We were a big group but poonam and ash have to be the rudest customer service agents that I’ve come across in my life , we understood that their will be a small wait but when you start accusing customers of lying and not giving table thats sitting empty for approx 1 hour that we spent their is ridiculous, anyway that’s fine but the attitude , they both need extra training on meet and greet and working under pressure , both reply in same manner which makes customers that spend a lot money as myself , very uncomfortable , they should learn from Park Royal staff member “Jayden” about customer service and how to explain to a customer on waiting times and how to keep customers on a good vibe Seriously my worst experience ever and my kids too
