The staff was so rude the have half an hour left and I asked for 20 hot wings offer but they said we don’t have we just have 12 wings they don’t know what’s offer going on they can cook for customer but they didn’t …..what worst kfc

only one drumstick in a bucket of 14 pieces. Too many pieces of small wing portion which were dry.

The Order Notes were completely ignored. I asked for chicken legs only and only received 1 chicken leg, the rest were breast which I particularly didn't want. This ruined the meal.

There were 5 chips in each packet. Waste of money. I will not order from them again

Vegan burger is amazing and so are the fries, I'm not a regular as a vegan it only on occasion of I'm really hungry and there are limited options will I go in.

Wow first time ordered been a while perhaps more than year since i considered KFC. And this branch delivered delicious food and chicken was cooked nicely and tasty and clean. Chips were fine but needs improvement. Look forward to next one.

Very slow service, Patronising staff without any knowledge of customer service. The standard of food is well below your normal KFC as the burgers were both cold and dry. Don't bother.

The service here was very good but unfortunately what let this place down was the quality of the food and the atmosphere. The chicken tasted slightly dry and chips here are nowhere near as good as the KFC in hayes town quality is better there. This place could also do with a slight redecoration and refurbishment as I noticed a big hole in the wall where even the plaster has come out and wall is crumbling quite a hazard I must say as its within a childs reach. (As seen in video) Toilets available here too. I wouldn't recommend comming here. I rate this a 3/10

Hi it’s Mandi your regular customer. I was a bit disappointed as when I placed my order and selected 2 corn on the cob and 2 coleslaws. You only gave me 1 large coleslaw when on you app stated I should have got 2. Where’s the 2nd large coleslaw??? I ordered a bucket worth £23. I’m not happy and you lost a star ⭐️ rating, not sure I’ll order from you again. As I’m not happy

Hi, it’s Mandi your regular customer. Zinger burger was lovely, fresh and tasty. A bit disappointed with the chips as it was as a very very small portion and very very salty in which I couldn’t eat them. Someone should have tasted them before giving them to customers. Wow! That was the smallest chicken breast I’ve ever seen. Not impressed and disappointed. Good job as not worth over £13. Sad 😔

I ordered the 2 fillet burgers and 2 pop corn with 2 extra fries delivered early burgers burnt no pop corn chicken and only 2 chips really bad

When I got my burger it was cold, I ask the lady to change it she just looked at me and said it was just made, I said please change it. When they gave me a new one it was wrong it had no hash brown inside of it, she said you didn't give me the one with hash brown inside of it, I told her three times to check what she put in the bin , but instead you chose to stand there and argue with me Then 4/5 team members came to say the same thing. I asked for the manager he came checked the bin saw I was right. He said sorry while she said nothing with her hands on her hip. She was very rude. I'm pregnant and should not have to go through this. This has been my kfc for over 25 years never have I ever experience this before. She definitely needs training on how to speak to customers

Courier has been at the restaurant for 35 minutes

The food here is very low quality and has left me feeling sick everytime I’ve been as well as extremely slow service also very bad smells from the store and cleaners don’t do their jobs , the staff are all rude and always look upset save yourself disappointment and avoid going here

Driver got lost and then called me, I had to give him my postcode again. He got here but the food was luke warm.

The driver left my food outside the other number 7 old block. He didn’t even call me to see why I wasn’t answering the door. I saw the my delivery outside from my window and picked my food myself, Other than that my food was perfectly good 😊

Greenford KFC it’s a lovely place. food is always fresh and good . staff always listen to customers needs. Every single time when I am ordering from them I have to leave a note to meet my children needs. They never let me down. I am very appreciate it. Thank you Greenford KFC staff ! Hi lovely and fresh, tasty zinger burger, fillet and pop corn chicken. The fries fresh and tasty too. Coleslaw was fresh, cold and tasty. But please do not put tinned drinks in with hot food in the box as you don’t know where the tin has been and has bacteria on it. Just put the tin of drink in the bag separately. My fries were loose in the box in a paper bag so the tin of drink could have touched them. Please stop putting tins of drink in with food. But everything else was good. Thank you 🤩

I ate here a week ago, Chicken so dry and cold tasted like it had been sitting out for weeks. Should come with a warning label saying “not safe for human consumption”. Theres a Chicken cottage 1 minute away which is probably even better than this place 🤢🤢

Hi, lovely, fresh tasty chicken. All the food was so fresh, tasty and delicious. I didn’t even had to heat it up. Thank you KFC for cooking my food fresh. I would order it again if the quality is the same as today. Five star rating wow! Keep cooking like this and I will tell all my friends to give you 5 star rating. The portions of chips were very tiny, at least 6-8 chips in each portion only. The chicken pieces were small and soggy.

My meal was great, I asked for extra, extra sauce and they did exactly that. Food also came nice and warm, Happy customer!!

with the exception off KFC NEASDEN, all KFC outlets the food quality is poor, its more like fry it take it out sell quickly that herbs and spices and fried to perfection is gone, NEASDEN KFC however seems to have stuck with tradition colonel Saunders would be proud off KFC NEASDEN.

Worst customer service I've experienced, seating area is always closed and opens at 0530pm and the manager said its because of his safety due to the school kids, there wasn't any school kids around at the time, there was a family with kids wanting to sit and eat but had to wait outside until they open the seating area, I do enjoy KFC but not this greenford branch, I've also complained about the quality of the food I received which was dry and been left out for a while, when I confronted the manager he said ' I was causing problems' When I told him I wasn't satisfied with the food, He then started laughing saying why are you coming here then? Very unprofessional!

Average kfc, compared to other branches. chicken too greasy, grease usually stains the paperbag. It's okay for a local branch, but when you been living next door for 8 years,& can't be bothered to cook, then it tastes amazing, esp when you ain't had it a while. Overall clean, very friendly staff

Food was so cold I had to reheat it in the air frier. It took nearly 40 mins from order to delivery. The drinks were in the same bag as the hot food so the drinks were warm and the food was cold. Not good
