Best Pizza I have had in a long time. Good flavor, great presentation and was delivered on time. They have real bacon! Just two small inconveniences; 1-They are far from where I live. About 15/20mins drive. 2-They don't serve 15" pizza. Open one in Hayes!

Average. Very average. Dough was chewy (that's what happens when it's too dense and you don't knock all the air out) and instead of spicy wings I got some kind of spicy strips. Again nothing wrong with them but it's not what I asked for, especially since if I did I'd have gotten a free dip with them, these came as either a mistake or as a substitute but with no dip. 20 quid too (25 without a just-eat discount), you can get an actual Italian pizza of a lot better quality in Harrow for a few pounds more... or if you want this kind of pizza you have Manor Pizza in Ruislip who, whilst they cost a lot less, give you a lot more, they also call you if there's something they don't have for your order; but they charge a lot more for additional toppings. Would I order from here again? No. Would I mind if I was at someones house and they ordered this as pizza for the boys? Also no. It's fine, but not at 25 quid.

Pizza was. Lovely and hot and fresh. I really like the way you put the toppings to the edge of the pizza. The only thing g I will say is I didn’t order fresh tomatoes 🍅 on my pizza but you put them on anyway. Next time please can you check the online order before hand. Thank you for the lovely pizzza. 😊

Pizza and garlic bread with cheese was lovely, tasty and still very hot. So I didn’t have to heat it up. I didn’t order plain garlic bread so Thank you for the extra garlic bread. 🙂

It was delivered at the wrong address

Food was good, however additional sweet corn was put on the wrong pizza.

pizza was ok, bit greasy. garlic bread not cooked enough and all stuck together, so not great. Will all be nicer when reheated.

I ordered 2 desserts because I wanted my favourite hanky panky pie. Then I saw Mississippi Mud Pie & searches online sounds interesting and I like dark chocolate. I got instead a toffee look like cake very disappointed. I obviously kept searching online by taking photo's all sorts of name's come up then I checked the menu again. What they gave me was chocolate fudge cake that looked like mine in there menu photo which I was given with white buttons and pieces of fudge on it like a cheese cake. It wasn't a bad but I wasn't enjoying it that much as it wasn't what I wanted to try. The more I eat the more it put me off, Didn't feel it was money's worth, you can't enjoy something you don't want. I wasted money and am not rich. This was one of my favourite restaurants hope it stays that way never got a wrong order from them ever before. I notice that there stars have lowered quite a bit. At least I got my favourite cake and not something else. I might let them know because it's best sometimes to let people restaurants know what's wrong so there are a lot less mistakes in future. If they didn't have the cake I wanted to try they could have rang me, so I could say 2 hanky panky pies instead then.

I had great experience from employee called Mehak. She was so helpful and welcoming. She took my order and assured me to deliver on time. Amazing. Great confidence from her. I can feel to go back to Rocco’s Pizza. Thanks Mehak. Well done.

Pizza sauce could be better wasn’t great

Staff friendly enough, but pizza was tasteless. Kids never complain normally but did. Cheese slid off a gooey pizza base. First & last time going here.

I don't usually leave negative reviews as I know it affects peoples livelihoods, but this is by far the worst restaurant pizza I've ever had. The food quaility is so poor. Even the chicken wings just tasted mushy. Won't be eating from here again, not even if you paid me! I would have been better of getting a frozen pizza from Icelands. To add insult to injury, their large pizza size is basically a medium. What a waste of £30!

I havent even recieved my food as yet.

They send a text to let me know my order will be late then later they phone to let me know, their driver had an accident. Which was sad to hear but at least they let me know that my order will be very late. They apologised & the other driver who came also afew times apologised for what happened. I asked him about the driver who had an accident was now ok not doing too bad. I was glad to hear he was doing ok The restaurant also gave me a chocolate cake which was nice of them they didn't need or have to because this situation wasn't their fault. So a big thankyou to them for the cake Very kind of them, the pizza was very hot.

Delivery was an hour late but restaurant called to tell me and had a good reason.

I ordered and collected a pizza and discovered a strand of light brown hair on a slice. I was in the middle of chewing when I noticed and spat out what was in my mouth, immediately. I called Roccos and informed them that I had found a hair in my food and I was told ‘it’s just hair’, ‘there are many girls here’ and ‘the manager is not in, call tomorrow’, - to which I replied ‘well it is not my hair’ and ‘all I want to do is return the pizza and get my money back’. He then put the phone down but didn’t hang up and I was made to listen to him relaying the situation to his colleague. I ended the call and called back but it did not go through. At this time, there were also still open but with only 20 minutes until closing, I was not able to return in time. I will be going there today, with the pizza and the hair so they can see for themselves, provide some proper customer service and perhaps an apology.

