my food , I rang the shop to ask were my food was and the owner spoke to me very rude and put the phone down on me . after how I was spoke to and how long the food taken to come I definitely won't be coming here again and to top it off when the food finally come it was cold , incompetent take away Definitely wouldn't recommend this is definitely not how you should run a business

Great Pizzas. Most take away pizza places leave me gasping for water due to the sale content, but this place was proper authentic Italian Pizza. Incredible soft dough and great quality ingredients. Price was great too.

Nice now with the new owners, Good variety and usually ready to pick up when you order ahead, nice chicken kebabs 👍

Always try to give benefit of the doubt when ordering but every order is same story. Food will be a minimum 2 hours and will be told 10 mins at least twice before actually waiting another 20. Massive shame because the food is mint when it gets here warm

Food is 5 star but the service is appalling . Ordered at 6:15 rang at 7:45 to see where food was and proceed to tell us it’ll be a further 40 minutes. Not good enough.

Ordered 2 pizzas and it took them over 2 hours to deliver them, phoned them twice and both time got told it would be out in the next 10 minutes with the driver, the food it lovely but the management of the place is atrocious, if they can’t handle all the deliveries they need to say so and actually tell people the correct wait time

Place has gone downhill . If you want to wait 3 hours for delivery then maybe this is the place for you

Very disappointed phone up for an order they were over changing a vulnerable adult what was supposed to be £12 with delivery was going to charge £19

Best Kebab in the area (by far) and really good value for money too.

The food is nice from here don't get me wrong but you won't get to taste it or at least warm because it'll tell you 1 hour youll call to be told there very busy you'll be told another 20 mins you'll wait 40 mins on top to call back be told or sorry another 30 mins we cancled order in the end not the first time either its ridiuclous! If you cannot handle the amount of orders then do not take in the amount of orders there should not be a over 2 hour back log

Very very poor delivery service. Ordered 2 Chicken Kebabs for delivery tonight told 1 hour telephoned them back after 1 hour 10 minutes to find out how long they might be "Oh sorry been very very busy they'd been forgotten about. Told them to forget it. I always use ESPRESSOS in Guisborough because the foods good and a reliable delivery service. Thought I'd try these in Skelton. Avoid, avoid, avoid POOR OUTFIT.

Food is great, the opening hours are convenient, it's very clean! The staff are decent and very understanding with allergies. Not a long wait for food.

Absolute joke ordered at 7 o’clock and took over 2 and half hours. Owners greed is ridiculous if you can’t provide the food in a timely fashion don’t take the order will not use them again.

Placed an order at 6.20pm, 2hrs had past i phoned the shop to be told that my order hadnt even been cooked and it would be another 30mins 3hrs later i phoned the shop back again to then be told my order was ready but they had no drivers spare to deliver my food.

Ordered food at 7.10 to be told our order would be with us at 8.35, 8.50 phone its busy and going to be at least half hour 9.45 still no food so another call oh we are waiting on the delivery driver coming back yet another call at 10.20 its on its way 10.45 ring again there's 3/4 deliveries sent out at the same time so we are still waiting my children had some tea from home in the end so their food is going to be wasted 10.50 food finally turns up!!

Meat special kebab was spot on, big portion, and we'll presented, also lovely salad. Ready on time when I picked it up. 👍

What a complete joke had to cancel order after being told it would be delivered within an hour and 2-1/4 hours later still hadnt arrived.

Food was good and reasonably priced

asked for no sauce in my cheesy chip wrap there was sauce and the wrap was soggy almost no cheese at all and too much lettuce threw it straight in the bin

moved to skelton 2years ago ordered a pizza it was soggy and undercooked. decided to try again and ordered a mamamia special kebab cost £11 got it home and there wasn't even enough for one person chicken was cut up into very small pieces to make it look like was a lot.i was totally ripped off won;t be going there again. prefer pepinnos
