Wild wild west steakhouse and grill in Ealing

Great food, i had the mixed doner which had lamb and chicken and extra masala on top. The meat was tender and delicious. The sauces were perfect.

I have been away from reviewing for some 3 years. 12 of us turned up and went all out triple stack and Mac n cheese burgers to wings and sweet fries. We ordered the food to come all in one go and i have to say it went well. The amazing thing was the food was on point, it really was. Its not fine dinning'' but well worth the money and the service for us was great.

Usually i don't write about restaurants but this one was soo bad that I couldn't hold my self not to write. I ordered online and arrived at the shop and had to wait 50 min still for the food to be ready and finally after 1 hour i could try the food I mean the rips were like if you bite on stone. Never again worst place to eat.

Food is amazing , burgers , steaks , sensible prices . All friendly staff . I would recommend this for a quick stop. I’m a regular customer, taste and flavour is good. There Wild West fries are amazing ... there sauces are nice also.. never had any issues. Overall 9/10 for me!

We weren’t holding out much hope with the cornily named Wild West; but needed to know how this place, as a ‘Steakhouse & Grill’, would compare against its nearest competition Steakout. Admittedly our visit as half-a-dozen was from last year, so I’m going to try and collate everyone’s thoughts as best I can. I have to though, we were quite impressed by the inside. With its huge extractor fans above and large comfy orange seats, this place at least looked like a steak joint. Not bad for Southall. They are actually trying, bless em! The burgers weren’t exactly groundbreaking; but they don’t break the bank either. Next time I’ll try the chicken options, as the wings, along with a shake and chicken burger, were good. That might just be the winning combo.

If you want to go somewhere with tasty grilled food thats not expensive then this is the place for you. It does feel like more of a fast food place rather than a restaurant but trust me the food is amazing. From sizzling lamb chops to cajun strips and steaks and chips with cheese and chives . Its all good and doesnt cost as much as other grill places. The only thing i would say is the portions vary in size from one visit to another and sometimes the smaller steak is virtually the same size as the big or vica versa But all in all if I lived closer I would go all the time.

I visited Wild west as it was recommended to me. First visit and had a very bad impression. People who came after us were served before us. Our drinks took half hour to get delivered to our table. We had to go and ask at the counter for 1 fruit shoot for our baby that we ordered. We ordered Sirloin stake with pepper sauce on the side. The stake had no flavour/taste at all. The pepper sauce was so much overpowering that I couldn't even put that on my stake. The waiters/hosts were not even bothered to check with the customers whether the food was ok or whether we need anything else. No customer service skills whatsoever. They need a lot of training. Overall, Very bad service. First impression, Bad impression.

Service is a lot better now and no issues with getting orders wrong; when they first opened there were a lot issues with waiting times and incorrect orders. They seem to have new staff, although I do not know if the management/ownership has changed; friendly service, this is a family friendly restaurant and the food is nice.

Popped into Wild West restaurant over the weekend to order a takeout – this would’ve been my 3rd visit. I’ve never had any faults with my previous visits – the food has always been good value for money and flavoursome. Unfortunately, this time round our food was to such poor standards and made one of us ill shortly after consumption. The restaurant was empty and we ordered the following: - x2 ¼ chicken with side and drink (£10 in total) I specifically told the gentleman taking our order that we would like breast pieces and he read this back to us when confirming the order. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, we still had to wait 20 minutes for our small food order so assumed it would be nice and fresh. This didn’t surprise me so much though because when we have ordered a take-out before it almost took 2hrs to arrive – time management is not WW’s strong point! When we got home, both ¼ chickens were so tiny and wouldn’t even be enough for a child’s appetite and they also gave us a leg piece. The meat was discoloured/grey in colour and smelt bad. The “spicy rice” was a palm sized portion of leftover oily biryani rice and the coleslaw which is usually one of my favourite sides from here was a lump of mush! Both sides were shocking bad – both in taste and the fact that the containers were not even half way filled! I’m shocked at how downhill a restaurant can become in a matter of a few months….

Trochu sme mali zvláštny pocit z obsluhy, strašne dlho im všetko trvalo, jedlo bolo pomerne drahé a nebola to žiadna sláva. Všade naokolo samé indické reštaurácie, tak sme chceli vyskúšať aj niečo "klasickejšie", no nebola to práve tá najlepšia voľba pre akú sme sa mohli rozhodnúť. Odchádzali sme sklamaní.

