Spicy Wings were good as always….. Service and atmosphere was dull

Ordered 3 fillet burger meals. Chicken looked like it was part of a kids meal. Stale. Hard to chew. Disgusting. Wouldn’t feed the local foxes food from this branch. Southall is much better. The quality of food here has declined rapidly over the past year. Will never come back!

Just pop in to get a quick snack and got shocked 8 BBC wings 8 pound. Also on the menu whole grilled chicken cost 10 pound. Very disappointed, waste of money.

Everytime i eat from here i get food poisoning. The food is so yummy but not worth diarrhoea for a week. I feel nauseous and can’t even sleep please don’t eat from here it’s not worth it.

real bad i was a regular customer with the 1.50 strip burger u added on an extra 50p but moneys up so it’s fine. and then u lot decided to feel pigeon as i got food poisoning from ur rank burgers never again i quit eating from gtown

The women at the counter is I'll mannered and rude

Being a loyal customer since moving to Greenford 2 and a 1/2 years ago, I'm disappointed in the level of service and just generally keeping their loyal customers happy. I've had issues with the woman in the past, but I let it slide but what really annoyed me was the owner not giving me an extra chilli sauce when I asked for it. They're always really tight stingy with giving you anything extra so I never expect anything like extra large chips pr extra wings etc. But the least I expect is to be given an extra sauce when requested. The very least they could do. I now go to Chicken Guys up the road, as the service just isn't worth it, which is a shame because the food is pretty good.

Hi i went to this shop around 2o clock ... No one there.. One lady was there... she didnt welcome even hi... Its okay i dont mind.. I start to place my order.. i asked something about food.. She said go and check outside tge door... she doesnt know about the menu and prices ... I have ordered around 7 pound cost food... she was very very rude.... When we eating fillet in the burger doesnt cook properly .Blood was there... And also very very bad bun.... I think it was expired.. When we take bus bun was fall off...Omggh they gave us gravy very very bad condition.. I cant explain the words gravy condition.. Really i was shocked... I never ever been the chicken shops like these...I go and ask the refund.. Because my kid cant eat like this corrible food... she said very very rude i cant give u refund... I am the manager.. She never looks like a manager.. Managers definitly know the how to solve the customer problems...even she didnt wear the hairnet.. And ear inside the ear while saving the customer..Then i show to food one of their customer.. Shr getting angry... Then i took picture of food .. Then only she gave refund... And didnt give receipt.. then i came... But after 1 month i check my bank statement.. she didnt give refund she charge again from my card.. I have my statement to proof that.. Tomorrow i will go and take my money back.. Really omgg i never been like this shop and never seen like this rude customer service assistant..We spend money we expect good quality food.... But they dont.. Really i was very very upset on that day . Now ceck my statement more upset ...

First time visit to the place and it’s immaculate. Clean counter, windows, floors, work surfaces, tables and chairs. Bright, Spacious and open with ample seating. Good, clear, large signage and well lit…. Not a huge amount of deals on offer, however plenty of menu-variety including grilled and fried chicken! Food orders were taken quickly and food was served promptly and hot!! The food itself was well drained (with little/no excess oil/grease) which was great and the grilled peri chicken was cooked well and a decent peri peri hot sauce. Wings are good - though not particularly spicy. Fried chicken coating is pretty tasty too! Would recommend this place for sure and will be revisiting when we next have a craving for grilled and fried chicken!!

Just bought two chicken grill burgers and chips, both chicken pieces were burnt. The size of the bun were small too. Not happy at all. Our first and definitely the last visit to this Chicken Cottage.

We went in to buy meals,the man at thr counter was very rude,totally unhelpful, he gives us the meals without drinks,although they were included in the deals.We asked nicely for someone to clean our table before eating,he came in a rude way telling us its clean,it wasn't ,ur was all.oily with dry ketchup on surface, really disgusting. He wiped it rudely with a dry cloth,totally unacceptable behaviour. When we asked fir tissues and hand wipes,he threw them at us in a rude manner . Why do you hire such disgusting, rude people to serve your meals. Think twice about it !!!

I’d give it a 6/10 for a chicken shop. Fills you up but nothing more. I wouldn’t return to be honest.

**avoid**…. Went there after work around 7pm just to eat Dry falling apart buns, dry tasteless hard chicken fillet burger. Defo out of date chicken/cooked in the morning and left there all day. It’s not fresh. Not to mention the 2 staff members at the front look like someone robbed their chips fryer… very miserable. 1 star is being generous.

The guy can give more if you ask. Just ask if you need more pieces for less rate. 2pound 5 wings, 3.50 pound 10 wings. Please all bargain more as the guy will even give you for 1 pound 6 wings if you act like if you wull leave the place. This is good bargain place.

Went to it and first of all very rude lady at the till then when she went on to make my food she took another man which was the same religion as her and served him first after that when she was making my food she had no gloves on and wiped her nose and touched my food with her bare hands and after confronting her she admitted it and I asked for a refund they said no card refund after some arguing and them speaking in their own language they decided to wear gloves and make my food. Highly don’t recommend this place very unhygienic please safe youreselfs

I had chicken wings in Ruislip few years ago which was worse enough But this one is even worse. The fryer has no clue how to fry. Mychicken

I bought a 2 for £3 burger and got surved 2 bottom buns.

Got to be the worst chicken cottage in history, rude staff, food was cold, the lamb ribs where horrible do not eat here beware, when complained they told be get out, council needs to close this joint down as we had food poisoning after this

Bad quality buns, they break while you are holding the burger and are also very dry and tasteless. everything else good. Message to owner please invest in good buns, a burger is not just about the patty, the bun is also part of the burger. The staff are friendly but sometimes forget little requests for takeaways like putting peri peri powder on chips.

The staff in the Greenford branch are the best! So courteous, friendly and professional.

Poor quality peri peri chicken. They charge an extra 20p for a miniscule tub of chilli sauce (free in other establishments).
