Rubbish managers inept in training creating a high turnover of staff.alwya over last 7 years never been served by trained member of staff always 2 new girls training.training on a Sunday morning place was packed out expected wait 30 mins. Turned around and carried on home.

had to give this as I have received wrong Vadai. i ordered Daal Vadai but received the Urai ones, which I dont like or eat.

I came in at lunchtime for chicken stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach. It was a generous amount served with loads of mashed potatoes and two freshly prepared salads. It was delicious and at a bargain price.

Greggs HOT food is almost always COLD - they AVOID paying VAT and pocket what we as customers give them ! This is where a BIG competitor W#n#e#S has taken a massive slice of the business and I`m not surprised. Anyway, my main reason for this negative review is that my local Greggs branch in particular in Greenford does not make and sell soup despite having the pots and pans visible, I have been trying with them for almost 6 months and the staff always act like its just out of stock and when challenged they just shrug their shoulders , this has caused me to be frustrated and annoyed,Is there not an area manger who can have a look and see this Lazy staff are not doing what they should ..?

i didn't get what i ordered i ordered drumsticks and thighs but didn't get all the above i got other pieces

As usual, always on time and piping hot. Good food. A shame that they didn’t pay attention to the instructions whereby it was explicitly noted not to put any sauces in two of the burgers but they all came with sauces anyway :(. Didn’t bother ringing as past experience with orders through just eat (not this restaurant though) is they say ‘nothing we can do as we don’t own our drivers so just pay for a new order so we can get a driver allocated’.

Nice , really nice. Had a set meal for two which had three main courses so offers more selections. Portions are good size and quality is very good with the meat plentiful and tender. Ordered in shop so only had a 15 mins wait but place was busy with deliveries and collections. Would definitely recommend 5*

My go to Chinese for delivery in Heathrow! Another wonderful meal, huge portion, piping hot, the same delivery driver, this has got to be my favourite restaurant for delivery and service, nicely packaged, and this time a complimentary fudge cake ! Thank you once again ! until next time !

Best chicken ever . bossman gave me 3 extra wings and said its on the house my frjend. the chips were so juicy and succulent and prices were reasonable
