Chicken Guys Greenford (Halal) in Ealing

I ordered 3 box meals which should have come with a piece of chicken eat however this was missing and obviously they don't answer the phone. Do not order from here.

Order never delivered, when i called they were unhelpful and asked me to call again then never picked up my call

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They don’t speak or understand English and I’m about 99% sure they will get your order wrong like they did with mine. When I called up they kept hanging up nonstop

flavourful food, hot and well prepared. Just the right seasoning!

Chicken tasted like it was re heated 5 times

I came here today for the first time and had a wrap and a chicken burger. The burger had too much mayo - not the end of the world. The wrap however was a huge disappointment. It smelt like garbage literally - not like bread that's gone off but an actual filthy smell - I even tore a bit off to make sure.

more than half of the staff that I ordered was missing, waste of money and waste of time, they could not give me a solution and did not offer to deliver the missing items.

The food was cold and so unsatisfied with it especially pizza were so cold, i frequently order here in this restaurant.

Today I ordered a Family Deal for £20.50 . First of all, I had to wait for a long time for the food to be ready. Secondly, when I came home and opened the pack, I noticed the 8 pieces of chicken strips are missing! When I called them, they simply said because they did not have enough on time!!!!

Food was not bad. Chicken wings and chicken burgers were cooked properly and was very tasty. Prices are fairly decent for the portion size you receive. The only problem was the beef burgers as they were quite dry and didn't have a lot of sauce.

We were waiting for our food for over 25 minutes. Other customer told me they always prioritise customer ordering over the phone and make their food faster like I’m not a paying customer and asks for food for free

First order is given to wrong driver and I’m called by the rudest person who tells me to take it up with just eat. Finally the restaurant cancels the order so I can reorder. Then items are missing… the drink is always missing from the family meal deal. What a shame.

I recently visited this restaurant for dinner, and I was impressed by the service staff's ability to deliver food promptly to my table, despite the establishment being fully crowded. It stands out as one of the best restaurants for both punctuality and taste. I highly recommend the chicken tikka pizza and honey wings.

I have been here three times. First time I got home, there was no drink or fries. They compensated them the 2nd time I ordered from them. I ordered again today, she asked if I wanted peri peri salt, I agreed, went home to eat, burnt my tongue on the peri peri. It was like red hot chilli powder. It's supposed to be peri salt. If I wanted chilli 🌶 powder I would gave asked for it. However, their grill lemon & herb burger is tasty, & today I tried their 10" pizza with toppings, as I asked how many slices do you get, I was told 10, only to find 8slices when I got home. The staff need training.

Hi, thank you for following my diet instructions. The chicken was very tasty and fresh. It was well seasoned with mild, lemon and herb, just as I asked for it. My food was hot so I didn’t have to heat it up. The flavours weee amazing and the chips were lovely too please keep up the fantastic cooking and thank you so much. 5 stars 🌟 for gorgeous food and that’s why I always order my chicken from you. As usual, always on time and piping hot. Good food. A shame that they didn’t pay attention to the instructions whereby it was explicitly noted not to put any sauces in two of the burgers but they all came with sauces anyway :(. Didn’t bother ringing as past experience with orders through just eat (not this restaurant though) is they say ‘nothing we can do as we don’t own our drivers so just pay for a new order so we can get a driver allocated’.

Today we ate pizza from chicken guys and the pizza was very god it made by krtiti from the staff

all food cold again when you complain to just eat they ignore you I only ordered from here because I had my stamp card discount I've used my discount up now and I don't think I will be going here again why is the food always cold?

The chicken and burgers we got were great, and the gents went above and beyond with the chips and also gave us extra! They were also really sweet. If this was my local I’d come here often!

i am really disappointed. i ordered chicken wings and chips. it was on app buy 1 get 1 free for £9. i got only 4 wings and chips. called restaurant several times but no answer. not going yo order again if they don't think customer is important. sucks

Absolutely abysmal. Arrived 2 hours late with most of the order missing and what was left was freezing cold. No drinks nothing. The restaurant was not answering the phone for 2 hours

Chips were very cold. Wings good. Burger good. Chips and wings were dripping in oil, they wern’t strained fully. Chicken burger was ok, but bland and way too much sauce, it was dripping everywhere.

