Greggs in Ealing

The supervisor Named “Man”, he reached the heights of arrogance ! Worst Greggs I ever been to .! He needs to learn how to talk with customers.! Forgot to deliver coffee upon asking And delivered the wrong size and flavour and shown arrogance..! Some people literally need to learn how to respect.! The most disgusting Greggs I admit.! Not even 1 star to this particular one.

Just bought pizza and kastu chicken bake which was stone cold. On top of that the customer service was zero. I was served my the man with the beard, he seems bit rude, no smile at all, and the attitude was like I went to eat there for free. So disappointing.

To the management, I hope you review this matter with your staff. I frequent this place almost daily since I work at Ealing Hospital nearby. The issue I am facing is your inconsistency with working hours; the door is being closed at 7:40 PM or even earlier. If you could address this matter, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

The young lad with curly hair serving in there today was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by. He is courteous with wonderful mannerisms.

Got cold pasty cheese n onion se second time. Not happy. Don't understand why the staff have to be asked why it's cold. As they should be proactive and explain. Asking for refund a nightmare. Left with it but went in bin outside the shop. I was in a hurry too due to traffic n getting home. Diabetic n needed to eat. Won't be coming back.

Gregg’s the bakery = nations favourite. Their vegan sausage roll is delicious, paired perfectly with their very good coffee. I couldn’t believe the value of their meal deal at just £2.80, it’s an absolute steal. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Bonus points for being conveniently located next to a bus stop.

Was absolutely starving! Came into grab a cheese and onion pasty before my appointment... only to watch every single one given away and only had vegan sausage rolls which were cold left. And your ridiculous policy doesn't allow for them to be reheated. Leaving nothing for vegetarians is a shame. The woman was rude. Absolutely disappointed!

Ordered a flat white with double shot. Think they put in 4 shots espresso from the taste of it. Coupled with a slightly warm cheese and onion pasty. Put the grey on an already dreary day.

I've been coming here early mornings for months now and the lovely lady Fatima has been Amazing. Her positive energy, tone of voice and lovely smile really shows excellent customer service. She is respectful and provides great choices in case you are unsure of what to get. 10/10 would return just to see her positive vibes and smile.

Great service and food as usual is delicious, small but clean, sometimes busy but worth the wait.

Staff needs training very rude and inpatient. Felt like a fish market in 3rd world country. Rather stick with costa or friends cafe in the hospital

They do not do veggie , I do not know why. Requested previously, would suggest, please consider equality for veggies as well

Personal favourites: steak bake, chicken bake, sausage bean cheese melt, chicken goujons with BBQ or sweet chilli sauce, southern fried chicken baguette, Mexican chicken buguette, all muffins, sugar strand donut, glazed ring donut, hot chocolate cookie with chocolate dip. Winter vegetables soup. And of course, Greggs breakfast rolls/ baguette. Sausage roll was decent, I heard the vegan one is better than normal one. Yum yum was too sweet for me. Cheese and onion is only nice when hot. - Greggs policy does not allow reheat bakes. Those aren't stored on hot trays for tax reasons (so you pay less). Staffs can always bake fresh ones for you if requested. Regular customers are encouraged to download Greggs app as you get rewarded a free one every 9 bakes/treats/hot drinks/ sandwiches you purchased.

Love Gregg but not when you get cold food ,also with people with intolerance have to pay double the price for the food why

Can't give no stars lousy service stone cold food they think they can get away with it because its on hospital grounds save your money and goto costa coffee in the entrance of hospital

Looks like the staff are not happy people. Kinda they hate to see customer. Sorry for the owner to have staff like them.

Great for filling yourself up with cakes , a steak slice or vegan sausage roll . Not so great if you need to fill your car up.

I have been to greggs in different branches but this branch is totally different as compared to others ...I brought chicken bake and 1 more thing but it was already cold I waste my money here 😒

Breakfast Baguettes are delicious and not too expensive with a cup of tea, staff always friendly

Medical staff few occasions bought sandwich and was not fresh today purchased a ham salad sandwich and on first bite almost puked, smelt rotten and tasted same. I looked for a package date as not freshly made but I guess it wasn't had to spit out and throw away entire sandwich a waste

Generally very friendly and helpful staff but to the guy with beard and wears a cap who refused to serve me today you need to learn what customer service is. Shocking experience.

Cold Vegan steak and no warning that it’s stone cold, straight in the bin.. Avoiding this place for sure.
