Kebab meat was scrawny and not fresh looked old so went in the bin and garlic sauce was not included. Pizza and chips was ok.

Amazing food. Delivery on time. Frequently miss items from the order and if you pay by card in advance you never get a refund. Pay cash on delivery just in case

Absolutely disgusting if I could not score one star in would've. Ordered jumbo fish when arriv3d more like gold fish ordered chicken shawarma full bones greasy everything inedible. Definitely won't order from here again.

The doner and chucked kebab had no doner in it and the chicken was rubbery this is weird for this place as normal the food is amazing first time being disappointed

I had to specify the sauce I wanted in the requests menu instead of in the item menu as it usually is.

I ordered a Parmo and a pizza. The order was 20 minutes late, what’s wounding is the pizza was burned when I opened the box. They actually sent out burned food!

I had a 11 chicken and 14 inch pepperoni one . My son asked for chicken wrap the other Donner wrap Driver gave me my food was good I don’t know something changed at this shop Thank you

Rang up 22.10pm they took my order and said they could deliver to bensham just of rectory road they were fine at first delivery dint arriver had to ring back 23.24pm and said the worst deliver un less I pay another £5 but they said total of what I ordered was £23 including delivery when I rang up at 22.10pm and when I asked were was my order that what they said we won't deliver unless I pay the extra so I said it's OK just cancel it and he he said fcuk and slamed the phone donw and then after 22.33pm they tried to ring me so dint bother to answer so if you want a good serving go some were else then here I very ill with heart failure and typ2 diabetic and lympedima odema and just fanced something to eat and this is what we get treat like absolutely offensive the attitude

I never make a bad review unless warranted. But holy, that was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a bottle of coke with my food, the driver sits scratching his head when I ask him where it is, I ask him to read the receipt or let me have a look, he reads it 3 times and doesn’t show me. When I say I’ll check my phone he replies ohhhhh yes there’s a bottle of coke, I have one in my car for the next delivery? What? Now to the food, I had a chicken Parmesan and let me tell you, this was the worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. Swimming in grease, cooked in bad oil, barely any sauce, I bit into it and grease was all over my mouth and it tasted rank too. The chips were half awful half alright. But it was shocking over all quality and taste wise. Had me on the toilet within the hour. My friend had the mixed wrap and he said it was below average and the only thing saving it was the garlic sauce otherwise the chicken and kebab would be dry. Awful experience, I won’t come back. I’m sorry.

Chips were scrappy and almost cold. Ordered 9 chops and what came was 4 chops and 5 pieces of dried up chicken that were less than 3 inches square. Won't but fro. Here again.

Really lovely staffs and also their foods are really delicious 😋 I highly recommend this place i bet nobady regrets it 😮‍💨

Burger looked raw chips were crusty and wouldn’t even give me dog the kebab.

Not happy with my latest order fish was small compared with the last one I ordered. Delivery driver forgot my pizza and when it did arrive the base was undercooked. Will not be using again.

Lovely place, would have been full 5 stars but the chips have been a little off for a while been coming here for years. Always the best place for a kebab.

Food wasn't hot was lukewarm, chips were not cooked properly, kebab was scrap. Delivery quick as live around the corner.

The full order was absolutely horrific. The chicken on the pizza was tiny crunchy strands. The chips had been re fried and were chewy. The kebab meat had been standing for ages and was hard and discoloured. An absolute waste of money. Do yourself a favour and orders elsewhere.

Ordered from here before and it was lovely today on the other hand not so much , my calezone pizza filling tasted burnt and the pizza on the bottom and corners was completely black. Not what I was expecting at all chips were like mush . Won’t order again . Unbeatable went in bin .

missing cans of pop food was warm

we received the 2 cans of pop and thr 2 bbq chicken parmos. what we did NOT receive was the 12 mozzarella sticks. alert front the missing food.....The quality of the parmos where really good ..I'll be happy to order again as long as I get my full order and not half of it.I understand it can get busy and stressful but please double check the orders before sending them out fir service.🙂

(Disgusting) asked for bolganse pizza the base was burnt and the dough was soggy....absolutely rotten.....even the dogs wouldn't eat it man.....no thanks

Restaurant I have no complaints about. Driver however, did not knock, did not alert me that they were here. Left my food on the floor outside my flat and left without any warning. Food was cold like it had not been stored in thermal bag

Food was just mediocre. Home-made corned beef savoury needs working on. It had no taste at all and was mainly potato as well as being overcooked. Beef burgers were lovely, however chips were also overcooked. It's not the same all of the time as I have ordered before and was lovely.

£6.00 for a 10 bite loose wrap? The amount of Ingredients have significantly reduced but the price stayed the same. Avoid if you can. I shall never buy from there ever again.

Never had a problem with this place before, always spot on previously. Only issue we've had tonight is a 1/2 cheeseburger we ordered turned up as a 1/4 plain burger Would typically recommend, and just putting it down to it being a busy Friday night

Ordered food to collect at 9:45 due other commitments and I got a message 15 minutes before to say it was ready to collect (which is great if you can collect early but I purposely selected a certain time). When I arrived the food was under the heat lamp so the bag was hot however when I got home everything was rubbery and Luke warm. AVOID the Scampi! I’ve never seen anything like it before, it was more like fish croutons and they were over cooked. The cheesy chips were solidified, nothing cheesy about them. They were chewy, rubbery and cold. Fish bites were good, along with the curry. However gravy wasn’t great. All other portions of chips were again rubbery and cold but alright after being re-heated at home.

OK we used to order from here awhile back so decided to treat the kids really wish I hadn't bothered . Got a crabit man on the phone and I hadn't even spoken . Kids pizza was ment to be kebab and pineapple . We got pepperoni (no cheese) and obv they had forgotten the pineapple and they put it on after pizza had been cooked so nice cold pineapple on pizza . Chips were over cooked and cold with 3 meals . Got lettuce on burger when we only asked for jalapeño on it . Can of cola was warm. It was that bad after the man on the man giving a number of reason for the mistakes I told him I didn't even want him to remake the order the food was that bad we didn't even want it remade . Asked for a refund instead give 2 stars because my sons wrap was spot on as he says .

Won't be back. Food cold, chips were poor quality, most went into the bin. Sausage tasteless appeared to have been in warm cabinet a long time. Fish was ok but batter soggy. Gone downhill. Very disappointed as this used to be a good chippy.
