Pizzahut in Gateshead

Went with my wife and daughter. Went for all you can eat...bad choice.pizzas were rubbish lack of toppings,sloppy or burnt was the choice,thin slice was like tracing paper,garlic bread was dry as a sand storm,pasta was over cooked and sloppy. When nothing was left,we waited and waited for fresh to arrive.Even the icecream was like water with hardly any toppings as i remember. Never experienced a worse Pizza hut in my life.pure shambles not worth the £50 spent.we will never use Pizzahut again.pure mullet.

Called into pizza hut in Gateshead metro centre Tuesday 28th December 2021 and had a meal deal to share we got a spicy chicken pizza with garlic bread battered onion rings salad followed by ice cream the meal was just so tasty and the service was exemplary we were served by a girl called yasmin and she made us so welcome with her big smile and service she gave us the best Pizza Hut experience and her professionalism was 10/10 and because we were given the best experience we will be using Pizza Hut on every visit and will highly recommend to all our friends

Visited Pizza Hut with my sister and nephew for lunch while doing some shopping in the metro centre. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table by a very pleasant lady (so far so good, we thought). Another lady who was doing table service came over to our table to take our food and drinks order, we asked if we could have 5 minutes to look at the menu, she then came back to take our order. We ordered the 'chicken sharer', we were asked by the girl whether we wanted PLAIN, BBQ OR SWEET CHILLI CHICKEN, we asked for plain, the food came and was dropped onto the table, the waitress did not have very nice manners at all. The chicken wings were covered in a BBQ flavouring, I approached the girl and advised her we had ordered plain howevre the chicken wings we had been served were bbq, she came over to the table and stood over us with her arms crossed and said 'the chicken wings are flavoured with bbq when we get them from the manufacturer, so there's nothing I can do' I then of course asked if she could change them because we wanted plain chicken, she continued to say 'well you ordered plain and they are plain, just seasoned that's what I meant when I said plain' I asked if we could change again as it was not what we had asked for, she snatched the plate from the table and walked away shaking her head and continued to gossip with other members of staff while nodding over to our table. The plain chicken was served to our table, once finished the same girl who had served us came over and took the plate away and asked 'do you want anything else?' in a terrible manner and was extremely abrupt. The whole experience was terrible and the lady who served us most definitely needs some training in customer service and needs to study her menu to be able to advise her customers correctly! We will not visiting Pizza Hut again!!!

El personal es amable, exuberante pizza, un poco caro, pero se paga calidad justo? Tuvimos una agradable cena romántica aquí con mi novia.

Got 3 pizzas to takeaway, terrible no taste hardly any topping, just like eating bread. Not this branch be the one near toys r us at metro centre.

barbacoa carne fiesta sabor nada pero salsa barbacoa. Lo peor que hemos probado a comer. conseguimos "dejaré chef saber y eso es 27 libras por favor"!!!!! me dieron de comer allí nunca jamás, tratando de olvidar el sabor 7 horas. Debe haber tenido nosotros sal y azúcar consumo para una semana.

un amigo y yo llevamos nuestros pequeños aquí para un almuerzo buffet. fue muy divertido y desorden era tenía por los niños. El personal era muy agradable y el buffet estaba bien abastecida.

very nice food , service with a smile and nice choice if going for an afternoon buffet , can get a take out aswell

Me fui por primera vez en absolutamente las edades. Y me sorprendió gratamente la velocidad del servicio. Estábamos en y en menos de una hora en lo que parecía una hora muy concurrida de almuerzo para el personal. No es tan limpia como me hubiera gustado, pero como ya he dicho, era increíblemente concurrida. Había una cola en la puerta cuando nos íbamos, entonces obviamente popular con los compradores. Las pizzas estaban bien y puedo ver de donde estaba sentado que el bar de ensaladas estaba muy bien equipada. Elegí del menú, pero también pude ver la mesa del buffet de pizza rebosaba con pizzas, así que me imagino que la selección del buffet ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio también.

We visit this store regularly, at least twice a month. I must admit I do prefer the service and food at the Durham (belmont) Pizzahut however this is more convenient.We normally go early for lunch around 11.30 which is fine, and you get served and your meal pretty quick, however if you arrive at 12 you can be waiting almost an hour for seat, served and meal to arrive, which again is fine if youre out for the day , but for a quick meal id advise somewhere else.A little disappointed that Pizzahut decided to change the lasagne and do away with the garlic bread you used to get with this and make this dish into a long foot long dish rather than the round dish, however still tastes the same.PLeased to see the KIds eat free return - albeit you know need a voucher for this.A little mention to Anthony who always shows exeptional customer services - hope some of the other staff take a lesson from him and share his enthuasiam in his job,....