Use to go here ofter but many times the sizes of steak are random 8oz being bigger than 12oz but on this occasion i purchased what was advertised as a whopping 14oz chicken steak which is bigger than all the other steaks and it wasn't even as big as an 8oz and was thin, really annoyed i was as chips were rock hard too , only saving feature is the chops are amazing and the tastiest chops anywhere, so will stick to them in future but to avoid annoying customers dont put the size of the chicken steak down as 14oz when it clearly isnt

The food wasnt great, well overpriced and way to slow, forgot parts of my order and took well over a hour to deliver the food and cold. Dont bother

Visited her for the first time with family. Ordered the steaks and wild west special platter. One of the groups food came and others food arrived about 20 mins later. Ribs were still cooking and would take 45 mins to be ready so that was off the menu for us considering we came in at 6pm on a Saturday which I thought would be a busy evening for them so food would be all ready prepared. The first member of our group who by this had already finished the food and we were still waiting on ours was still waiting on the mojito to arrive. Starter came 20 mins after with the mains. Food was good but service lets it down. Definitely needs more staff😣

I ordered a takeaway for here the food arrived promptly and with a polite driver, The chicken was dry and over cooked the vegetables and rice were alright but again overcooked

lovely cozy restruant...staff serving and taking orders are youngsters who seem to get themselves into a tangle....food bought out very slowly...a long wait in fact and they are not even busy....presentation of the food very poor....probably will suit the younger generation more who might meet up there and dnt mind the waiting...

Overall the food I enjoy. Their chicken, steak and Salad (delicious and always spot on). However one evening a friend and I ordered a meal from there and an Asian (Indian Female Staff Member) took our order. We ordered chicken and two sides. The first side came through and we began eating and forgot about the second side (corn on the cob). We saw the receipt where we had been charged for it and proceeded to kindly tell her that we hadn't received it, and therefore it's okay but we won't be paying for the second side. She was so rude, and went on to blame the customer (us) for not asking where the Corn on the Cob was? really?

I have ordered here before and it has been good however this time was an unacceptable exception. I returned with my takeaway Americana burger and fries. The bun was rock hard and the meat was raw. Unfortunately I did not realise this until a couple of bites in.

Nice place great atmosphere busy but service really quick .. plenty of menu choice and you can order of the specials menu which is great value for money ... it cost €29.00 for stroganoff x 2 chips and salad and a jug if sangria

I ordered Beef Sirloin Steak with Pepper Sauce and Wild West Fries

Fuimos allí para la cena esta noche después de conducir pasado muchas veces durante los últimos meses. Tiras de pollo ordenados para empezar que eran fantásticos. Como principal pedí un bistec tbone con la salsa caliente y patatas fritas. La salsa no era muy agradable, pero la carne en sí era genial y la carne era de buena calidad. Sin duda lo recomiendo

A pedir de este sitio, no me aliado ordenados y comimos aquí antes y estaba bien. Últimas dos veces lo que un montón de basura. Pedí un bistec. No hay cuidado de la carne, y las patatas fritas Wild West eran horribles. Este restaurante ha bajado tan mal. El chef es terrible en la carne. Y ensalada con carne cálida, mezcla y patatas fritas, así que básicamente deja cálido era horrible. Tenía el pan de ajo y todo era pasada. Todo lo que puedo decir nunca es nunca más. Me volveré a evitar este lugar para el resto de mi vida. Últimos dos veces y es tan mal. Tengo un malestar estomacal ahora. Después de 2 horas de comer. Sólo para decir que esta en mi lista de colocadores para comer.

Ojalá pudiera dar 3. 5 estrellas, porque éste no es un sitio normal, pero tampoco excelente.

Fui a Wild West con mi familia. esperamos 45 minutos para la comida, la comida que nos dieron estaba equivocada y nos han cobrado de comida también. Cuando pedí hablar con el director, él no molesta ya que no parecía interesado en absoluto. a salir, dijo lo siento, no hay nada que pueda hacer.

Tried the Wild West Burger; cheesy fries; buffalo wings and chops. Great food. Owner, Mr Kalim personally ensured we were well served. Highly recommend.