Peri Peri menu selection is amazing. Ordered strips that were large generous sizes and extremely flavourful and fresh. Also tried their pizza and went for the chicken tikka option. Pizza was very fresh, cooked well to deep pan and tasty. Another great experience with delicious food. Thank You Chicken Guys

Just now i ordered pizza way back home after picking my child up from school. and after reaching home my kids opened the box to grab a slice it was all burnt cheese and too hard to chew as the pizza was not at all soft to be able to eat... My mistake was i didn't check and bring it home and the male staff who served was really disgusting as they packed the burnt pizza like that instead of making it a new one. Should not be visiting again.

My second order from Chicken Guys, and once again 10/10. Tried their peri peri burger and pizza options, and both orders arrived extremely fresh and piping hot, but also, they were highly generous in giving me 2 free fries too. I am officially making Chicken Guys my go to chicken and pizza place from now on, and now looking forward to trying more new delicious menu items from them. The 50% off and buy one get one free deals are an amazing value for money, and the food is very delicious. My order of the wraps came fresh and hot, the filling was very generously loaded with chicken and the wrapping was not moistened or wet at all from the heat when delivered. Food was borderline average I ordered from Uber eats and was not given what was advertised got 1 instead of buy 1 get 1 free. Called the shop and the manager didn’t want to speak to me and said he won’t refund me and to contact Uber if I got a complaint! Never will order from here again.

I ordered of just eat and they forgot to give the driver my food he got here nearly 1hr late and had to go back to get my food and deliver it which was freezing and not eatable and the driver thought it was funny 😡😡

The paneer pizza was great only thing i would say is that the bread could be a partial bit softer but other than that the rest of the paneer pizza was amazing

ordered 2 pizza and large fries. called to chase up order and told not their fault as were really busy with orders, delivery finally came and large fries were missing. Called Takeaway to be told again it wasn't their fault as busy with orders. No apology or attempts to rectify the mistake. I asked for a full refund but the Lady employee put the phone down on me, I tried to call back to advise meat pizza was overcooked with 1 hot and other cold but no one answered. Really poor service.

Have been ordering from this place quite a lot recently this time everything was cold was it because I gave you 5 stars review last time you thought let's give him cold food as we have his custom don't treat loyal customers this way as I am currently unable to cook I am ordering takeaway daily look at how many times I've ordered from you will have to think hard before I order from you remember there are many fast food outlets on just eat treat loyal customers properly they are what will keep you in business

I ordered a 6pc family bucket, and it comes with 3 sides and a 1.5l bottle of pepsi. My order came with two sides and a can of pepsi, which is not what I ordered, shop not answering my calls. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered a Pepperoni Passion (Double pepperoni and double cheese) if this is double pepperoni I’m guessing they don’t use pepperoni on a standard. Also extremely Rude guy serving, when questioned guy replied where does it say double and when I pointed out on his menu he responded “it is double” clearly not if you didn’t know about it! *** I have also added a picture of what a double pepperoni should look like for management and staff.

Ordered a couple of my dads fav drinks for his birthday night he couldn’t get them anywhere at the shops after going out for some for everyone else . 30 minutes later chicken guys being the only shop with the BEST delivery price and BEST service pulled it out the bag with the MOST AMAZING ! Service leaving a note on one of the cans and an extra one above and beyond can I say I have never experienced quality like this , it goes a Long way ! This might be the last time I order from here.. how can u miss a 1.25L drink.. I'm also missing a wing from the order.. I ordered the honey sauce and I got a bbq sauce. I ordered Burger meal, pizza and 7up 1.25 litre bottle. I got only Burger meal and a can of 7up. I didnt get my pizza. When i called to restaurant the lady said is not Her fault but the driver and if i want i can come and pick up my pizza… i cut my foot yesterday and i can’t walk thats Why i ordered online. This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life, I ordered hot wings and they came out raw like uncooked and we went to ring them up and they didn’t even speak English, if I end up with food poisoning then you will know how serious this is, do NOT order from this place as they serve you uncooked chicken. If you want food poisoning go here otherwise go to kfc, not the one in Mandeville road as they will mess your order up somehow. Go Morley’s across the road. Way better.

Bad personal, untrained and lazy.

Tasty stacker burger that arrived on time and warm. The fries were really thin, thinner than normal fries but warm and tasty nonetheless (though would have preferred normal fries like those served by bigger brands). Asked for no ketchup or any sweet sauces on the burger but it came with a sweet sauce. Wings cooked well but lacked taste. Rice was spicy but otherwise tasteless. The stacker burger, nonetheless, stole the show, it was really nice.
