Venue was nice, tidy and a good atmosphere. Excellent choice of beers. Some very hard to find beers. Friendly staff. Good prices. Would come back.

Called today as I was recommended by a friend. Couldn't fault anything, the coffee was the best I've tasted and the pinnini was lovely too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom facilities were idea for ladies and parents with babies.

Great food, wine and service. A treat on a Friday afternoon. Got small plates and some wine then git more small plated because they were so delicious.

My experience at the bugle cannon was ridiba ridiba radge, I had lots of pink gins and rocked the show, oh yes you know! The bar staff were very friendly and only swore at me 3 times which was nice, the food is incredible, I’d highly recommend the Brocolli with a side of double vodka

My 1st visit with my daughter & we had no idea what to order so our waiter took us through the options . We eventually picked our dishes & they arrived , the smell was amazing & the presentation beautiful. We loved both dishes & would definitely recommend . Thank you 👍🏼

I was here for the first time with my partner because we really love Asian food and we was positively impressed of this food! It was really fresh and yummy!🥰 I really recommend to everyone this place and I will definitely come back there! Thank you sir for the delicious samosas and wrap! We really love it!❤️

Visited this bistro few times. Nice and bright with full glass Outlook. Outside terrace for warm days. Food fresh and helpful service Nice wines. Recommend it above anything else in the Metrocentre

Purchased a hot chocolate it was like hot milk not good so it went in the bin, also a flat white coffee was not good either. Won't go again

Love Zizzys in the Metrocentre Gateshead the food is always good but today on Mother's Day 30th March 2025 they failed miserably. While finishing eating the starter two of the main courses arrived. There was three of us and the third arrived after 30 minutes and was disgusting. Here's what happened, they forgot about the 3rd main and rushed it through. The lad who served us was so disinterested he should not be working there. I paid £105 for poor service and poor quality food. As a food critic I will be reporting back. Why did two of the mains arrive so early and one was forgotten. Weak management and poor staff . What a shame letting the people who pay their wages down
