Got calzone pizza all raw discussing couldn't eat it rang back up but conveniently closed Rang them next day thay said because its last nights order thay can't do nothing about it. STAY WELL CLEAR

Ordered Our food over phone. We were told it would be 15mins. Still had to wait. Only live 5mins walk I used this this shop for my clients. (I'm a carer) used to complain for them. Thought it had changed after better word of mouth. Collected our order Chips dry as sticks Batter burnt. Dry overcooked fish.

No experience of the food. However they’ve just refused to serve my mam and 2 year old son a bottle of kids juice in 17 degrees because she only had card ( chip and pin ) and contactless. Nothing but greed.

After reading the reviews I decided to try this place for the first time What can Fish and chips were so delicious. The kebab was spot on. The garlic sauce perfect Staff were really friendly and polite Definitely returning again. :)

I had my delivery, delivered befor the stated time which was fab but when I took the food out the two pies were cold in the middle. Chips where still hot which was good but disappointed that the pies were not. So did not enjoy it

On our way home one evening we were surprised to find this still open. We ordered two small pizzas salad and chips. The price was really cheap. The food was also very good.

absolutely horrible food , I ordered a margarita pizza with onion but asked for extra tomato puree on the base , it came with hardly any puree on the base and the base was soggy, my girlfriend ordered a medium kebab with salad and garlic sauce but what she got was a kebab wrap , needless to say we will never be ordering from bensham fish bar again , oh and the food was cold when it arrived 😭😭😭

Ordered food at 6:32 told 1 hour delivery max. Hadn't arrived by 7:50 so called back and was told he's on the other side of the estate. Still not here by 8:10 and told again he will be 5 minutes. Finally arrived at 8:13. Food was stone cold. My pizzas in the freezer were warmer. Only person excited to see the delivery was the dog. No apology from the driver just shrugged and left.

Nicest chippy in bensham. Got the mixed kebab wrap with chips and cheese and my days it was beautiful. Will definitely be going there again. The chicken was perfect and was a big portion.

It’s has the best fish and chips, sausages, kebabs, parmesan, pizzas, in bensham. I refuse to buy these items from anywhere but this take away because they are so nice from here. They will cost you 20% more than most other take aways but it’s worth it imo. I recommend that you steer clear of the burgers, chicken tikka kebabs, and bolognese pizzas. The burgers are soggy and taste nothing like beef, chicken tikka meat is bought and frozen and the bolognese ( mince) is bought and frozen. They accept cards but they charge a fee. Take cash if you can. Always free parking outside the shop and in the street around the corner. Staff are really friendly.

Pizza was hot when delivered and was not burned. Chips are given in large portions. Definitely would recommend ; )

Chips average, the mince pies often smell off and a few times I got massive lumps in them (not minced as they should me but chopped). It's my closest chip shop so I go weekly. Don't buy the pies, I keep giving them chance after chance but I'm always left, chucking it in the bin. Yet to try anything else.
