Greggs in Ealing

The staff are so friendly especially the manager , Shaamini.They create a nice environment for customers and provide good customer service.They always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming.Would definitely recommend paying a visit. :)

Greggs HOT food is almost always COLD - they AVOID paying VAT and pocket what we as customers give them ! This is where a BIG competitor W#n#e#S has taken a massive slice of the business and I`m not surprised. Anyway, my main reason for this negative review is that my local Greggs branch in particular in Greenford does not make and sell soup despite having the pots and pans visible, I have been trying with them for almost 6 months and the staff always act like its just out of stock and when challenged they just shrug their shoulders , this has caused me to be frustrated and annoyed,Is there not an area manger who can have a look and see this Lazy staff are not doing what they should ..?

Food very cold 🥶. Had to throw away. Ordered a Vegetable Bale Pastry. I was told by member of staff might be a little cold. I was hungry. Didn't expect it to be freezing. Very disappointed as I use Greggs all across London, first time experienced this. Had similar situation in Kilburn branch and Park Royal branches. 3 branches in 2 days. What's going on with Greggs Bakery?

Conveniently located mini Greggs store. Located inside the petrol station, so if you’re on the go then visit here for freshly made pastries and sweet snacks. Staff are very kind as well 👌🏻

Usually when I go to any greggs store and give my order, I pay while receiving my order. This time around I was asked to pay upfront before my order was made which made me feel like I was being profiled. Not worth it! Food was cold and I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for any hot bakes.

They take advantage of "too good to go" by selling out if date and under the agreed value . Last order we got 2 items worth less than half the agreed value. Untrustworthy scamming people

Didnt have all the menue out and had to wait 15 mins for steak bake not happy when ur running late for work.

Small but convenient. If you need breakfast on the go or a quick snack then this is definitely an option.

Staff member was extremely friendly but food was cold

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I think it depends on who is on shift. Sometimes the breakfast sandwich is luke warm and most of the time it's. Okay. but the stuff in the hot cabinet is always the right temperature. Service is very fast, place is clean and to all the staff keep up the good work. Many thanks

Convenient bakery in petrol station with sausage rolls, filled baguettes, pasties and coffee.

The range appears to have been reduced and the food on my visit was not hot.

Staff had me waiting 15 mins.☹️

Closed when we arrived at 15.45, when the website said closes at 16.00.

Your food is absolutely delicious! I love your pasties! They are always so warm, delicious and packed with flavour!
