Great food and great prices with nice friendly staff.

Been here forty years ago had a pint passing through it was a "local only" type pub not much to say,passed it every day for forty five years going to and from work in Shepherd's Bush noticing the comedy club attached to it never found the time to go I'm a Grandparent now and found it handy on a Thursday to pick up my grandson and meet his mother and have an early dinner here,,,, Great place lots going on if you take the time to stop Brilliant service very good food family portions and family and dog friendly good place to hire for a "private"party or family get together.. highly recommended 👴🏾👍🏾👌🏾

I recently hired the private function room, for a baby shower, via Sundar and his team. We had 50+ attend for a two course sit down meal. The team were amazing at accomodating all my requests for setup and the food was top notch. Can't thank the guys enough, especially Catherine and Jenny. We will definitely be back for the christening once baby is born!

Had my work Christmas party in the Function room upstairs. A big thanks to the staff who were exceptional- Cathryn, Harvey and Vishal who went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing night. Also the chef who’s food was incredible and portion sizes were brilliant. Can’t recommend this place enough, a massive thank you to the manager Sundar, for ensuring a smooth running service and for his care and consideration. (Faultless!)

I recommend this pub very highly for both the food it serves, and for the well kept beers. We had our family Christmas dinner here yesterday, and we were all very impressed with the table display. The food we ordered was superb, and the dinner sizes were very generous. The staff were all very friendly, and the pub was very clean and well looked after, and it is a credit to Fullers. Thank you to everyone for making it a such a happy event for us.

Sevens of us had a meal on Sunday couldn’t find an issue with the food, Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fine old pub with a good range of beers and plenty of TVs if you fancy watching sport. Very large establishment and quite an extensive food menu. The attached comedy venue is also an excellent draw. And while the outside seating is a bit too close to the main road and car park, there is also a far more attractive courtyard.

Have booked a function room I was very impressed with the service and helpful staff 👍

Abysmal service. Bar staff will ignore you on purpose if they don't feel like taking a drinks order from you.

Schöner Pub am Rande von London, mit authentischen Ambiente und guter Speisekarte. Wir waren mit fünf Leuten da und sehr zufrieden. Besonders empfehlenswert die „Spare-Ribs“ ein echter Leckerbissen.

Always decent. Nice bunch of regulars who seem happy to speak to irregulars. Gaffer is a top bloke and staff always friendly and get on with job.

Never busy except in summer. More expensive than other local pubs. Stopped going when like so many other pubs, TVs were on. I go there when I want to be able to talk to friends. Food quite good. Annoyingly try to hoover up near closing time if you are sitting in carpeted area. Saw Shakespeare in the garden last year. Nice big garden and courtyard outside for summer. Also hold Comedy Club and open mike nights in its little room round the side.

Function room for Bearcat Comedy is superb. Need to replicate this in the main bar which has lost its way. A simple fix by substituting the cold white for warm light bulbs would make a huge difference. Food not bad & staff OK.

A lovely old type pub, great selection of ales and beers.a great food menu and we had a starter between us which was amazing and it was so filling we had no room for a main course but as it is a Fuller's pub it is expensive for beers as mine was 5.70

A choice of real ales available in one of the nearest pubs to Hanwell Station (on the Elizabeth Line). One unusual feature is a floor which appears to slope down towards the front of the pub, unless that was just my impression!

Food was really very good recommend, early Christmas Dinner with the family we had turkey duck and salmon so great choices, Christmas crackers on the table. All served with good timing 👌 thanks to everyone at the viaduct and merry Christmas we will be returning

Came here for an early Christmas lunch with the family (11 of us) We booked our 3 courses in advance. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout the whole afternoon. The food was lovely! We all had a great afternoon. Cocktails were nice. The manager came to check on the table a few times too, to make sure we had everything we needed, which was really appreciated.

Excellent food. I only stopped by for a quick lunch, but I will definitely be back. I had the special pie, with chicken, mushrooms and leek. It was served with mashed potatoes and vegetables, with a side of gravy. Everything was perfect. Tasty and hot and cooked to perfection.

Old school pub run by Fuller's. Really great staff that are polite and couldn't do more for you. I had the pork belly and it was really good, served quickly and piping hot. Would recommend to anyone.

Regular selection of decent beers and cider, the highlight is more the stable's garden behind the main building, which quiet and peaceful, as well as a good place to park your bikes. The adjacent orchard is nice feature too.

