Order didn't come with my drink which was paid for. I also request napkins and these didn't come with the meal either. Long gone is the time where every thing you ordered actually arrived

All food portions were cold. The lettuce within the burger meal was brown. The box the burger came in was torn.

Food is cold and fries is not fresh these looks like 1,2 day olf fries because it taste different and chicken is very cold

I have never left bad feedback but this time it’s a must. The food particularly the chicken poppers were old and stale. So upsetting especially that I had a group of friends over for Friday night gathering. They couldn’t eat the food and went to the trash! Very disappointed

I recently visited KFC Greenford and had a great experience. The service was quick and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My food was fresh and hot and the restaurant itself was clean. Overall, KFC Greenford definitely delivered a good service. Would definitely come again.

I hadn’t realised the chicken pops had spices in the ingredients, as my young grandson was unable to eat them!

Chicken wings were forgotten and the gravy is watery.

Today i went to this brunch, my order was 6 chicken wings ( flat one ) And when i come back home !! Was 2 flat one !!! What’s a horrible service.

The staff is really supportive,cooperative and looking after customers, they are quick and helpful.

Had a great experience at the KFC on Greenford Broadway. The Fillet Tower Box Meal is a must try crispy, flavorful, and filling! The staff were friendly and efficient, making the visit even better. Highly recommend this location! My kids especially enjoyed the mini fillet burgers here.

I am delivery driver I picked the order from KFC and after picking the order I saw that one person from the staff gives me dislike I ask why he saying that you are talking outside after picking the order .KFC staff member name is Mangles .His behaviour is so rude ,he always shows attitudes to all the delivery drivers ,but why he is giving all time dislike to whom he wants ,is this right or not? They forgot to put my drinks and when I request for compensation/refund they refused to give it.

there were about 8 chips just spilt in, cold, burnt and the smallest piece of chicken in the zinger burger box meal. it's 12.99 KFC, not 4.99 kids meal. the beans, gravy and mash were also half full. if you don't have enough food to deliver, then cancel the order and let customers go elsewhere!

Parts missing from my order, has happened on several occasions

Was really bad experience I asked the staff for a family bucket and explained to them I have disabled people so they can give me chicken thighs to avoid choking the said no go to other shop

The tiniest portion of chips did not justify £3.19, nor was the appearance very appealing!!!! Perhaps the hot chicken wings should have been in a separate paper bag, rather than have been placed with the chicken fillet strip and regular chicken pieces! Unless there was a shortage of paper bags????

The food was barely warm due to the late delivery and 2 of the chicken pieces were very small.

The staff here are always ready to help, and go out of their way to give you exactly what you want.

This is my local KFC. The food is great, but the conditions of the restaurant at times are terrible. The tables and floors are filthy, especially during busy periods, which I can understand, but if that's the case, hire more staff to keep them clean so people can sit down and upkeep hygiene. To add to my recent experience, my 4-year-old daughter could not use the only one toilet (disabled) that was working because someone was misusing drugs in the toilet, which is absolutely ridiculous. I made staff aware of this, but it took over 30 mins for them to resolve the problem. We could not use the toilet because of the fumes. Drug users in a busy fast food restaurant with families and school kids is a big "NO NO", this should be addressed immediately @KFC_UKI.

the food was dry fries were freezing the Pepsi can was jotand all that came without wet wipes, tissues and salt. I'd they take this back and a full refund or get me a fresh one

The delivery time kept increasing, I had to call KFC who then told me the delivery had left ages ago and the driver failed to update the order that it was taken. When the driver arrived, I asked why was there such a delay because I called the store and they said he left ages ago. He claimed that the just eat app didn't update accurately. I strongly suggest an investigation is carried out as this isn't the first time I've experienced this.
