The best restaurants serving Default food in Deckham Gateshead North East

Visited at 5.40 and ordered a coffee, Staff were less than enthusiastic. Clearly two guys serving didn’t get on and we’re arguing at the counter. All in all it took another member if staff to join them to sort out my small order. This took 17 mins! Another guy ordered a toasted sandwich. It was cooked then left on the side. Item was cold by the time staff realised it hadn’t been given out. The staff really need sorting out. This truly was an appalling experience. C’mon Costa sort your staff out.

I really like this costa but my drink choice was terrible, i got the mango passionfruit iced boba and it honestly tasted like sick i gave it to my friend to finish but other than that the service was really nice and people very friendly!

We visited for an early lunch and decided to get the quiche and Salad, the quiche was flat with hardly any filling, have visited in the past and it was lovely, when i asked to change it the female staff member refused, had a bad attitude, not friendly or helpful at all. Considering we paid £14 for two people for awful food, we didn't get value for money. Still hungry when we left.

Well popped in with my friend today for a quick drink and a bite to eat I had the poached egg avocado and toast and it was absolutely perfect eggs lovey warm runny yolks whites cooked spot on avocado vibrant and fresh as could be and the toast wasnt just any old slice of white bread it was unreal have to say thank you to both of the Donna's who served us lovely friendly welcoming girls nothing but smiles all the time we were there fantastic meal fantastic staff and compliments to the chef simple DIFINE.

Ordered the roast of the day for myself Vedge was raw,meal was only just edible,my wife ordered fish and chips,it was not just well done,it was burnt, unable to eat it,The worst meal I have ever had Do not go to this place and waste your money,disgusting.

Went with my wife and daughter. Went for all you can eat...bad choice.pizzas were rubbish lack of toppings,sloppy or burnt was the choice,thin slice was like tracing paper,garlic bread was dry as a sand storm,pasta was over cooked and sloppy. When nothing was left,we waited and waited for fresh to arrive.Even the icecream was like water with hardly any toppings as i remember. Never experienced a worse Pizza hut in my life.pure shambles not worth the £50 spent.we will never use Pizzahut again.pure mullet.

The place looks nice, service was acceptable, portion are a bit small but the quality is a let down. See below. Cantonese sauce tasted like vinegar, the deep fried shredded beef was hard and chewy instead of crispy and tender. Had to use chips to offset the vinegary taste of the Cantonese sauce or it'd be entirely inedible.

I wish I had read the other reviews before having my meal Poor is an understatement. KFC is usually fresh, not overdone and a variety of chicken pieces. Had the bargain bucket for one. Always get a drumstick but on this occasion that’s all you got. Drumsticks!!!! Thought of complaining but looking at them I don’t think it would sink in. Boooooo!

Kebab meat tasted better than anywhere in Gateshead I’ve tried. Got plenty of it too. Chips were decent. Was cheap enough as well. Driver was friendly. No complaints.