I visited the Viaduct with my family for Sunday dinner and we all had a lovely meal. Tasty Sunday lunch and friendly atmosphere 😋

After an hr spent in the Bunny Park, we went to The Viaduct for a late lunch. My daughter ordered the gammon which although plentiful was sadly severely over cooked as were the fried eggs, rendering it all but inedible. My husband's sausage & mash & Mum's fish fingers & chips we're just what we expected, however my baked potato with chicken bacon & avocado was sizeable but tepid. The walk from the stable garden to the toilets was unnecessarily long & difficult especially with Mum who at 99 was in a wheelchair. The disabled toilet was out of commission. Staff very friendly, but disinterested when I mentioned the disappointing gammon meal.

We joined a birthday party in the function room - terrific facilities, brilliant staffing and a lovely event. Great venue.

On a busy Uxbridge Road junction but has a garden behind which allows you to escape the traffic noise. A traditional pub layout and some beautiful original tiling.

Thought I'd pop in while working away from home. You never really know what you are going to get but it was pretty good. Had sausages and mash and crumble for pudding which was excellent.

A nice Pub and Restaurant in Hanwell, West London. Nice delightful outdoor beer garden and nice seating area options inside. Can get very busy and packed at times and the waiting times to be served can get long.

Good food. Good choice of draught beers. Doing the Hoover at 9pm however not so good.

Has improved since reopening, however lacks the atmosphere of some of the other pubs in Hanwell. Decent set of ales on tap and the food is above average.

I have been going to this pub since 1982. Although it has been through different hands since then. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the food is always great.

Great local pub, great service, great beers.

We were staying in the area in order to walk the Shakespeare Way. A walk from our hotel for somewhere to eat became a bit of a challenge until we found The Viaduct. The staff were very friendly and booked us a table in a raised area. It wasn’t a busy night but the quality of food exceeded expectations. My chicken breast was very tasty but the accompanying potato dauphinois was the best I’ve ever tasted, just melting away in the mouth.

Fantastic service, first time I've been in here and the staff are friendly and welcoming a big thumbs up from me. And not to mention lovely and clean, the toilets were lovely and clean and you could smell the Bleach which is always a good sighn.

Sunday roast is always worth the trip...amazing. Great management and staff too.

We went for a Sunday meal as cudnt be bothered to cook tbh, squid starter was out of a packet and no dressing on the teaspoon of salad, then I had the roast beef and husband had roast chicken. The beef was dry and tough and same for the chicken,, the majority of the potatoes were hard and not cooked through, no crisp to them, just looked steamed and not alot of colour to them,, veg bland.. now on a roast in other places the gravy comes in a separate jug. Here the chef covers the food in an overly salty and way to intense gravy. Ruined the whole dinner. I ordered the kids the stuffed chicken breast with dauphinoise potato. Again,, the chicken was dry and the chef clearly doesn't know how to cook potatoes as they were also was to firm. Zero check backs from the staff and plates left way to long on the table. Chocolate brownie was way to sweet and doubt very much is was home made. Waste of £98. Avoid. When the staff did eventually come over to clear the table,, I told her about the food quality and not even an apology or "I'll let the chef know". I'm a head chef myself and I do find fault easily in other people's cooking but I'm very honest in my opinions. . u really shudnt mess up a simple roast dinner. Not at your prices anyways.

The food is always good with generous portions. Drinks are not overpriced. Big, gorgeous garden. Staff is always friendly and lovely AND they let me bring my bike into the garden. THUMBS UP FROM ME. Best pub in Hanwell. Xx

Very nice atmosphere. Staff are incredibly friendly even when under preassure on a busy night with ravers from a festival near by kept pouring in.

We had a 21st at the Viaduct. The staff went out of their way to make it a very festive and memorable evening. Delightful and excellent value.

I was in this place with my friends. Unfortunately, we did not try any meals because the service lady was rude. We decided to change the premises. I do not recommend👎

Went for a Sunday Roast, taking the option for 2 courses. Starters were terrible. The squid had no taste and looked shop freezer brought. The salad had no dressing, looked like it had just been taken out of a packet. The roast came out drowning in gravy, should this not be served separately for you to pour what you need? Way too much salt, vegetables were bland and boring. Waste of money. Staff were nice and it was pretty busy so had high hopes. Something in the kitchen needs to be changed. The actual pub needs to be updated, very old and grubby looking. Sorry will not be returning.
