Got order wrong. Sent half the order again absolutely dripping in grease. Clearly out of spite. Would never order here again. Disgusting.

I keep getting cold calls from this number, I have never eaten here and live 100 miles away. Please stop

I was pretty drunk. Food was needed. Food was got. I stumbled home to bed.

The website say they are open till 3am on a Saturday and Sunday but when we rang up no one answered and then we tried again someone picked up the phone and said we are not open like wft sort your timing out

Ordered a mixed kebab cost £8 wasn’t even enough to feed a child was all shrivelled didn’t look right when spoke to them they said what do you want me do about it disgusting response we were absolutely shocked

Great for pizza and kebab. Good delivery service, came exactly on time. Food was good, I would say above average. I would recommend to everyone.

Won't be ordering from here anymore.not the first time I've been sent soggy warm chips and a floppy wrap.it used to be the best in guisborough.no idea what's happened.

Got a delivery tonight the burgers where full of hard grizzle and cold and the pizza was cold and I have been a regular customer for years and they are just going down hill now won't be ordering again they aren't very good anymore the delivery driver used to be polite but isn't anymore 😔

Ordered a delivery tonight arrived before time to then be accused of not paying even tho the proof was right they no fault of the delivery driver. Then having to ring them up 3 times 1st time was cans of pop missing 2nd time tower burger missing and 3rd time the tower burger was a beef burger instead of chicken when the tower burgers finally arrived the chicken burgers were under cooked the salad was rotten have been a regular to romeos for years what has actually happened it's gone down hill will not be using again disgusting

Got the order completely wrong I asked for 3 chips cheese and garlic they ordered chips cheese and bolognese but only gave 3 chips and garlic but charged me £7.60 I suggest avoiding them chips also under done totally useless need to be shut down

Just ordered and asked for an alternative options that was not on menu , came as requested , lovely food , hot and we'll presented , very very polite delivery staff , recommend .

Not to bad for guisborough but the ingredients are all cheap and nasty the same as every where else in guisborough but it's cheap enough

I use this place a bit and things have changed recently. The food is reasonable enough but the crew seems to be different again. It's twice now that they haven't read/followed the notes when I've ordered something. Also would it kill them to put the bottles of drink in the fridge? £2.50 for a 1.5l served warm.

Huge pizza with plenty of toppings. Nice staff and reasonably priced.

I ordered a Hot Shot Parmo Pizza. Awesome! Fast service. Friendly staff. Will defiantly be going back for another. 👍

Order from here a lot Made an order at 8pm received food at 9.50pm food barely warm no appology no free bottle of coke or garlic bread for being very late the should of said I ordered 2 hour and don't won't it now won't order from here again terrible customers service

Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. I ordered a garlic chicken pizza, my wife ordered a pepparami parmo, and both were equally grim. The pizza was cold, and soggy. It tasted like a cheesy garlic bread rather than a pizza. The parmo had a weird tinge to the taste and that was cold as well. Ironic given that it was burnt. So annoyed for wasting time and money on disgusting, half assed food. Please avoid and save yourselves the money and disappointment.

It's ok for a takeaway, nothing great.

Warning! If your pizza doesn't arrive and you phone up to enquire where it is, don't be surprised if you are told that the pizza was delivered and that there is nothing they can do. Their stock answer is "you've had your pizza" and they then put the phone down. You then phone again and are passed over to speak to the delivery driver (a female) who tells you that your order was delivered to two males! I am married with two children. I explain this to her and suggest she has delivered to the wrong address, whereby I am accused of being "snotty". We eventually had to go to the takeaway, confront the arrogant delivery girl who lied again, saying she delivered to two girls, and then admitted that she hadn't delivered a pizza to us. The owner, (very apologetic), then gave back our money. Very disappointing and shan't be using again. Shame!!

Do not use ..... Regular customer ordered food came 1 hour later soggy and cold with chips that and pizza that was sat in car wait too long !! Phoned to confront but done nothing at all to sort problem out just gave me pathetic excuses I will never use again I'd advise you all to do same
