Costa Coffee in Ealing

Dreadful service & rude staff trying to kick us out of the seating area 90 minutes before closing when they had already closed the other half. The employee lied to another table saying she had told everyone the seating area was closed when they ordered (trying to solely blame her other colleague) & glared at me when I told them she hadn't told me If there was literally anywhere else I'd go there instead- the coffee was bad quality & wildly expensive even compared to independent shops, and the cake was stale- absolute joke and incredibly disappointing when no one is going into hospital for fun.

Amazing location great staff top customer service all around it's just got the wow factor

The one star is for the nice staff who were a bit taken a back. Costa the only outlet available in a hospital where I am dealing with a difficult situation and needed sustenance. Charging more than most independent coffee shops for disgusting coffee and the cheapest most additive riddled plant based milk… I would obviously not choose this outlet and perpetuate their profit -without any consideration or effort to provide quality -unless I was in a hospital and had no other option

Totally tasting machine in latte Latte tasting very strong like capuccino, instead Sit in coffee option is no different than taking awy Waiting area stinking with smokers' smoke from outside the main entrance

You take a coffee at 2pm and you can't sitting in the table , because they closed at2.pm wy ?the shop is open till 8pm maybe closing the sit at 6pm,3 waither to joking in the shop without care the costumer. Never I sow this in a Costa coffe

The best thing we have in the hospital is Costa Coffee

The tables here are a mess, part of it always closed and ridiculous closing time; considering hospital visiting time is until 8pm. Unfortunately, I've been here a few weeks with a sick relative and fancy a cup of tea about 5pm; no hope of getting it at Costa. Very disappointing.

Like every costa, tasteless sandwiches and not good value for money

Wasnt allowed to go, to coffee shop by the lady at the entrace who checks the masks. She said because I didnt had an appoitment at the hospital or visiting somebody I am not allowed in.Can you explain since when this change why cant get a coffe and why is not notice about this anywhere? Or this is just made up by her? I feel like I been discraminated!

Rude staff on the website its says free coffee for nhs staff for 2 weeks but this staff member raised his voice read the sign costa losing money as he owns costa not very professional needs to go on a custom service course 0730 am

I love the variety of different coffees and the breakfast wrap and the ham and cheese toasties are absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to get a good cup of coffee/tea and something to eat. 🍰👍☕🍵

Rude lady working there, I came with a Vodafone veryme reward for a free coffee and she said as a ‘franchise’ shop they don’t do this offer. Vodafone terms do not say such a thing. Unacceptable staff behaviour. Went at 18:00 on Friday.

Lovely staff the two smiling and welcoming blonde girls who made my coffee and toast. Other girl less friendly but at least was polite. Looked for a seat to have my food but unfortunately the sitting area was crowded of smelly scruffy and dodgy people smelly of pee. There must be a shelter near this store. Shame but it is what it is. The smile and friendliness of the two girls, I think both Polish, was the highlight of the store.

I have to say I absolutely love costa, it really is the very best coffee and cappachino. It's a bit expensive, but I think it's well worth it. Better than paying same for mediocre cup of coffee. Also good selection of salads, sandwiches, cakes and cold drinks, very yummy! 🙄🐒🐵😋😋😋😎🤔🤔🤔😐😶😏🙄😣😚😅😆☺😥😮🙂😉

This branch closed before closing time! It states 6:30pm but was closed when I came to get my coffee at 6:15pm. I asked the lady before going upstairs to visit my uncle at the hospital what time it closes and she said 6:30pm but when I came back at 6:15pm it was closed?!

Yes at Costa you know what you are going to get. The lack of organic fresh food vegan and no-mayo veg sandwiches, hence the three stars. This place is pricey! If Costa is the only watering-hole on the scene ok. This place is in the foyer of Ealing Hospital. A Greggs is one-block away, indeed a better value-for-money food outlet.

Very busy at times. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff on today (21/2/19) were extremely talkative and welcoming. Food / drink was nice and hot. 😊👍

It was a rather unfortunate day for me going to the hospital with the kid. While I was waiting for my wife and son to come over, decided to pop over the Costa Coffee near the back of the hospital. You wouldn't notice that there was one! They really need more signs outside. Anyway, the place was in a bit of a mess. There are tables that look like they haven't been tidied up for hours, and it just gave a bad impression to an otherwise would be nicely ambient interior. The baristas though were very nice! Actually made that specific day easier for me. It makes a big difference when someone gives you a genuine smile, and before leaving asking you if there was anything else they can help you with. Coffee is good! Price is not bad, and I won't hesitate to grab another cuppa when I drop by Ealing Hospital again (hopefully never! Service is non-existent! But that's for another review for another day)/
