KFC Greenford - The Broadway in Ealing

Usually fine ordering from here. But this time we ordered 2 fillet burger meals and they put 2 strips in there. Where’s the fillet! Not what I paid for.

I had missing items one rice box and fries

Food cold, fries taste reheated

Didn’t receive my mash and food was cold and the beans was all spilt on the bag and I tried calling no one answered

Delivery person ,friendly & polite

Took ages for my order to even reach near me and in the end I didn’t even receive my order but it says it has been delivered!! Now I have to waste more money reordering

Terrible customer service. Mr. Tharson was very rude I don't think I will be going there again!

This is a joke!!!! Once again they have stolen the chicken fillet strips . I have called the store and Complained. I want a full refund I can see it’s on the receipt and left my bank .You need to sort this out it’s every order something is wrong

Guy so lazy got my wings out and let them cool down completely before I got my order. Ruined my experience

Staff and owner responding don’t care about there customers you don’t get same as expected/paid for you ask them you already paid they don’t do anything accept sorry you leave feedback owner alway same thing sorry thank you for your feedback will be improving what we gonna do with your improvements give me the right order or replace it!!!

Owner respond all time will (THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK WILL IMPROVE SO SHOWS EVEN HOW THE OWNER IN THIS BRANCH DON’T REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS) Unfortunately whatever you order they will send you whatever they have available will fully ignoring you is like doing you a favour/free food I went spoke to them in the branch they said nothing they could do I said why did you not call at least cancel it!!!! Just unbelievable if you guys want to get what you paid for just avoid them

The chicken wings could have been a little bigger.🙂

there were about 8 chips just spilt in, cold, burnt and the smallest piece of chicken in the zinger burger box meal. it's 12.99 KFC, not 4.99 kids meal. the beans, gravy and mash were also half full. if you don't have enough food to deliver, then cancel the order and let customers go elsewhere!

Parts missing from my order, has happened on several occasions

Was really bad experience I asked the staff for a family bucket and explained to them I have disabled people so they can give me chicken thighs to avoid choking the said no go to other shop

The tiniest portion of chips did not justify £3.19, nor was the appearance very appealing!!!! Perhaps the hot chicken wings should have been in a separate paper bag, rather than have been placed with the chicken fillet strip and regular chicken pieces! Unless there was a shortage of paper bags????

Everything was cold and the drinks were warm

Excellent service and great delivery driver got the food on time

The food was barely warm due to the late delivery and 2 of the chicken pieces were very small.

The staff here are always ready to help, and go out of their way to give you exactly what you want.

This is my local KFC. The food is great, but the conditions of the restaurant at times are terrible. The tables and floors are filthy, especially during busy periods, which I can understand, but if that's the case, hire more staff to keep them clean so people can sit down and upkeep hygiene. To add to my recent experience, my 4-year-old daughter could not use the only one toilet (disabled) that was working because someone was misusing drugs in the toilet, which is absolutely ridiculous. I made staff aware of this, but it took over 30 mins for them to resolve the problem. We could not use the toilet because of the fumes. Drug users in a busy fast food restaurant with families and school kids is a big "NO NO", this should be addressed immediately @KFC_UKI.

the food was dry fries were freezing the Pepsi can was jotand all that came without wet wipes, tissues and salt. I'd they take this back and a full refund or get me a fresh one

Although it was only 58pence, the delivery driver didn't thank me for the tip.

Delivery and food is good but as kfc the one in Greenford you feel like you getting the food for free they don’t put what you want they do what is the best for them not for you what you paid you don’t really get no reading the instructions as well

I had to go downstairs and get the food. The driver was asking people for a light for his cigarette. By the time i went down there, he had smoked the whole cigarette. Food was cold

So many time, they increase the delivery time this is an unacceptable and again change the time. And one more important thing the food was really cold is not even five minute distance.

The delivery time kept increasing, I had to call KFC who then told me the delivery had left ages ago and the driver failed to update the order that it was taken. When the driver arrived, I asked why was there such a delay because I called the store and they said he left ages ago. He claimed that the just eat app didn't update accurately. I strongly suggest an investigation is carried out as this isn't the first time I've experienced this.

The whole order was cold. The driver was rude. The delivery bag was ripped. The fries were all soggy and cold, defiantly old. The chicken had no batter and the burgers were smothered in sauce with no salad. Will defiantly will not be ordering from here again

the staff at KFC Greenford. I was struggling to stay awake all day. It took me over four hours to place the order! I kept dozing off & getting distracted. I finished so close to their closing time I expected the order to be refused. It was a genuine act of kindness that they agreed to complete the order & I really appreciate their help. They truly went above & beyond the call of duty.

KFC missed an item on the first delivery but driver came back with the missing item and extras. Amazing after-care shown by both KFC Greenford and just eats delivery driver.

The staff was so rude the have half an hour left and I asked for 20 hot wings offer but they said we don’t have we just have 12 wings they don’t know what’s offer going on they can cook for customer but they didn’t …..what worst kfc

Every time I order 1 and 2 pieces of chicken (as they don't do 3 pieces) they give me two normal sizes and 1 tiny pieces and it's an old piece that's dry, this is unfair as I paid for three for pieces people, I'm so fed up with this.

The Order Notes were completely ignored. I asked for chicken legs only and only received 1 chicken leg, the rest were breast which I particularly didn't want. This ruined the meal.

There were 5 chips in each packet. Waste of money. I will not order from them again

I ordered a kentucky mayp twister wrap, and i recieved a smoky bbq wrap instead. Not the fault of just eat though

Vegan burger is amazing and so are the fries, I'm not a regular as a vegan it only on occasion of I'm really hungry and there are limited options will I go in.
