Venue was nice, tidy and a good atmosphere. Excellent choice of beers. Some very hard to find beers. Friendly staff. Good prices. Would come back.

Called today as I was recommended by a friend. Couldn't fault anything, the coffee was the best I've tasted and the pinnini was lovely too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom facilities were idea for ladies and parents with babies.

My experience at the bugle cannon was ridiba ridiba radge, I had lots of pink gins and rocked the show, oh yes you know! The bar staff were very friendly and only swore at me 3 times which was nice, the food is incredible, I’d highly recommend the Brocolli with a side of double vodka

Great visit We often dine here when on the area. On arrival the server Suze came over with a welcoming smile and great attitude. Told us all about the menu and recommended varies dishes which was a real help. Another great experience and would highly recommend.

We waited to be seated on Sunday lunch time despite all of the top floor being empty. The decor is nice and it does feel fancier than some of the other Italian chains. We shared the Cromer crab arancini starter from the specials menu which was very good. My partner opted for the calzone which was large, well risen and packed with filling. I enjoyed the stick pig pizza which is essentially two flavours, both of which were delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was high quality and very tasty, this was reflected in the price which we found to be quite steep, especially for a chain/shopping centre . £17+ for a pizza. £8 for some starters and puddings.

Visited at 5.40 and ordered a coffee, Staff were less than enthusiastic. Clearly two guys serving didn’t get on and we’re arguing at the counter. All in all it took another member if staff to join them to sort out my small order. This took 17 mins! Another guy ordered a toasted sandwich. It was cooked then left on the side. Item was cold by the time staff realised it hadn’t been given out. The staff really need sorting out. This truly was an appalling experience. C’mon Costa sort your staff out.

I visit regularly as I love the spot on the promenade. I really like the variety of hot chocolates, including peach melba. The milk is oat however and many of my family and friends would prefer cows milk. It would be great if this could also be an option, as well as more gluten-free options which are needed. The prices are on par with most other coffee shops I would say, and there is outdoor seating however this is limited.

Popped in for a coffee and snack while furniture shopping at the Metro Centre. The cafe is smartly decorated on the top floor of Barker & Stonehouse and has a pleasant atmosphere. They were only serving the breakfast menu so we ordered coffees and bacon sandwiches. The coffee was good, hot and strong but a bit on the pricey side at £4.50 for a small cup and the sandwiches were served on lovely crusty sourdough with generous fillings but I wasn't keen on the tomato salsa type sauce which was overpowering flavoured with oregano. We enjoyed our brunch but when we got the bill I was a bit annoyed that a 10% gratuity had already been included. 1 star deducted for this reason especially as there was also a tip jar on the counter. You might expect this in a fine dining restaurant but not in a instore cafe.