A group of hungry girls on a Friday night, decided to order in and eat from the comfort of their own home, well thanks for ruining that Wild West Grill! Placed this order via Hungryhouse and paid online.Firstly, food comes after 2 hours of placing the order - NOT COOL!Secondly, the food is so blande and tasteless, beef burgers are still pink and it just doesn't taste of anything. Only thing I enjoyed was the cheesy fries...that was it.And then to top it all off, everything arrives from our order apart from the mozzarella dippers, I call the restaurant to voice this, saying we've waited so long, and now we are missing an item, which I have paid for already!!!! Guy on the phone was so unprofessional, and dare I say, quite ghetto, with no phone etiquette. He then proceeds to ask someone where the dippers are without putting me on hold and I can hear their entire conversation. The conclusion? I get told, "Oh the chef said he made it but I think the driver forgot to give it to you" SERIOUSLY?! Okay so he forgot, that's cool, so I say call your driver and get to the bottom of this, I've waited long enough and I want the dippers, which I PAID FOR!The result? No one calls back, no one arrives with the dippers....totally shameless place!!!!! Safe to say I am never ordering from this place again!!! Better off making the frozen pizza in my freezer! Would have had 10 times more the flavour than their burgers!

Only been once.whilst waiting for my chips as I was taking away I watched as one of the staff crouched down thinking no one was watching and eat I think what was chicken ribs.he then gt up rubbed his hands on apron and carried on working handling other food without washing his hands.so I spoke to another staff member this is what he has done.she was only a young girl.she couldn't explain the situation away and came out with -o he's normally really good.....the guy who was eating the ribs then realised I was complaining, like a shot washed his hands. although I paid for the chips I put them straight in the bin when I got outside.i have never been back since.

A quiet restaurant with people served, a simple order of a milkshake took about ten minutes and this is after the other-half asked how much longer it would take – two minutes later the milkshake is served. One can understand if they are busy, but the two staff members were just talking to each other; the milkshake was nice but not worth the wait.

After their grand opening disaster where only four of our group of seven were served food after over an hour (we left after an hour and half, when they said they had not made the steaks yet) and the ones that were served food where given the incorrect burgers; they have improved in terms of serving food to our whole group now.The burgers are nice but have hardly any toppings; for example, a burger with onions had two small pieces of onion. Considering the price charged, they need to stop being cheapskates with their toppings.I do not know if their kitchen staff have a different menu but when we have ordered burgers, they have either been the incorrect burger or made different compared to their menu listing. The steaks are ok but not really a steak-eater’s steak, more of steak for someone who wants it well-done with a spicy sauce.

I ordered a takeaway from Wild Wild West Steakhouse. It did take over an hour but the burgers were very good. Although the chip portions were on the smaller side.

A group of five of us walked in on a Friday night. They accommodated us. The staff was friendly.The food tasted nice. We all had different things but everyone was happy.The portions was big.

Came here for my daughters birthday and she had a great time, although they mixed up our sauces for our steaks it was still all delicous. We even turned up at closing time but staff were realy friendly and welcoming. Will be back soon.

We placed a delivery order they said 45mins to 1 hour as we are not far away from them. 1 hour 20mins later I called them to ask where the order was and it was still at the restaurant, they didn't call to explain no apology. I even told them we live in a new build so get the driver to call me, 1 hour 45mins later still nothing I called the restaurant they said the diver left ages ago and that they will get the diver to call me which never happened2 hours later the driver finally called but was going around in circles and not understanding the directions I was giving him as he couldn't understand English too well.We ended up cancelling the order! How can food that has be on the road for an hour still be hot as it was now 11.15pm. So my guests went home with no food.Terrible service avoid at all costs. They should not offer a delivery service if their driver doesn't know the local area.

Great selection of different foods, arrived 20 minutes before the estimated delivery time. Food was nice and hot, very tasteful. Great portion although the king prawns were a very small portion and a bit burnt. Garlic bread was soft and soggy but all in all of recommend :)

Really enjoyed our meal here tonight, very welcoming service and atmosphere, as well as a good meal which was good value for money. Will be back for the Buffalo wings and fillet steak with the hot sauce!

This place does desserts and great food too, I highly recommend it. Their food is amazing, I had a fillet steak and it was so nicely done that it almost melted in my mouth, and also they have a good assortment of desserts too without taking a chunk out of the wallet. I recommend it to all!

I am a frequent customer at wild west and i would recommend it to anyone looking for decent food at a low price. The staff are always freindly and the food dose not take a long time to come. Amazing restaurant

Just phone to order collection and the person on the other side of phone was rude..... I asked for everything mild and the guy is asking me why.... Whats it got to do with u.....! The guys like "what u want the whole shop mild...." Rather give my custom to someone who appreciates it......

Just enjoyed a meal from this place. Probably the best burger I have ever had, it was delicious. The burger pattie was quite thick and tasted amazing, not like that frozen rubbish. This was the real deal. Also tried some grilled wings, spicy rice and their wild west fries, which is fries with their own wild west sauce poured over. The wild west sauce is spicy, I think it would be much better if that sauce was hotter. Really nice meal. Will have to try their steaks next.
