***Update - His AC was fixed the next day before noon. Still no communication from the property manager but at least the issue is resolved.*** My son has lived here for 7 years and up until recently - had no issues. He has now been without AC since June 11 and has no communication from the property manager since June 22. There is never anyone in the office. Maintenance was seen last week painting door frames- not sure how that is a priority over someone’s HVAC that is included in their lease.

I absolutely love living here. Quiet, friendly community. Clean, very close to everything! I am very grateful to be able to live in such an environment. Management is on point. I hope to stay here for a long time

A nice place for senior living.

The place itself is gorgeous, I would love to move here but they never return calls or answer them or emails and I feel like it’s very difficult to get through to them. I really wish the communication was better because I would love to move here.

I have a lovely apartment with a balcony that faces trees. I love trees, so this is perfect for me. I enjoy my own entrance way without having to bypass other renters doors. They are prompt when asked to fix something.

I only received 1 reply to my initial email. I sent several emails and tried to call to schedule an appointment to discuss the application process only to be ignored. Even tried to stop in a few times. No one is ever there. I don’t understand the terrible service given all of the other positive reviews.

I lived in Delaware and had been applying for apartments since 2016, with no luck. Most places had at least a 4 yr waiting list. I found this listing on Rentcafe and it said the wait list was 6-9 months. My apartment was available in exactly 1 month. I love living here. The apartments are very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and kept clean. I love the property manager, Kim. She does everything she can to help you. The maintenance guy, is really nice, also.

I love living here. The management is top notch

This was my first apartment by myself- just me and my kids. Really good experience. I was approved within a week or so and Kim even came to my job to help me with my lease and to give me my keys. the apartment it’s self was super cute and affordable. Neighborhood is quiet and I just happen to have cool neighbors. If my whole life wasn’t based in Delaware I would have stayed living there. Definitely recommend.

I Love my apartment the only thing it needs is a pool and fitness center.

This place is awesome and so is the staff! Kim the property manager goes above and beyond to help get you set up in your place. She is as sweet as can be. The neighborhood is very laid back and quiet. The neighbors are all very pleasant and say hi even the teenage kids in the neighborhood are polite. We have been here almost 3 months and we have no complaints!
