We were in old Southall on a sunny Sunday afternoon and noticed this place. Its cosy and intimate. We placed an order a mixture of kebabs, samosa and tea. The food was good although the waiter got the order wrong it was corrected. Overall a nice afternoon.

Excellent and affordable food, drink and service for 30 strong family gathering. We had a memorial service over the road, then had delicious sandwiches, chilli and cake from Ishma and the team at the Plough. Really fresh tasty food, excellent service and lovely location in the function room. Very good choice of beer and wine. Ran like clockwork. Couldn't be happier.

Dreadful service & rude staff trying to kick us out of the seating area 90 minutes before closing when they had already closed the other half. The employee lied to another table saying she had told everyone the seating area was closed when they ordered (trying to solely blame her other colleague) & glared at me when I told them she hadn't told me If there was literally anywhere else I'd go there instead- the coffee was bad quality & wildly expensive even compared to independent shops, and the cake was stale- absolute joke and incredibly disappointing when no one is going into hospital for fun.

Great food, music and atmosphere, combined with friendly and helpful staff, makes this place unbeatable. Drinks and food are reasonably priced. I'd recommend the mixed grill if in the mood to share with friends. Definitely worth a visit when next in the area.

My recent experience of the food I ordered was terrible! After eating I felt somewhat uncomfortable in my stomach.Over the night I couldn’t sleep and early in the morning I had to rush to the loo. I had diarrhoea and all day I felt uncomfortable in the stomach so didn’t feel like to eat but I kept drinking water every now and then.I am sure this had to do with the food I ate from this restaurant. My wife was in similar state as she had the food too.Actually we were celebrating her birthday! What a disaster! It was my first time experience of the food from this restaurant and sure will be last! Please note that to publish this review I had to answer the questions regarding visiting the restaurant although I did not as I only ordered the food and consumed at home.

My work colleagues and I were passing by when we spotted this nice little quaint pub on a bridge, eager to unwind over a few beers after a long day we parked up and entered this pub. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by quite the spectacle: a heavyset gentleman in a turban, slumped over the bar and snoring loudly. Four pristine, untouched pints sat beside him, clearly his, as there was no one else around. The barmaid shot us a look that spoke volumes. We immediately understood her silent plea and nodded sympathetically before turning our attention back to the snoring mound at the bar. A few minutes into our visit, the man woke up and groggily scanned the room. He muttered something under his breath while glancing our way. We did our best to ignore him, avoiding eye contact with this dishevelled character, and tried to keep our conversation going. But then he started slurring at the barmaid, and we began to feel uneasy. Our discomfort grew as he muttered obscenities behind us, including a garbled threat about smashing a pint glass over our heads. One of my colleagues, visibly irritated, was ready to confront him, but given the man’s drunken state, we decided against it. What should have been a relaxing afternoon over a few drinks turned into a comical farce, thanks to this unfortunate encounter. The funniest part? As we got up to leave, he tried to strike up a conversation but promptly slumped back onto the counter and fell asleep again. Charming.