Nice & Hot pizza delivered exactly how I wanted it. Only wish you could make it bit more Spicy just how an Indian would want. I also think a Large 12” Pizza has become Smaller in Size! 🤔 Please don’t do that!!! Thank You.

1 of my favourite pizza restaurants & price for pizza's here are low compared to other restaurants. As usual pizza was great & piping hot, chips packed so we'll in a box good style. Chips where nice but it was like it was oven cooked not fried but they where cooked & very nice.

The pizza is nice it's just a shame it took forever to arrive, the staff are the rudest i've ever had to deal with and they forgot items that were PAID for and they refused to refund or redeliver.

THE PIZZA I TOOK A BITE OF WAS CONTAMINATED WITH PLASTIC AND PAPER BITS. I ATÉ A MOUTHFULL AND REALISED BEFORE I SPAT IT OUT. DP NOT ORDER FROM THE . NO HYGIENE STANDARDS. I HAVE PHOTO EVIDENCE AND WILL BE REPORTING TO FOOD HYGIENE AGENCY.

Took over an hour for the pizza to be delivered when I only live 10 minutes away from there.

Honest review. Ordered X2 deep pan large. It's not the cheapest as the large is 12 inch and both came in at £18.50 collection, £22 delivered. Normally for a fast food pizza £18-20 gets you a 15 inch in this area. We had to go back and collect another pizza as they gave the wrong 2nd pizza. No issue with the replacement. Now for the taste test. A very average pizza. The deep pan is very thick and dense. It's all under cooked as seen in one picture. The main thing is the taste and it's tasteless. Not expecting much as it's a fast food pizza but a decade ago the last time I ordered it was great. No taste of tandoori chicken and the BBQ is plain sick chicken (which is halal only) and the main thing is the tomatoe sauce was tasteless or a lack of it made it tasteless. Onions were too thick and not spread. The kids hated the onions as you would get 5 in one unchopped cluster. I found a lack of mushroom in one pizza. So sorry for the review guys but serious room for improvement. Cooking it for a extra few minutes would cook the dough more but it's too dense. Far better pizza places in the rest of Greenford and Southall

I love Rocco’s pizzas but was disappointed not only did it arrive late it was cold and my Extra pepperoni wasn’t added so didn’t enjoy.

The pizza tastes stale and like liquorice and its seriously unpleasant. I thought it was just me or a bad piece and carried on quietly eating until my husband then took a bite and spat it back out and when I asked what's wrong he said this tastes like liquorice. Sorry I hate to give bad reviews but this was honestly the worst pizza takeaway we've ever had.

Disappointed with pizzas this time as they were really dry, less toppings and hardly any sauce.

When the pizza was cut I witnessed the one woman threw it to the other causing displacement of the toppings Returned and complained was promised a replacement which turned to the same pizza reheated

The dough on the pizza was thin and hard not like normal, the garlic sticks don't have enough butter and cheese and have been made shorter, the food was cold and for the first time i actually couldn't eat it all. As a long term customer of many years i hope the quality of food is not a recipe change as this was by far the worst i've had! Usually they are very good.

Didn’t give no dips for the wings or pizza

Had to wait more than 1 hour for my order. When it arrived, it was missing a bottle of coke and this was part of the family pack deal. I told the delivery driver this, but he refused to believe at first that this was part of it. It was only until he looked at the order receipt he realised the mistake. He then made me call the restaurant to let them know this was the case, and that he was going to a local shop to buy a bottle of coke. Also the pizza was barely warm, and had not been cut properly. Very dissatisfied with this, as I order from here quite often and normally they are very good with the service and food quality.

I was informed it would be late but that didn't matter as the food was delicious. Hands down the best pizza I have had.

Most surreal experience from who I guess might have been the owner, was still wearing an apron when he delivered it. Got told off for "ordering from too far away" and that "next time, I'll just lose my money" (which would be great - being that'd just be theft). SET YOUR RESTAURANT DELIVERY DISTANCE INSTEAD OF BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU HAVE CONTROL OF WHO JUST-EAT SHOWS YOUR PAGE TO. Pizza was great though, shame he doesn't want to deliver here again; because it was really tasty.

Restaurant quality was POOR as the Manager never wanted to take the order as advised by driver due to previous rating given at a very low level as the food recd was cold and wrong order given Plus the manager was rude over the phone. This was my Last Order
