Cafe Moon Cresent in Ealing

This has been my local chicken shop for many years now. Over the past few months something has changed, whether that's ownership, management, finance something isn't right. It's like the care and attention of the quality has disappeared. Chicken dry, pizza left in over far too long burning the top. I've even observed something so concerning that I had to speak out and order the staff member to wash a certain piece of utensils. I hope to see improvements here.

It’s not open 24 hours. Got there at 12:30am and would not serve us.

Amanpreet gave excellent customer service. Very polite, patient and attentive. Icecream flavours were amazing. I got pistachio, hazelnut and tiramisu

Pizza was good and really enjoyed passing by tonight
